From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! Well, first of all this is really wonderful place! The hotel is very new and tidy, has a huge place to walk around (they call it meditation garden). Rooms are big and cozy and very stylish. Also there is a hot spring, but I did not go, because we went to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast is good. It’s buffet type with mostly Chinese dishes, but also has some western food. For kids they also have playground with ball pool. The location is a little bit far from bamboo forest and yushui hot spring (i mean far to walk). We were there during Chinese New Year eve, so call a didi was a challenge. However hotel provide us a car with a driver who send us to the bamboo forest. Will I recommend this hotel - YES

Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen kleinen Flur am Eingang, der für mehr Privatsphäre sorgt. Die Rezeption hat uns proaktiv ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gegeben. Auf dem Campus gibt es viele Aktivitäten, die den Kindern großen Spaß gemacht haben. Der Panorama-Shuttlebus fährt rund um die Uhr zu allen Teilen des Hotels, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Kinder liebten es, zwei Tage hintereinander in den heißen Quellen zu baden. Der Infinity-Pool 🏊 ermöglicht es uns, beim Training den Seeblick zu genießen. Der Hotelservice ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Badesachen des Kindes wurden bei den heißen Quellen gelassen und vom Personal proaktiv aufs Zimmer gebracht 👍. Die erste Haushälterin des Hotels, Jiang Jiahua, ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar und bietet aufmerksamen Service und viele aufmerksame Erinnerungen 💯. Die Kinder sagten, sie würden beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

Ich gebe diesem Hotel dank der Zimmermädchen die volle Punktzahl! Xiao Zeng, das Zimmermädchen, war unglaublich aufmerksam und zuvorkommend! Er ging immer auf meine Wünsche ein! Er druckte sogar die Prüfungsunterlagen meiner Tochter aus, die das Frühstück verpasst hatte, und brachte sie mir aufs Zimmer. Insgesamt war das Hotel ausgezeichnet! Bei der Ankunft erklärten sie mir, wie man die private heiße Quelle im Zimmer benutzt. Zwei Nachteile: 1. Das Bett war zu hart. Das Kingsize-Zimmer hatte zwei zusammengeschobene Betten! Ich schlief in der Mitte und fühlte mich die ganze Nacht unglaublich unwohl! Am nächsten Tag hatte ich einen steifen Nacken. 2. Das Abendessen im Hotel war furchtbar! Es war der schlechteste Fischkopf aus dem Tianmu-See, den ich je gegessen habe! Die Leber war auch furchtbar! Ich habe kaum den ganzen Tisch angerührt!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

We love this place! The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff and personal butlers- 李雪梅 were warm, professional, and always willing to help. Any additional requests we had were handled promptly and thoughtfully, making the entire stay effortless and enjoyable. The park itself is a beautifully designed destination inspired by traditional Chinese culture and the world of ancient martial arts and fantasy. The landscaping is stunning, with lush greenery and peaceful surroundings that make every corner feel picturesque. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food throughout the park—there were plenty of delicious dining options to enjoy. This is a wonderful destination for families with children as well as anyone looking to experience a unique blend of nature, culture, and relaxation. We had an amazing time and would gladly recommend it to anyone planning a family getaway.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich, indem sie uns auf den Hügel fahren, so dass wir den Fitnessraum nutzen konnten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber der Abendessenservice war nicht so gut.

Nice hotel. Nice interior. The first room they gave me smelled of cigarette so so much, they changed the room for me instantly. Room is luxurious, good for the price. Breakfast menu doesn’t offer much to international guests but it was okay. I liked my stay.

Unser Aufenthalt im Quchan Inner Hotel war eine wunderbare Erfahrung, alles war topnotch, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer war erstaunlich, warme Frühling super entspannend. Die Umgebung war schön, wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt so viel, und würde es definitiv empfehlen! Besonders dank Generaldirektor Michael, er hat sich immer sicher gemacht, dass wir alles haben, was wir brauchen, und empfahl, das wunderschöne Fo Guang Shan Große Beleuchtungsstätte zu besuchen! Wir würden sicher zurückkommen!
