Econo Lodge on the River Sevierville-Pigeon Forge

Clean and friendly. Easy free parking right in front of room. Rooms seem to be renovated recently. River view had ducks that you to watch right out back door.

1) There was good on the carpet ! 2) There was something in between the wall an the dresser not sure if it was a condom or what ! 3) I know it is not easy cleaning after the general public , how ever it is a job !! 4) with what I seen I won’t be staying there again !!

My fiance and I wanted to get away between Christmas and New Year's. I found this while checking some sites with which I have reward points. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the room, the access to the balcony, and the view of the river. However, I am giving only four stars for my review for a couple of reasons, both of which are minor. Still, when traveling and your hotel advertises a particular amenity, you look for it. My room was missing the coffee maker, which I brought to the front desk's attention. I think it was from the last person who stayed in the room because it still had coffee supplies. My second concern is that for December in the mountains, the beds (which slept great, by the way!) had no blankets, and when the temperatures go down into the 20s at night, a blanket would feel really good. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Sevierville. It is close enough to Pigeon Forge and its attractions without the price; it is close to I-40 and shopping, including grocery stores, if you need one. Please give them a chance.

Even though the property is located by the main highway, we heard very little noise at all. Our room was very clean and well stocked with plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. Would stay again and will recommend to family and friends.

I went off the reviews and this place had really good reviews. Once arriving the room had a funny smell, nasty stuff on the walls, stains on the sheets, says no pets, but found animal hair, and the floor turned your feet black. I would not recommend this motel. Yes it was in a convenient area, but was not a clean place. I was not happy at all.

Hotel was fine, but no coffees maker in room. Pillows were not very comfortable, too flat for me, but bed was comfortable. It suited our needs for a place to sleep for a couple of nights so we could go to Dollywood. Staff was very friendly.

I didnot like bed. Did not have a elevator . The couch and toilet was dirty. The price was good.

This is a no frills simple hotel located about 10-15 from the interstate on the way to Pigeon Forge.. Pros: spacious room, quiet, nice view of the river from your private balcony, Clean, WiFi worked great, nice HDTV. Nice to be able to park right in front of your room and unload your car. Cons: shower water lukewarm even though sink water blazing hot, room was missing the extra chair pictured in room description. No hairdryer, ironing board, iron, or suitcase holder that folds up, bed is hard.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this location again. The guy at the service desk was so kind,accommodating and had a smile on his face. Checking and out was a breeze. The room/ beds were clean and comfortable. Not much in walking distance but it is a short drive to most attractions. Everything about our stay was great.
