What a great place! A beautiful b&b, immaculately presented and a wonderful host who is so helpful, met us for early check in & great recommendations for restaurants & interesting sights. The bed was very comfortable. There is secure parking next door to the apar**ent block (20 euros per day) and it’s an easy walk to the island of Ortigia. The area is very safe & the b&b is very secure and quiet despite nearby traffic. We were thrilled with our 2 night stay, it was perfect. Thank you Giovanni!

A very modern, clean and comfortable stay in the photoroom b&b. Location is excellent, in walking distance to all the important sites. Giovanni was very helpful and friendly and made us feel like at home. Good breakfast and very nice pictutes on the walls everywhere. If you plan to visit Syracusa this place is highly recommended! This place is part of the apar**ent of the owner who is very helpful but the location in the center of Siracuse is not very charming, kind of depressing. The room was clean and quiet but you will get a better value in historic old town, Ortigia, 10 minute walk away. Also, there are strict rules here, you must pay in cash, you must leave by 10am the latest and you must pay for water, even.

I highly recommend this B&B. I would give it 5 stars for sure! The location is perfect, you can always find parking and it is within walking distance to Ortigia. Room was very modern, clean, well equipped and very nicely decorated with beautiful terrace with table and chairs. Our host Giovanni was wonderful, very polite, warm and welcoming, providing us with a lot of useful information and being there for everything we needed. The best host one could ever imagine! Thank you Giovanni for everything!

Posizione perfetta per visitare Ortigia a piedi. Giovanni, il padrone di casa ci ha fornito l'itinerario perfetto, con in aggiunta le indicazioni per le migliori escursioni ed i ristoranti più buoni. Inoltre si è prodigato a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste per la colazione che, per inciso, ci veniva servita in camera tutte le mattine. Consigliato.

Siamo stati in questa struttura dal 14 al 19 agosto. Giovanni è un host bravissimo, sempre disponibile a fornirci informazioni utili e ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. Il bed and breakfast si trova vicinissimo a Ortigia e ad alcune attrazioni di Siracusa. Colazione fatta in un bar convenzionato con ampia scelta di prodotti a neanche 200 metri dalla struttura. Camera pulita ogni giorno e fornita di tutto. Facilissimo trovare parcheggio lì sotto o nei dintorni se si va in macchina. Punto di riferimento se dovessimo tornare a Siracusa e dintorni.

Abbiamo scelto inizialmente questo posto per la comodità della posizione (vicino alla stazione treni, fermate autobus, a 10 minuti da Ortigia e da Neapolis e catacombe). Giovanni, host encomiabile, ha assecondato i nostri orari di check in e check out, permettendoci di godere al meglio la vacanza. Davvero gentilissimo e professionale.- La camera era luminosa, spaziosa e arredata con gusto, con un bel bagno e un comodissimo balcone. La colazione in camera, con ottimi prodotti, l'abbiamo apprezzata tantissimo!

Ubicato in modo ottimale (anche trovare facilmente parcheggio per l' auto), alle porte dell' isola di Ortigia (che si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata di 10 minuti), questo b&b eccelle in quanto ad ordine,pulizia e comfort. La nostra camera era bella, silenziosa, e sempre immacolata, con un letto comodissimo, un bagno di design con doccia favolosa ed un piacevole terrazzino sul quale la mattina consumavamo la colazione che ci veniva portata in camera, in base a ciò che desideravamo (frutta, yogurt, brioche, cereali..). Giovanni è un padrone di casa discreto e super disponibile, prodigo di ottimi e sinceri consigli per vivere al meglio la meravigliosa città di Siracusa. Quando torneremo in questo meraviglioso angolo di Sicilia, questo b&b sarà sempre la nostra "casa lontano da casa" !

L'appartamento dista 7/8 minuti da Ortigia ed è una bella passeggiata a piedi, molto gradevole. La zona è tranquilla ed il posto auto libero si trova facilmente (noi abbiamo trovato posto proprio sotto casa) Giovanni è stato sempre accorto e disponibile; un ottimo cicerone e ci ha segnalato luoghi da visitare ed anche qualche dritta su altri borghi da scoprire La camera ampia con un bel balconcino. Al mattino, secondo l'orario scelto da noi, Giovanni ci portava la colazione secondo le nostre preferenze. Ottimo il cappuccino schiumoso e la marmellata alle arance.
