Upon arrival the room was freezing cold and after running the heat on emergency heat with a temp of 80 for 4 hours, it still didn’t get above 62 in the room. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Got to the new room and the tv remotes would not work. Lights in the bedroom did not want work either. Indoor pool area was freezing even though I asked before booking and was told everything was heated. Pool had something in it and lifeguard acted like it was nothing. My daughter and her friend said it looked like feces. Maids were talking very loudly in the hallway early in the morning resulting in waking us up.

We had an AMAZING time on our first family vacation! Check-in was smooth. They have wristbands which are your key to your room, to the indoor water park, and other activities. They also get you discounts on other activities. All the staff were veey helpful. The beds were cozy, the bath had working jets, the whole toom was like a small apartment. We also enjoyed the arcades!

Very comfortable and spacious. The indoor pool and water park is really tailored for little kids.
The gym was terrible. No weights, mats, elliptical. Only recumbent and 2 other bikes. Broken treadmill. That was disappointing

The some of the TV channel wouldn’t come in then the both the maintenance men just (I thank) didn’t tell us the that they would do anything about our problem. Very few silverware and dishes one skillet. This is a few things we taught were problems.

This is our second visit here and throughly enjoyed it. All of the staff are extremely nice and helpful. The only few downsides were upon arrival there was no small dish soap or dish washer pods. Last time we stayed I was sure one of the two if not both were there. Thankfully I had brought some dish soap to wash dishes by hand but had to use it to run the dishwasher which wasn’t all that great. Also, there were dishes in the dishwasher from the previous ones who stayed that did not get off loaded and you may want to check the toasted in the room. I think it is on its last leg. 😊 other than those few things we had a wonderful time and would return again.

The resort was a godsend when our VRBO rental was a scam. We were very grateful that the resort was able to accommodate us for one night thank you we were most grateful.

We actually had three suites for 2-5 nights each. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations for all three generations in our family! The staff was great. Although the hotel is older, it is well-maintained. The indoor pool area was a hit with the kids. We would definitely come back if we have another family vacation in the area.
