I had a fantastic 5 days in this wonderful hotel! All the staff are very kind and helpful! Thanks to the Director and the guys at the reception! Very good and varied meals! The guys at the Bar are super! Special mention for the animators who made this holiday even more unforgettable! Thanks to everyone Manu, Johnny, Giulia, Bistecca, Gasca, Naji and Giancarlo.. Phenomenal!

This place is in the middle of no where. Food is only served super early and super late and there are no restaurants nearby. Cannot get a taxi either

Terrible experience. I was planning to stay for only one night in an ocean view room. The room has absolutly no ocean view, no view at all, facing dirrectly at neighbour rooms. Rooms are tiny and worn down. WiFi is no good and hotel is in area with no cell reception. This is not a normal hotel, it isa resort style place, where you need to charge all purchases to a prepaid card. Card machine in reception did not work, so I cold not buy anything, not even get into the buffet. The only solution offered to me was to take a taxi into town to take out cash at an A** machine. I checked out and left without staying the night. First upon leaving I was offered to have items from the bar for free, but they would not let me get any food from the buffet. The girl at the front desk was polite and tried to be helpfull, but management lacks all kind of service skills. Never experienced anything so silly, stay away.

We booked an Air B N B in Sorso early August 2021. We arrived to find an insect infestation, so we had to find another place to stay. It was peak season, but Hotel Club del Golfo thankfully had a room. And it changed our entire trip. The staff was so friendly and engaging. They are always getting people involved in activities like ping pong tournaments, archery, aqua fitness classes and so much more. They put on a show at night put together by the creative director, Toto. Don't worry, Toto. I'm not done with you yet ;). I told them I was going to propose to my girlfriend, and quite literally within 10 minutes they pulled me aside and had balloons, leis and music ready to go if I wanted. Thanks to Anita, Alejandra and the other extremely charming young man who's name escapes me right now (I am so sorry!), it went off without a hitch. And they continued to be nothing but wonderful the whole trip. They all work so incredibly hard and always with a smile. We were the only Americans there, and when we asked how many they get, they laughed and said we were the first in two years. The last night we were there, the act that was to perform that night canceled. They found out I played guitar, and Toto and Julien come up to me and ask me if I would be willing to fill in. When I showed up for sound check, I realized there was percussion on the stage and that Toto was going to play the show with me, despite the fact that he didn't even know what songs I knew. As if that wasn't enough, Mateo (another amazing staff member) happens to be an incredible beat boxer, so I called him up on stage and he didn't even blink an eye. these guys absolutely crushed it. The night put a bow on what was the perfect vacation. We were so sad to leave. Thank you so much Toto, Anita, Mateo, Alejandra, Manu, the whole Animation staff, the bartenders, the front desk, the house keeping and everything in between. You were the reason our vacation was truly magical. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you more than you can possibly know.

Toute l’équipe (directeur, adjointe, accueil, barman, restauration, agent.e d’entretien) est super sympa et disponible pour tout renseignement Très bonne ambiance animation journée et soirée (animateurs au top) Hôtel très propre, convivial et les pieds dans l’eau

Super sejour le personnel est présent à l'écoute et d'une gentillesse inespéré le personnel du bar avec Davide guiseppe matheo .... sont géniaux. La réception ( Laura et les autres de bon conseil et disponible . Et la palme d'or pour l'équipe d'animation dirigé par Johnny qui sont présent accessible toujour de bonne humeur Giulia au club enfant es fantastique. Bubba ciccio Johnny Giulia et les autre milles merci. Hotel propre les pied dans l'eau un peu loin de tout sans voiture on fait vite le tour mais avec de jeune enfants c'est largement suffisant.

Hôtel club, dont les points forts sont la piscine et la proximité de la mer pour moi, car j'aime la natation. L'équipe d'animation est excellente, les spectacles sont très divertissants. Un grand Bravo à Julia, Jordie, Johnny, Lélé, Manu, Bouba, Tchico....... L'équipe d'accueil est très disponible et sympathique. Le service de restauration et bar est parfait. La chambre très calme, repos assuré et vue magnifique sur la mer.

Personnel très agréable, très poli, et très professionnel, tant pour l’équipe du ménage (chambre très propre) que pour celle des repas nourriture très variée grâce au chef Nino et son équipe de serveurs en salle, merci Antonio, Monica sans oublier les autres. Quant à l’équipe d’animation bravo Giovanni et ses collègues, Manu,Gasca, Nadjy, Julia, Bistescca, sans oublier l’équipe du bar toujours joyeuse et souriante.
