Die Landschaft war wunderschön, selbst der Blick aus dem Fenster auf die Wolken war atemberaubend. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern und meiner Mutter dort und genossen ein Bad in den heißen Quellen, ein Bad im Meer, beobachteten die Tiere, aßen gut und unternahmen sogar mit unserem ältesten Kind eine Fahrradtour. Das Hotel erfüllte all unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt, und der Service war exzellent. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an unsere Haushälterin Zeng Yi, die meiner gehbehinderten Mutter stets zur Seite stand. Wir sind ihr unendlich dankbar! 🫶

Our experience was fantastic!! We booked our stay here to celebrate my husband's birthday and the hotel made it extra special! Tim, the floor manager was extremely helpful. He ordered a cake and had it delivered to our room, along with arranging any and all activities we were interested in. The language barrier was not a problem at all as Tim translated all the information we needed. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We especially enjoyed the hotel's breakfast - huge selection of food to choose from. There was a spectacular firework show both nights that we stayed at the hotel. The hot spring is right next to the hotel, you can walk a scenic route (About 2km) if you want to or take the free shuttle car between the hot spring and the hotel. There are lots of activities to do in and around the hotel. We travel a lot and have experienced many hotels, but we can truly recommend this hotel. You will get excellent service and high quality accommodation. A special thank you to Tim for playing such a big part in making our stay a memorable one!

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

We love this place! The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff and personal butlers- 李雪梅 were warm, professional, and always willing to help. Any additional requests we had were handled promptly and thoughtfully, making the entire stay effortless and enjoyable. The park itself is a beautifully designed destination inspired by traditional Chinese culture and the world of ancient martial arts and fantasy. The landscaping is stunning, with lush greenery and peaceful surroundings that make every corner feel picturesque. We were also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food throughout the park—there were plenty of delicious dining options to enjoy. This is a wonderful destination for families with children as well as anyone looking to experience a unique blend of nature, culture, and relaxation. We had an amazing time and would gladly recommend it to anyone planning a family getaway.

酒店設施是相對來説老式一些的，畢竟是老牌星級酒店，不過房間還挺乾淨的。房間帶一個南陽台，陽台有藤椅和圓桌，翠綠的樹葉觸手可及，遠處的青翠山脈（竹海）如一幅畫卷鋪開在眼前。陽台還有可以晾曬衣服的摺疊晾曬架，確實比較方便。從酒店到御水温泉非常方便，穿着浴袍泳衣直接從內部通道就到温泉區域了。離南山竹海也很近，步行幾百米就可以到達。酒店服務也很nice：管家 杜芳 提前就聯繫我們，併發送關於酒店以及周邊遊玩景點的相關情況介紹；入住後會幫忙提前預訂中餐廳的晚餐；酒店西餐廳晚間還有免費的暖心粥提供；夜查房還很貼心的準備了眼罩；入住每天都會有小水果送進房間，臨走時還贈送了一袋零食等禮物，正所謂禮輕情意重！回家後還收到管家杜芳女士關於是否已經到家的問候。這些方方面面的細節體現了酒店對於入住客人的關心和照護。打算下次和朋友再去泡温泉，我一定還會選擇御水温泉度假酒店的。

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, kostengünstig, ganz in der Nähe des Nanshan-Bambusmeers und es ist auch möglich, ein Taxi zu nehmen, was recht praktisch ist. Das einzige, womit ich nicht zufrieden war, war das Abendessen. Der Preis war hoch, aber der Geschmack war nur durchschnittlich, insbesondere die Fischkopfsuppe war nicht so lecker, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Mein Freund fand das gebratene Schweinefleisch mit getrockneten Bambussprossen köstlich, das Fleisch war jedoch sehr fettig und bestand nur aus etwa fünf Fleischstücken. Nachdem ich dies der Chefin gemeldet hatte, bestätigte diese, dass dies der Fall sei und schickte später einen Teller Rührei. Die Serviceeinstellung ist immer noch sehr gut.

We booked the bunkbed room for the two kids and they loved it. The beds are also very comfy. Service is good too. Hotel is located walking distance to shops, restaurants and the dinosaur park. There isn’t much in terms of amenities but for I don’t think that’s a necessary thing since most people will be there for the park mostly.

Der Ort ist groß für Familien! Ich liebe die Einrichtung des Zimmers- Balkon und Freizeitraum. Sie haben Outdoor-Aktivitäten wie ATV, Pferderei und Kajak, die wir viel genossen haben. Das Frühstück hat schöne Optionen, sowohl chinesische als auch westliches Essen. Die Entfernung zum Nanshan Bamboo Wald ist nah, und alles andere ist vom Hotel zugänglich. Wenn Sie zum Tianmahu See gehen wollen, können Sie nur einen Coach in der Nähe. Unsere Erfahrung für 2 Nächte war schön! Wir werden das gleiche Hotel reservieren, wenn wir in Zukunft wieder Liyang besuchen.
