先説環境，對面就是羅森，基本需求滿足沒有任何問題，距離難波4到5站，附近4個地鐵口，走路幾分鐘可到，不遠處幾個咖啡店可以吃早餐。 再説配置，一共四個房間，一個超大客廳（對日本來説），除了榻榻米房間，剩下3個標間全部算是背街，相對安靜，二樓有一個大廳，一家人來或者朋友一起沒有任何問題，冰箱洗衣機灶台咖啡機微波爐等一應俱全，放鬆休閑蠻好的，老闆娘貼心的準備了小吃水果 最後説服務，老闆娘中國人，交流很便利，提前問我們幾個人，專門準備了小童拖鞋和小童洗漱用品，親自開車把我們從地鐵站接到房間，還詢問是否需要送去泡湯，走的時候要送去地鐵站，搞得我都不好意思了，超級nice。 唯一可惜就是住的時間太短了，很滿足的一次體驗，感謝。

Wir haben mit Trip ein tolles Angebot bekommen und 2 Nächte auf der Club-Etage verbracht. Der Hoteleingang war etwas schwer zu finden, wenn man durch das Einkaufszentrum läuft. Wir checkten auf der Club-Etage ein und es war sehr effizient. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Erlebnis auf der Club-Etage war ausgezeichnet, mit Frühstück, Nachmittagstee und Cocktails am Abend. Wir hatten besonders gute Erfahrungen mit den Cocktails am Nachmittag, da sie viele verschiedene für uns zubereiteten, die nicht auf der Standardkarte standen.

Good location near train station, supermarket and convinience store. The downside is check-in instructions are not so clear and for some reason the QR code at front door does not work, but luckily, we received help from a gentleman. We also cannot find the accomodation address stated on the trip.com using google map so a bit hard to find the location for the first time. Photo is the correct location we found.

房屋設施齊全，環境衞生整潔乾淨，房東服務熱情，主動服務、溝通便利，居然住安靜舒適。房屋位置也很好，離市區食街商業街也不遠，給一個贊。

We were so happy with this hotel that we came back to stay again. The staff was amazing, gave us a complimentary upgrade to premium room because it is our honeymoon. Very appreciative of that. Recommended this hotel by a good friend and it didn't disappoint. The location is fantastic with utmost convenience. Walking street and convenience stores and eateries all around the corner. Basically, once you step out of the hotel, you are in the midst of the action. Highly recommended with a very customer focus staff, Japanese hospitality gold standard.

Umgebung: Insgesamt ist es sehr japanisch. Der Geschmack des neuen Hotels ist noch nicht ausgeschieden. Morgens wird es trocken. Dienst: Sieh mal, es gibt Leute, die sehr begeistert sind, es gibt Leute, die sehr kalt sind Unglücklich ist, dass es annähernd zu seinem Geburtstag und dem Hochzeitsmonat kommt. Keine Schmuck. Einrichtungen: Das ist auch im Allgemeinen gut. Es ist 🚽 Ich kann keine trockene Funktion finden Die Lage ist sehr schlecht, es ist nicht bequem, nach Maida und Changqiao zu gehen. Viele Leute in den Straßen rauchen. Und wie kann dieser Kerl ins Bett gelegt werden, wenn er nachts ins Bett geblieben ist? Das ist nicht sehr gut. Das Restaurant im ersten Stock ist sehr üblich, ich habe kaum gegessen, Fisch und Schweine sind sehr sauer. Das Frühstücksauswahl ist das kleinste Hotel, das derzeit gelebt wird. Die Nüsse sind geschmackvoll und die Suppe ist auch sauer.

Concierge: We emailed the hotel weeks in advance of our stay to assist with bookings. Weeks would pass before they would respond, and multiple follow up emails were required to get a response. They did successfully book one 3 Michelin star restaurant to which we owe them significant credit. However, when we arrived and asked basic requests such as where to find restaurants or stores, the concierge was usually very short and had no suggestions. We were better off consulting Google maps. And this for a 5 star concierge service? In addition, the English skills of many of the concierge staff were extremely limited. While I know some Japanese, it should not be required at a hotel of this calibre. In fact, when visiting Japan, a 5 star hotel should have fluent English speakers for most front facing staff. Hotel Condition: The hotel has significant and noticeable wear and tear. We were in a Grand Deluxe Suite and when I arrived, a man was literally gluing on a piece of the door that had torn off. The woodwork throughout the suite was heavily scratched and dented including tables. The carpet was worn thin, and the sofa's velvet exterior was worn. In any event, for a hotel suite whose copay was $500+ per night, this was disappointing. Check out Process: The check out process was extremely troubling and disappointing. We asked for a Butler to assist with bags multiple times, and even after 45 minutes they did not come up to our room to collect our bags. This resulted in us having to drag our bags down to the lobby ourselves, as we were rushing for a Shinkansen train. Normally, this would have been fine, but we had a lot of luggage. The significantly wait time for luggage assistance is not characteristic of a St. Regis. Hidden Taxes and No Final Folio Provided: The hotel has some hidden taxes associated with rooms that have copays for upgrades. While we expected to pay 50,000 yen per night + about 37,000 yen in total taxes (about 5600 yen per night in tax), we did not expect too many additional taxes. Yet there was another 6500 or so taxes per night in taxes we were assessed. Even after numerous attempts, the hotel never sent a final folio nor explained the charges which is all I asked. General Impressions: The hotel seems poorly managed with a ”choatic” vibe in which there is not only no personalized guests are vying for the attention for concierge staff who are stretched too thin with minimal English skills. While I understand this is a busy time for the hotel, the hotel should not be having any difficulty meeting basic demands of elite members even when they are at capacity. The hotel felt more like a 3-4 star hotel than a St. Regis. Among St. Regis hotels, this one was a major disappointment.

Wir hatten einen so angenehmen Aufenthalt in Chuan House eine Woche. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit viel Platz für große Gepäck und Bewegung. Es war eine bequeme Lage für uns, da wir durch die Menge wandern konnten und hier von Dotonbori zurückgehen, statt zu versuchen, einen Ort zu finden, um einen Fahrt zu fangen und mehr Geld zu verbringen. Was uns wirklich überrascht war die erstaunliche Trocknerfunktion im Badezimmer, die so gut war, unsere Kleidung innerhalb einer Stunde oder so nach dem Waschen zu trocknen! Einfach frische Kleidung jeden anderen Tag. Check-in und Selbsthilfe zu Zimmerlieferungen waren ein Brise. Kommunikation mit einem Personalvertreter war einfach - besonders dank der KK für die schnelle Antwort und Hilfe, die wir uns gegeben haben, wenn wir es brauchen, ist es wirklich ein Unterschied. Insgesamt ist es großartig für das, was Sie erhalten!

Die Umgebung ist sehr sauber und tedy.Sehr bequem zum Stadtzentrum, 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Bahnhof. Es gibt mindestens drei große Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wenn Sie fahren, gibt es viele in der Nähe,Parkplatz für 24 Stunden von 500 bis 1000 yuan.Sie haben Toiletten Kühlschrank Mikrowellenschrank und Tischwarendishe.Alles, was Sie brauchen.Ich geben 5 Sterne + und sehr empfehlen.

Es war genau wie auf dem Bild und es war größer als ich dachte, also hat es mir gefallen! Es ist etwas weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber es lohnt sich, zu Fuß zu gehen. Es war sauber und die Bettwäsche war sehr bequem, aber es war etwas enttäuschend. Während meiner 4 Tage und 3 Nächte hatte ich nur 2 große und 2 kleine Handtücher, also habe ich sie gewaschen und benutzt. Trotzdem habe ich vor, nächstes Jahr wieder zu kommen!
