She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

KKazi Mostafa⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! IIlia(伊莱）Well, first of all this is really wonderful place! The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool. The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest. Will I recommend this hotel - YES

Auf dem Campus gibt es viele Aktivitäten, die den Kindern großen Spaß gemacht haben. Der Panorama-Shuttlebus fährt rund um die Uhr zu allen Teilen des Hotels, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Kinder liebten es, zwei Tage hintereinander in den heißen Quellen zu baden. Der Infinity-Pool 🏊 ermöglicht es uns, beim Training den Seeblick zu genießen. Der Hotelservice ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Badesachen des Kindes wurden bei den heißen Quellen gelassen und vom Personal proaktiv aufs Zimmer gebracht 👍. Die erste Haushälterin des Hotels, Jiang Jiahua, ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar und bietet aufmerksamen Service und viele aufmerksame Erinnerungen 💯. Die Kinder sagten, sie würden beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

Der Leiter Xiao Xiao Zheng reagiert schnell und bearbeitet rechtzeitig, die Nachfrage ist grundsätzlich zu beantworten, der Service ist sehr vorhanden. Alle fünf Schlafzimmer haben einen unabhängigen Wäscheschrank, viele Menschen haben sich nicht stören, und das Wohnzimmer hat ein öffentliches Badezimmer. Nicht die private Suppe warm, täglich sauber und stabil. Das Zimmer ist gut aussehend, die Gartengebirge ist ruhig und stilvoll und ein starkes Gefühl für den Urlaub. Nicht in den Restaurants genießen, trinken, Früchte und frische. - Ich muss mich noch etwas verbessern. Die Peripherie der privaten Suppe ist nur eine Schicht von Resinen und den Haupttorten getrennt und leer. Die private Vertraulichkeit der privaten Suppe vor dem Abend ist schlecht, wird empfohlen, als Umschlagplatte zu machen. Das Gästezimmer ist insgesamt sauber, aber nicht sauber genug, und der Tisch ist offensichtlich schmutzig. Die meisten Zimmer-TV-Positionen sind abweicht, die Sichtung ist nicht freundlich und ist allgemein beeindruckt. GGastnutzerThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!
