GGastnutzerFantastic room with private hot spring tub and fantastic service to go along with it with our main point of contact being 王诗雨. She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

RRainieGift酒店位置優越，臨近沙河水庫大壩，可以看日出日落。從山水園坐船時就可以看到。離天目湖6分鐘車程，去南山竹海、平橋石壩、大溪、博物館都30分鐘內行程，很方便。
前台辦理完入住後，管家會用觀光電瓶車送到房間，介紹區域，早餐時間等基礎訊息，有很多體驗房間在後麪一棟棟小別墅，特惠伴山家庭房是很多家一間別墅，也有一户一墅私湯的。公共温泉5個池，雖然不多但私密性較好，還提供飲料和水果，爸媽去泡了説解乏。特惠房比我預想的要好，房間佈局合理，1雙床1單床，更衣區的大桌特別好，使用方便，不跟床在一個區域顯得寬敞。自駕來車可以停在別墅附近，早餐豐富，能滿足不同需要。
特別感謝管家小曾，提前添加微信，詢問到達時間，如果需要去温泉或者早餐，或者需要水物品，她都會幫忙接送，給送物品，也很關心我們入住體驗，提醒天氣，出行帶雨具等。
整體入住滿意，晚上安靜睡得很好，就是空調有點直吹，我們就沒有開，夏天時可能會比較明顯，建議酒店可以提前調整一下。最後感謝酒店送給我們的隨手禮，為溧陽小而美的悠閑時光留下深刻的記憶。

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Da wir nicht Chinesisch sprechen, war ihre Hilfe absolut unwertvollvon der Eincheckung zur Bearbeitung von Anfragen. Sie war immer verfügbar, mit Übersetzungen, Restauranten empfehlen und sogar mit kleinen täglichen Fragen. Dank ihr war unser Urlaub völlig stressfrei und unglaublich komfortabel.
Das Hotel selbst war auch wunderbar, mit gemütlichen Zimmern und einer tollen Lage, aber es war die Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität des Assistenten, die unser Aufenthalt wirklich speziell gemacht. Vielen Dank für eine solche warme Begrüßung!
Nicht zu viel westliches Essen zum Frühstück, meist lokales Essen.

GGastnutzerThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

Die Landschaft ist sehr gut (West Tai Lakeview), die Lage ist sehr gut (auf der Marseillebahn), der Service ist auch sehr gut (Frauen und Schwestern sind sehr gut)
Dieses Mal ist es das offizielle Hotel des Ostasien-Meisterschaftsturniers, das von Mongolei geholfen wurde, die Jungs **** und kommunizierten (Changzhou kann nicht direkt nach Taipei fahren, muss Macau umkehren), um zu hoffen, dass sie weiter vorankommen und gute Leistungen ausführen.
Das Hotel ist um fünf Uhr 15 Uhr frühzeitig zum Frühstück des Laufenden, manuell zu loben.

GGastnutzerIch war so schockiert von der Größe meines Zimmers für einen solchen günstigen Preis! Das Bett war wirklich komfortabel und die Badezimmer Einrichtungen waren groß. Sehr sauber. Das Personal spricht nicht Englisch, es ist kein Problem, da wir Übersetzungs-Apps nutzen konnten. Sie halfen mir, Essen auf der Lieferapp zu bestellen. Die Lage ist ziemlich bequem, da es nahe einer U-Bahnstation ist. Ich war wirklich angenehmen überrascht von diesem Hotel und ich würde definitiv hier wieder bleiben!

SSumaaaa._One of the lady at the reception was a bit rude.
I asked her what the shipping address is of the hotel for online shopping and she did not understand even with translator app which is not an issue at all. She thought we were trying to book a room. I guess she was unaware that we were already checked in and that we were guests because when we gave up and headed to the elevator to go to the room, she yelled at us and followed us and said something sternly.
I then showed her the room card and she took it to inspect it, then returned it and said okay.
It was one of the most unpleasant experiences with a hotel staff compared to all the other hotels I have stayed in, including Chinese hotels.

Immediately upon entering the lobby a gentleman - presumably a manager - offered me a cigarette. Even though I don’t smoke I found this to be a sweet gesture and an unmistakable token of appreciation of my business. It was also quite fitting as the facility is in an industrial area about 2 km from Benniu airport.
Check-in was quick and I was immediately impressed with the room. Shiny new building constructed last year in an otherwise tired Neighbourhood. Spaciously narrow room. There were two beds, one single and one double. I’m surprised I’ve never seen this configuration before as it would benefit couples travelling with a child. TV was huge, wifi was fast and although the air con dial was confusing to turn on it pumped out beautifully cold air. Robot butler was fast. I think they offer shuttle service to and from the airport but a Didi is ~10 RMB.
I was not expecting much but this place left an impression even though I only stayed for four hours. Thanks to the staff and I highly recommend it if the location meets your needs.
