主卧房間空調噪音大，房間很小，沒有五星酒店的服務。為了房間大點，減少噪音，前台要➕100新幣/天。服務意識很差，和國內五星酒店沒得比。同樣價位選瑞士和太平洋。瑞士住過房間超大，乾淨，景觀好，大陽台

Customer services are excellent. But main problem is need to walk quite a distance to find hawker center as the food nearby are quite expensive. Otherwise, it’s highly recommended !

My room windows are in the toilet/shower area. Please request in advance for windows in the room if you are claustrophobic. Similar mixed layout for the one bedroom apartment as I hear from the front desk staff. Hotel was running at full capacity so unable to accomodate my request for a room with windows during check in. Room size is decent with a mini sofa at the entrance. Unable to cook in studio room. There is only a microwave. If want to cook, have to book 1 bedroom. Unimpressive breakfast not really worth it (additonal $30 for room rate inclusive of bf for 2) unless for convenience.
Bed is comfortable and room is clean. Love their bathrobes and slippers. The rainforest shower is terrible. Pressure is low and some holes were stuck. I used the handheld shower instead.

Amazing hotel that is accessible from MRT with brilliant facilities! The staffs are very friendly during the whole duration, helping us to deposit our luggages, arranging gym and pool slots, and takeaway breakfasts for the next day.
The room is very cosy, with microwave, Nespresso machine, unique tea bags and amazing sea view. Love the settee near the window and TV is quite huge too. The king size bed and pillows are soft and comfy. Thank you for celebrating our anniversary with the awesome service and complimentary tiramisu. Would love to be back again, amazing day!

Room was very clean and spacious for a birthday gathering with friends. Concierge team was very kind to deliver grabfood orders to our doorstep. Beds were also comfortable and overall a great stay here!

Honestly the best stay I’ve had in the longest time.It was my son’s birthday and I had a complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom instead and it was amazing.Super clean and spacious and we had the best time.The view was amazing cause it was facing the sea.Thank you to the staffs for being so accommodating and welcoming.We received a complimentary cake too.I look forward to coming back here again.A great staycay!
