Dieses Resort ist ein absolutes Paradies! Nicht ganz günstig, aber jeden Cent wert.
Die Anlage ist eine regelrechte grüne Oase, mit eigenem Cenote und einem sehr saberen Sandstrand.
Das All-Inklusive-Angebot ist a-la-carte und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Service ist top und das Personal ist mehr als nur freundlich, absolut herzlich und jederzeit zuvorkommend, hilfebereit und umsorgend.
Hinzu kommt, dass diese Resort überaus Haustierfreundlich ist und selbst unser kleines Yorksher-Mädchen bestens um- und versorgt wurde! :-D
Unser Fazit: Absolut nichts an diesem Reosrt zu bemängeln. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Die Einstellung des Personals war durchweg ausgezeichnet. Wir buchten als Gold-Mitglieder und dies war ein exklusives VIP-Hotel. Sie sagten, es seien keine Upgrades verfügbar, aber wir stellten fest, dass das Hotel 35 Gäste hatte und während unseres Aufenthalts leer war. Sie wollten es einfach nicht tun. Auch die Anwendung des Spa-Rabatts für VIP-Exklusivleistungen war mühsam. Kein Service am Strand wie bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt.
Tolles Essen, exzellenter Service, als wir es bekamen. Ich war schon dreimal dort und bin mir nicht sicher, ob wir wiederkommen würden.

Diese Eigenschaft ist FANTASTISCH. Das Blue Diamond Resort hat mir alles gegeben, was ich brauchte. Dieses All-Inclusive-Resort, das ich gefunden habe, war dasselbe wie eine Swim-up-Pool-Suite in einem anderen Resort, aber ich entschied mich für die Ruhe des letzteren.
Ich war in der Junior Suite, aber sie war riesig! Jedes Zimmer ist super privat und verfügt über ein Tauchbecken. Die meiste Zeit trug ich meinen Geburtstagsanzug und niemand konnte mich sehen. Die Doppeldusche führt zum Tauchbecken. Es war toll, bis in die Nacht herumzuliegen.
Der Strand liegt ziemlich weit von den Villen entfernt, aber in der Nähe der Stadthäuser. Ich bin entweder mit dem Fahrrad oder mit dem Golfwagen zum Strand gefahren. Die Restaurants, Pools und Bars liegen am Strand. Es gibt Aktivitäten und ein Spa. Der Zimmerservice ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar. Das Essen war anständig und die Getränke waren stark.
Dieser Ort ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub oder eine Erholung. Ich möchte das nächste Mal 4 oder 5 Tage bleiben und einen Dienstagabend bleiben, weil es dort ein Maya-Speiseerlebnis gibt, das ich gerne sehen würde. Ich bin froh, dass ich keine Arbeit mitgebracht habe und einfach entspannen konnte.

The property is beautiful! I like the tranquility and peace in this resort!! The staff were very attentive and friendly. However, the resort needs some updates in construction, like shower water fixes. Everything else was amazingly relaxing! Thank you!!

I love the quietness and tranquility of the place, if you're looking to relax this place is wonderful for that. The hotel is very beautiful, however, it is a little dated and it needs significant improvement in some areas. The staff were all very courteous and helpful however it lacks quickness at all meal times in their restaurants. The suite I got had issues with the toilet during my whole stay and that was definitely not very nice. Overall a nice, beautiful, quiet place that needs TLC. Also, crocodiles may be dangerous when they loose man fear, that made me a bit uncomfortable.

This was our second trip to Blue Diamond, and while reading through reviews prior to our trip we were skeptical of returning because of the bad reviews since our last trip 5 years ago. Well let me put some things in perspective for you, Yes this place is worn down a bit but so am I, it’s to be expected in the rainforest and being a oceanfront resort, Water and humidity are brutal on most everything but the staff works hard keeping it looking beautiful. The food was delicious, and portions were just the right size as to not gain a ton of weight on vacation but I still managed to gain a few pounds, a few of my favorites were the Lamb skewers and the lasagna.This is not a party resort but more a restful and relaxing experience to just unwind form the hectic thing we call life,but they do have some nightly entertainment that was very nice, The beach was very clean although you will see some (not much) sea grass wash up on shore but the staff is out there cleaning it all up, you can walk this beach for miles in both directions too if your a beach walker which we are. I believe we clocked about 60 miles during our week stay. There is lots of wildlife to see coati’s, lots of beautiful birds, and even a few crocodile which in no way whatsoever were even a problem as they kept to themselves in areas they have clearly marked, housekeeping did an awesome job, as well as the servers.
Now, My biggest complaint was the bed, it was a very firm bed but some people love firm beds

This property should not be a 5 star rated resort.. i experienced extreme prejudice. I was talked to and treated like someone they didn't want on their property. I felt very discriminated against by the owner himself and his family/ friend. I will be filing a formal complaint Housekeeping entered my room 2 times after hours as i was traveling alone.. which is the reason why i was treated in that way. The TV never worked, the bed was uncomfortable and its not quality!!! For the price, food was mediocre and alcohol isn't top shelf, all inclusive drinks are lack luster. Please do not stay here
