We couldn’t hear our tv. The volume would only go to 25. So if wanted to hear the tv u had to stand by it. Then we breaker kept popping turning on and off our tv, microwave and fridge all night. Eventually we had to unplug the tv so it would stop turning on. The following morning was woken by an alarm going off. Thought it was the smoke alarm but then found out the room didn’t have a smoke alarm. Someone had removed it. Called the front desk and they finally came down to my room and got the alarm turned off.

Well kept motel, didn’t have any issues. There was a strong smell in the room from the air freshener, but otherwise all was good

I spoke with ******* 48 hours before my trip to cancel and the hotel refused to refund my stay due to cancelling bc of my daughter's illness. That was plenty of time to cancel the reservation and rebook. Most hotels will refund if at least 24 hours notice is given. Not understanding at all.

the hotel was great, wonderful breakfast and polite staff. My only compliant might be that the sidewalks at the extra entrance closer to my room were not cleared very well. other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was outstanding. The gentleman who 3as working the desk mentioned he was new on this shift. He could not have been more efficient and friendly. I will certainly stay here again next time I come to Sioux Falls.

Facility needs so repairs. It is older and has some projects unfinished. The public areas need a refresh. When we were there the hot tub had no water in it. There also isn’t much business here. This is one motel I would be surprised to see open in a year. The bed was comfortable. Everything seemed to work in the room. It could have used a good dusting as there was dust everywhere. It was a cheap room and served its purpose for this trip. I wouldn’t bring my family there though.

The hotel was fine. The only issue I had was the night manager smelled so bad I had to stand away from the desk. The smell was so bad. I noticed it on my jacket when I got to the room.

Bed was comfortable, good water pressure in the shower, clean, breakfast good selection. For sure better than many we have stayed at that were overpriced.

Tried to check in early but had to wait till 3. No elevator to get to second floor. It felt like the whole family was living in the hotel that was managing it.
