Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Es ist etwa 7 oder 8 Kilometer von der Stadt entfernt. Rund um die Stadt gibt es eine Hochstraße, auf der Sie zu Fuß gehen können. Es ist bequemer, alleine zu fahren. Guter Service. Ich weiß nur nicht, ob es ein Hilton-Hotel oder eine seiner Marken ist.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! Das Zimmer ist groß und hat einen kleinen Flur am Eingang, der für mehr Privatsphäre sorgt. Die Rezeption hat uns proaktiv ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gegeben. Auf dem Campus gibt es viele Aktivitäten, die den Kindern großen Spaß gemacht haben. Der Panorama-Shuttlebus fährt rund um die Uhr zu allen Teilen des Hotels, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Kinder liebten es, zwei Tage hintereinander in den heißen Quellen zu baden. Der Infinity-Pool 🏊 ermöglicht es uns, beim Training den Seeblick zu genießen. Der Hotelservice ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Badesachen des Kindes wurden bei den heißen Quellen gelassen und vom Personal proaktiv aufs Zimmer gebracht 👍. Die erste Haushälterin des Hotels, Jiang Jiahua, ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar und bietet aufmerksamen Service und viele aufmerksame Erinnerungen 💯. Die Kinder sagten, sie würden beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

Der Service ist sehr gut, sehr enthusiastisch, gut vorzeitig für den Service des Managers, Navigationshotels, Reiseberichte, Klimaanlage vor dem Hotel öffnen, Abendessen auch helfen, vorzeitig vorzubuchen, jetzt ist die Fischkopfsuppe gut, viel besser als die Süßigkeiten! Das persönliche Gefühl ist sehr kostengünstig. Die kleine Unterhaltung bietet eine Vielzahl von Hilfen, sehr enthusiastisch, die Zimmerausstattung ist komplett, der Wind ist sehr stark, von einem Lächeln beim Eintritt in die Tür bis zum Abreisen, jeder Moment ist zu beachten. Das wahre Gästegefühl ist wie ein Rückkehr! Großartig, die Gästezimmer des Hotels sind exquisit, die Hardware-Einrichtung ist sehr gut, es ist sehr nützlich, und die Kaffeemaschine ist sehr gut, die Familie mag es sehr! Der Service und die Hotel-Einrichtung der Rezeption waren sehr gut! Die bevorstehende Urlaubsauswahl!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by every detail. From the spacious, immaculate room to the top-notch amenities, it exceeded all my expectations. Room & Amenities: 10/10 -Bathroom Perfection: Loved having both a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The private toilet area added extra convenience. -Luxury Touches: Plush bathrobes and premium toiletries made it feel like a true retreat. Practical Comforts: The iron and ironing board were a lifesaver for attire/wrinkled clothes. View & Ambience: Breathtaking river views from the window—especially magical at sunrise and night. Serene and quiet, Perfect for uninterrupted sleep. Breakfast: 10/10 Huge variety of both Western and Chinese options (fresh fruits, eggs, dim sum, noodles). Highlight:The fluffy, made-to-order pancakes were divine—some of the best I’ve had! Service & Cleanliness: Spotless throughout-housekeeping deserves applause. - Staff were attentive and friendly, always quick to assist. Final Verdict This hotel is a gem, whether for business, romance, or a solo getaway. The thoughtful design, gorgeous views, and delicious breakfast make it worth every penny. I’ll absolutely return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Tip: Request a high-floor room for the best river views!

這次去了茅山森林世界後，決定去茅山東方鹽湖城再玩玩，於是預訂了景區裏的這家古色古香的鹽泉涵館酒店，酒店建築很有特色，青磚木窗，乾淨整潔，一進大廳，一股很好聞的香味。還送了我們紫金會員，可以享受多項VIP的服務，出行到各個景點也很方便，孩子大人都玩得也很開心。總的來説這次來東方鹽湖城不虛此行吧！

Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt absolut geliebt, ich habe in mehreren Hotels überall in China geblieben, darunter Shanghai, Chengdu, Peking, Chongqing usw., aber weit entfernt hatte dieses Hotel das komfortableste Bett. Es fühlte sich wie auf einer Wolke. Ich habe tatsächlich ein Queen-Zimmer mit dem Badezimmer im Bild reserviert und als ich ankam, sagten sie mir, dass nach der Renovierung nur ein Badezimmer im Familienzimmer hat. Wir waren in Ordnung, aber in wenigen Minuten kam ein Personal und zeigte uns in unserem neuen Zimmer mit einem Badezimmer. Sie waren sehr freundlich, freundlich und verständlich. Nicht zu erwähnen, dass das Zimmer super geräumig ist, mit einem riesigen Spiegel, mit einem TV und einem elektronischen Toilette. Die Ausstattung war erstaunlich. Ebenso war das Innenraum des Zimmers schön. Die Lage ist auch erstaunlich, es gibt viele Malls direkt draußen, darunter riesige Malls mit internationalen Marken. Die Lage ist prima. Das ist weit von meinem Lieblingshotel, das ich in China geblieben habe und dort wieder bleiben werde!!

Gut Hotel mit sehr guten, sauberen Zimmern nach der Renovierung. Auch die Lage ist gut (sehr nahe am Flughafen). Es ist modern mit vielen neuen High-Tech-Geräten konzipiert. Ich mag das Zimmer, aber ich wünsche mir, das Frühstück war besser. Danke.

One of the lady at the reception was a bit rude. I asked her what the shipping address is of the hotel for online shopping and she did not understand even with translator app which is not an issue at all. She thought we were trying to book a room. I guess she was unaware that we were already checked in and that we were guests because when we gave up and headed to the elevator to go to the room, she yelled at us and followed us and said something sternly. I then showed her the room card and she took it to inspect it, then returned it and said okay. It was one of the most unpleasant experiences with a hotel staff compared to all the other hotels I have stayed in, including Chinese hotels.
