GGastnutzerFantastic room with private hot spring tub and fantastic service to go along with it with our main point of contact being 王诗雨. She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! Da wir nicht Chinesisch sprechen, war ihre Hilfe absolut unwertvollvon der Eincheckung zur Bearbeitung von Anfragen. Sie war immer verfügbar, mit Übersetzungen, Restauranten empfehlen und sogar mit kleinen täglichen Fragen. Dank ihr war unser Urlaub völlig stressfrei und unglaublich komfortabel. Das Hotel selbst war auch wunderbar, mit gemütlichen Zimmern und einer tollen Lage, aber es war die Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität des Assistenten, die unser Aufenthalt wirklich speziell gemacht. Vielen Dank für eine solche warme Begrüßung! Nicht zu viel westliches Essen zum Frühstück, meist lokales Essen.

MMooguSKleine Gruppen wohnen in der luxuriösen Fünf-Zimmer-Suppe und sind mit gutem Gesamterlebnis vertraut. Gib mir einen Kompliment. Der Leiter Xiao Xiao Zheng reagiert schnell und bearbeitet rechtzeitig, die Nachfrage ist grundsätzlich zu beantworten, der Service ist sehr vorhanden. Alle fünf Schlafzimmer haben einen unabhängigen Wäscheschrank, viele Menschen haben sich nicht stören, und das Wohnzimmer hat ein öffentliches Badezimmer. Nicht die private Suppe warm, täglich sauber und stabil. Das Zimmer ist gut aussehend, die Gartengebirge ist ruhig und stilvoll und ein starkes Gefühl für den Urlaub. Nicht in den Restaurants genießen, trinken, Früchte und frische. - Ich muss mich noch etwas verbessern. Die Peripherie der privaten Suppe ist nur eine Schicht von Resinen und den Haupttorten getrennt und leer. Die private Vertraulichkeit der privaten Suppe vor dem Abend ist schlecht, wird empfohlen, als Umschlagplatte zu machen. Das Gästezimmer ist insgesamt sauber, aber nicht sauber genug, und der Tisch ist offensichtlich schmutzig. Die meisten Zimmer-TV-Positionen sind abweicht, die Sichtung ist nicht freundlich und ist allgemein beeindruckt. Das Restaurant ist mit Kaffeemaschine und frischem Kaffeeschrank, aber die Maschine ist nicht genug für den Sitz, und es ist ein zusätzlicher Anbieter erforderlich, um die Platte zu ziehen. Zusammenfassung Hardware und Kernerfahrung (Privatsuppe, Kontrollleiter, Raum, Umwelt) sind besser und eignen sich für viele Reisende; klare Details und Anlagen sind noch immer optimal.

GGastnutzerThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Das private Toilettenbereich fügte zusätzliche Komfort hinzu. -Luxus Touches: Plush Badewanne und Premium Toiletten haben es als wahre Rückzugsrichtung gefühlt. Praktische Komforts: Die Eisen- und Eisenbrett sind ein Lebenserlös für die Bekleidung mit Schleifen. & Umgebung anzeigen: Atembeblicke vom Fenster besonders magisch bei Sonnenaufgang und Nacht. GGastnutzerIch war so schockiert von der Größe meines Zimmers für einen solchen günstigen Preis! Das Bett war wirklich komfortabel und die Badezimmer Einrichtungen waren groß. Sehr sauber. Das Personal spricht nicht Englisch, es ist kein Problem, da wir Übersetzungs-Apps nutzen konnten. Sie halfen mir, Essen auf der Lieferapp zu bestellen. Die Lage ist ziemlich bequem, da es nahe einer U-Bahnstation ist. Ich war wirklich angenehmen überrascht von diesem Hotel und ich würde definitiv hier wieder bleiben!

SSumaaaa._One of the lady at the reception was a bit rude. I asked her what the shipping address is of the hotel for online shopping and she did not understand even with translator app which is not an issue at all. She thought we were trying to book a room. I guess she was unaware that we were already checked in and that we were guests because when we gave up and headed to the elevator to go to the room, she yelled at us and followed us and said something sternly. I then showed her the room card and she took it to inspect it, then returned it and said okay. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences with a hotel staff compared to all the other hotels I have stayed in, including Chinese hotels.

CChrisBooked an hourly rate room due to a flight delay. Immediately upon entering the lobby a gentleman - presumably a manager - offered me a cigarette. Even though I don’t smoke I found this to be a sweet gesture and an unmistakable token of appreciation of my business. It was also quite fitting as the facility is in an industrial area about 2 km from Benniu airport. Check-in was quick and I was immediately impressed with the room. Shiny new building constructed last year in an otherwise tired Neighbourhood. Spaciously narrow room. There were two beds, one single and one double. I’m surprised I’ve never seen this configuration before as it would benefit couples travelling with a child. TV was huge, wifi was fast and although the air con dial was confusing to turn on it pumped out beautifully cold air. Robot butler was fast. I think they offer shuttle service to and from the airport but a Didi is ~10 RMB. I was not expecting much but this place left an impression even though I only stayed for four hours. Thanks to the staff and I highly recommend it if the location meets your needs.
