Ich war jetzt schon in einigen Ländern Urlaub machen wie Spanien, Dubai, Kenia etc. und das ist mein 1. Urlaub hier in der Türkei und bis her der allerbeste. Die Arbeiter im Hotel sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gibt es irgendwas sind die Arbeiter zu Stelle um zu helfen. Das Essen ist super und das Zimmer ist auch gut und wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht und die Zimmer bar wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Komme bestimmt wieder und werde in den selben Hotel bleiben. Vor allem die Stimmung ist immer positiv. Ich werde dieses Hotel jeden weiter empfehlen.

Sehr aufmerksames und hilfreiches Personal . Sehr gutes Essen mit begleitenden Weinen . Zimmer sauber und der Kühlschrank immer gefüllt. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht! Das Zimmer hatte immer 26 Grad . Leider auch nach der Reklamation! Auf Grund der Lage des Zimmers konnte man die Terrassentür nachts nicht offen stehen lassen. ( Sicherheit ) . TV mit allen deutschen Sendern und W- LAN sehr gut . Spa sehr gut .

I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen. We stayed here on route to our main holiday as we were all inclusive 5 star but booked direct with hotel. As flight arrived early hours of morning we stayed here for a few hours sleep to then move on to main hotel. It was only £32 for 3 people and was more than adequate. A guy there even offered to taxi us to our main hotel for a small fee 7 euros. This meant we arrived fresh at 9 am at our venue ready to start the all inclusive. Clean room , air con. Basic English speaking and 24 hour reception to greet us early morning when arrived. Will use again.

Absolut positiv ist hier das gesamte Personal durch ihr persönliches Service aufgefallen. Dieses hat viele Dinge kaschiert und trotzdem zu einem schönen Aufenthalt beigetragen. 👏🏻 Die Küchenmannschaft hat es keinen Tag hinbekommen, am Buffet heiße Gerichte zu platzieren. Keine vorgewärmten Teller haben, das lauwarme Essen erstarren lassen. Ich finde es einfach schade, dass so veraltete Küchentechnik das Werk der Köche zu nichte macht. Viele traditionelle türkische Speisen, brachten sogar im Ausland lebende türkische Familien ins schwärmen 🤩. Was für ein Kompliment - „Wie damals bei meiner Oma!“ Die Zimmer sind geräumig, jedoch durchwegs nur mit Badewanne 🛀 und die Umschaltamaturen für Überkopfdusche und Dusche 🚿 funktionierten in mehreren Zimmer nicht wirklich. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber. Mein Fazit: Für den günstigen Preis ok 🆗. Für warmes Essen und eine funktionierende Dusche hätte ich einen Stern 🌟 mehr vergeben.

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön. Überall Katzen und auch andere Tiere wie kleine Schildkröten, laufen einem die ganze Zeit übern Weg:). Die Lage ist sehr schön, wie auch die Zimmer. Auch die Animation macht wirklich Spaß. An dieser Stelle einen großen Dank an Louisa, Sarah und Flo. Auch an den Manager Ibrahim einen großen Dank, der sich super um die Gäste kümmert. Alles in allem, würde ich jedem empfehlen auf jeden fall mal dort Urlaub zu machen.
