Das Hotel ist zwischen dem Wanxian Sea versteckt, die Umgebung ist klar und elegant, ein Schritt nach vorn ist eine natürliche Wurzel, die Gästezimmer sind groß und komfortabel, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, die private Suppe ist in den Haushalten, das Qualitätsgefühl und die Komfort sind voll und ist das ideale Geheimnis, das von der Stadt zu entkommen ist. Der Service ist sehr detailliert und sehr gut! Der Tag vor dem Aufenthalt ist aktiv in Verbindung zu treten. Geduld hilft uns, zufriedene Zimmer zu organisieren. GGastnutzerThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

Da wir nicht Chinesisch sprechen, war ihre Hilfe absolut unwertvollvon der Eincheckung zur Bearbeitung von Anfragen. Sie war immer verfügbar, mit Übersetzungen, Restauranten empfehlen und sogar mit kleinen täglichen Fragen. Dank ihr war unser Urlaub völlig stressfrei und unglaublich komfortabel. Das Hotel selbst war auch wunderbar, mit gemütlichen Zimmern und einer tollen Lage, aber es war die Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität des Assistenten, die unser Aufenthalt wirklich speziell gemacht. Vielen Dank für eine solche warme Begrüßung! Nicht zu viel westliches Essen zum Frühstück, meist lokales Essen.

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

JJayden_TripBei der Marathon am West-Pazifik-Lake, wohnte er zum zweiten Mal in Wanli. Die Landschaft ist sehr gut (West Tai Lakeview), die Lage ist sehr gut (auf der Marseillebahn), der Service ist auch sehr gut (Frauen und Schwestern sind sehr gut) Dieses Mal ist es das offizielle Hotel des Ostasien-Meisterschaftsturniers, das von Mongolei geholfen wurde, die Jungs **** und kommunizierten (Changzhou kann nicht direkt nach Taipei fahren, muss Macau umkehren), um zu hoffen, dass sie weiter vorankommen und gute Leistungen ausführen. Das Hotel ist um fünf Uhr 15 Uhr frühzeitig zum Frühstück des Laufenden, manuell zu loben.

SSumaaaa._I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud. I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding. Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful. The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime. This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

GGastnutzerEs ist ein Zimmer für den Stern von Liu! Fitnesszimmer, Waschraum, Frühstück sollten alle vorhanden sein, der Service ist gut, sehr zufrieden! Wir müssen Frühstück, Gesicht, Tee, West-Stil, alles, lecker. Als ich im Halle sitzt und warte auf ein Internet-Treffen, denke ich vor dem Fenster des Regens, vielleicht gibt es keine Chance mehr, in diesem Hotel zu leben, aber ich habe mir eine schöne und tiefe Erinnerung hinterlassen. Sie können immer an den Stern des Wurms glauben.

CChrisBooked an hourly rate room due to a flight delay. Immediately upon entering the lobby a gentleman - presumably a manager - offered me a cigarette. Even though I don’t smoke I found this to be a sweet gesture and an unmistakable token of appreciation of my business. It was also quite fitting as the facility is in an industrial area about 2 km from Benniu airport. Check-in was quick and I was immediately impressed with the room. Shiny new building constructed last year in an otherwise tired Neighbourhood. Spaciously narrow room. There were two beds, one single and one double. I’m surprised I’ve never seen this configuration before as it would benefit couples travelling with a child. TV was huge, wifi was fast and although the air con dial was confusing to turn on it pumped out beautifully cold air. Robot butler was fast. I think they offer shuttle service to and from the airport but a Didi is ~10 RMB. I was not expecting much but this place left an impression even though I only stayed for four hours. Thanks to the staff and I highly recommend it if the location meets your needs.

SSumaaaa._Eine der Damen an der Rezeption war ein bisschen brutal. Ich fragte sie, was die Versandadresse des Hotels ist für Online-Shopping und sie verstand nicht einmal mit der Translator-App, die überhaupt nichts ist. Sie dachte, wir wollten ein Zimmer buchen. Ich glaube, sie war sich nicht bewusst, dass wir bereits eingecheckt wurden und dass wir Gäste waren, weil sie, als wir aufgegeben und zum Aufzug gefahren, ins Zimmer schrie und folgte uns und sagte etwas scharf. Ich zeigte ihr die Zimmerkarte und sie nahm sie, um sie zu inspizieren, dann kehrte sie zurück und sagte gut. Es war eine der unerfreulichsten Erfahrungen mit einem Hotelpersonal im Vergleich zu allen anderen Hotels, in denen ich geblieben habe, einschließlich chinesischer Hotels.
