The hotel is cosy and clean. It has many technology functions like using AI to control room lightings, curtains or play music, remote control toilet bowl etc. but we dont like the idea of toilet separated far apart from bathing area and bath tub area has no door, very inconvenient. Also the slide in the family room is v steep, will land hard on floor. This hotel is abt 30 mins away from Pudong airport and 30 mins from Disneyland. Behind the hotel, there is a shopping mall with some restaurants, supermarket , fast food etc. surrounding also have quite a no. Of shops and pharmacy. Not too bad. But the hotel is not near those main tourist attractions, think needs about 1hr car ride or take metro. There’s a nearby metro but we didnt explore how to buy the tickets and travel by metro. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast also has reasonable variety, not posh type. They offer free airport transfers and to and fro disneyland, just need to inform hotel staff by phone call a day or 2 in advance. The disneyland transfer, they provide tour guide service at additional cost of rmb 180 per pax, they also brief and sell you many things that may be useful for the disneyland visit. There may be some miscommunication between us and the tour guide. We thought by following the tour guide, we will have priority queue for the rides and they will also book for us the slots for some popular shows like the Mickey Storybook Adventure. End up, by paying for the tour guide, it was all in a rush, running around the park and queue up as per normal. The only benefits are the tour guide will guide you to the most worthwhile rides, shows and best spot to watch the parade. In my opinion, with younger kids, better do some ‘homework’ before arriving and roam around by yourselves. Do rent or bring along stroller, umbrellas and rain coats too. Overall, we still like this hotel and their service.

Booked hotel for going to zoo. Location is quite close to the zoo. Hotel locates in a community mall, from 5th floor onwards. There is a shuttle service departs at 9.30 am. Pick up service from zoo to hotel at 5.00 pm. Check-in was fast, receptionists were friendly. Room could be cleaner, particularly in corners. Carpet floor helps to absorb the noise but not from the constructed road, nevertheless it was ok. Room has no fridge, but nearby there are few convenience shops. Our room was a bit smelly, which cause by the open toilet. The floor it self is sticky cause some guests smoked in front of the elevator. Negative point was to found out that there is no kids playground anymore. Very disappointed, as it has been advised in trip. Breakfast was ok, Chinese food. No bread and proper coffee. Just for a stay, overnight is ok. Surroundings are fine to dine out. Check Out was fast without any complication. Ah, no gifts for our kid as all other reviewers mentioned.

Nur wenige der Hotels, in denen ich übernachtet habe, haben alle Geräte jeden Tag auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Einige haben jeden Tag in Obst übernachtet. Alle Kellner haben eine sehr gute Einstellung, sind ruhig und sicher. Es ist 20-30 Minuten mit dem Auto von Disney entfernt. Es gibt einen Abholservice vom Flughafen, aber nur am Flughafen Pudong. Sie können mit der U-Bahn an der Huinan Station abgeholt und an der Longyang Station abgesetzt werden. Das Kind zerbrach versehentlich den Becher zum Zähneputzen am nächsten Morgen und wollte es beim Frühstück bezahlen. Der Kellner tröstete ihn und sagte, dass es in Ordnung sei und er es nicht bezahlen müsse. Es ist so gut, dass es so ist jenseits deiner Vorstellung. Die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets ist auch sehr gut und lecker, besonders die gekochten Nudeln finde ich besser als Nudeln, die Suppe ist sehr süß, muss man essen. Da ich in einem 15-Quadratmeter-Zimmer wohne, ist das Zimmer sehr klein, aber das Design ist besser, und ich kann kaum alleine mit einem Kind leben. Beim Auschecken gab der Kundenmanager Xiaofu auch ein kleines Spielzeug, und das Kind war sehr glücklich. Wenn ich über Mängel sprechen muss, ist einer, dass es relativ abgelegen ist und ich nicht um das Hotel herumlaufen kann, aber in der Nähe der malerischen Orte ist es normal. Das zweite ist, dass das Zimmer, in dem ich wohne, sehr klein ist und es keinen Platz zum Aufhängen von Kleidung gibt.Es ist sehr umständlich, Unterwäsche und Socken zu waschen, aber wenn Sie mehr Geld ausgeben und einen anderen Zimmertyp wählen, sollten Sie dieses Problem nicht haben! Ich werde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der nach Shanghai Disneyland will! Übrigens, ich rief meine Putian Coconut an, ging zu Disney und checkte für ein paar Tage in verschiedenen Attraktionen in Shanghai ein, und meine Füße taten überhaupt nicht weh. Diese Reise nach Shanghai hat sich gelohnt und uns in sehr guten Erinnerungen hinterlassen, danke!

一個奇葩的酒店，我沒有打最低分，完全是因為在我們孩子感染新冠發燒後，給了我們無私協助的幾位房務部姐姐，至少兩位姐姐，不僅提供了礦泉水裝冰塊，提供附近醫院訊息，還有通馬桶。 好了，説説這家奇葩的酒店 1，4月30號晚間入住時，給了很奇葩的房型，房間有點情趣，另外感覺像綠皮火車卧鋪車廂，哪裡想到這衹是奇葩的開始 2，我原以為酒店是華住旗下酒店，所以理所當然認為會至少給一份早餐，我再談心送一份就O了，畢竟一晚上的價格已經是380+，沒想到酒店和華住沒半毛錢關係，聯繫前台告訴我無權限送早需等經理上班後，9點上班後仍然一開始拒絕，最後很勉強的送了我兩份早餐，然後告訴我希望我不要聲張，我不要當他人面來索要權益，不好意思，我家裡LD就是從事高端餐飲的，也是服務行業，你説的道理我懂，我溝通時聲音已經壓的不能外低了； 3，酒店好不容易“賞”我們的第二天的雙早，當我們9點06分到前台時，早餐已結束，請問那家酒店，還是法定節假日期間，會將早餐結束時間設到9點，最早也應該9點半吧？ 4，無論第一天的異形房，還有第二天的正常房，房間智能中控系統都很難使用，燈光和窗簾的實際操作和麪板指示不符。 視頻是酒店的門頭，被大風吹成了大風車！

Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr komplett, es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank mit Bademänteln und Kaffee, die Fenster sind groß und haben einen weiten Blick, es ist sehr ruhig und sehr zufriedenstellend, das Frühstück ist im ersten Stock, das Buffet mit einer Kombination aus Chinesisch und Western ist sehr gut, und es gibt einen Selbstbedienungs-Wäscheservice im ersten Stock, was sehr gut ist.Es ist sehr praktisch, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu haben, und das Hotel ist sehr kostengünstig.Es ist eher geeignet für Freunde, die auf Geschäftsreisen sind, und es wird empfohlen.
