We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and we can thoroughly recommend staying here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with tips on where to eat etc. Especially Gohar, who was always smiling and making us feel welcome. The hotel is perfectly located near the beach and within a short walk to the town. Our first room was a suite which was very spacious with a large bathroom and two balconies. The room had tea making facilities, Sky TV and USB charging points. Sadly we had a problem with beetles in the room and finally , after mentioning it a few times, the manager took our concerns seriously and provided us with an alternative room. Our 2nd room was a deluxe room which was a decent size and had two balconies which had a view directly out to the sea front. The hotel provides bikes for and parking for a fee. The sunbeds cost about the same as the others along the beach. Breakfast was very good with a large choice although the scrambled eggs were often luke warm and on at least one occasion even cold. Although we had a problem with the 1st room and it took a while for management to get involved we did receive compensation and a relatively decent alternative room therefore I would definitely book this hotel again if I was in this area.

Ich ging ins Spa des Hotels Raffaello, nachdem ich eine Muskelmassage gebucht hatte. Die Rezeptionisten bestätigten dies zweimal und ich machte deutlich, dass dies die Art von Massage war, die ich gebucht hatte. Als ich ankam, um die Masseurin Anna zu treffen, sagte sie mir sofort, dass sie diese Art von Massage nicht anbiete und dass es nicht ihre Schuld sei, dass sie auf der Spa-Karte angeboten werde. Sie sagte, sie mache nur Massagen auf ihre Art. Ich fand das komisch, beschloss aber, weiterzumachen. Nach zwei Minuten der Massage sagte sie, ich sei angespannt und fragte mich, ob ich aufhören wolle, weil mir ihre Massage wahrscheinlich nicht gefalle. Ich fühlte mich nicht so angespannt, aber als sie mich noch einmal fragte, begann ich definitiv angespannt zu werden. Nach etwa zwanzig Minuten bat sie mich, mich umzudrehen. Ich fragte sie, ob sie sich ein bisschen mehr auf meine Schultern konzentrieren könne. Nachdem ich sie das gefragt hatte, schien sie beleidigt und sagte, sie mache die Massage auf ihre Art und der Grund, warum ich sie das gefragt hätte, sei, dass mir ihre Massage nicht gefiel. Dann sagte sie wieder, dass mir „ihre Massage nicht gefällt“ und dass ich nicht gut Italienisch spreche und sie nicht verstehe (was nicht stimmt, ich bin Italiener und spreche die Sprache fließend, es war wirklich eine Beleidigung) und weil ich sie von Anfang an nicht mochte. Es fing an, sich sehr aggressiv anzufühlen und ich hatte das Gefühl, ihr Therapeut zu werden. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich gerne aufhören würde (nach etwa zwanzig Minuten), weil mir das Gespräch unangenehm war und weil ich eigentlich wegen einer Massage gekommen war, aber sie sagte weiterhin, dass ich sie nicht mag. Ich bat sie, die Tür aufzuschließen, damit ich gehen könne, was sie nach einer Minute tat. Als ich zur Rezeption ging und mir die Situation erklärte und wie unwohl ich mich danach fühlte, sagten sie: Nun, wir können nichts dagegen tun und berechneten mir den halben Preis. Sie ignorierten die Tatsache, dass die Masseurin mich beleidigt hatte und beschlossen trotzdem, mir etwas zu berechnen, obwohl ich nach zwanzig Minuten gegangen war. Ich habe noch nie eine so schlechte Massageerfahrung gemacht und ich habe schon viele Massagen gehabt, von Spor**assagen bis hin zu Ayurveda-Massagen, da ich beruflich viel reise und häufig Massagen brauche. Wenn Sie eine entspannende, hochwertige Erfahrung wünschen, empfehle ich diesen Ort nicht.

Zwei Nächte im Rahmen eines Besuchs in einer Fabrik in Apiro. Da Apiro keine Hotels hat, haben wir hier geblieben, die 30mts fahren. Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt, sauber und sauber. Das Frühstück war relativ gut. Die Zimmer hatten kostenfreies Wasser, einen Safe, Kühlschrank, Toiletten, TV mit allen italienischen Kanälen, kostenfreies WLAN. Es gibt ein Restaurant und eine Bar im Erdgeschoss. Für die Eisenbahn gibt es ein Zimmer im 3. Stock. Die Lage ist in Jesi und im Allgemeinen haben wir unser Aufenthalt alle genossen. Nur die Frage, die ich hatte, ist keine Hausaufbewahrung am nächsten Tag. Nach der Berichterstattung der Hausaufbewahrung gab es jedoch saubere Handtücher und 2 Wasserflasche.

Ottimo hotel sul lungomare di Marotta-Ponte Sasso a Fano. Camere tutte nuove e rifatte da poco, profumate, complete dell’essenziale e pulite. Colazione abbondante con ampia scelta di prodotti vegani, varietà infinita di torte e dolci fatti in casa. Servizio super. Ampio parcheggio esterno. Costo contenuto (63€ a notte la doppia). Ottimo

Auf Anfrage von Freunden waren wir am Gebäude für ein Wochenende ... Anreisedaten wir finden eine schöne Halle ...Sehr nett das Mädchen, und hier Stop ... Anreisedaten im Zimmer wir erkennen sofort die geringe Reinigung derselben, Schleifen und Staub überall, das Fensterbad aber Box Dusche gebraten Dusche vetus.. Wir lassen viel verlieren und nur eine Nacht ... Es kommt die Zeit für das Abendessen ... Wir haben auf unserer Heimfahrt nach Deutschland einen Zwischenstopp in Ancona gemacht und uns für dieses Hotel entschieden. Diese Wahl war auf jeden Fall kein Fehler. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und der Check-in schnell gemacht. Wir hatten die Suite Nr. 300, sehr geräumig, riesiges Bett und ebenso große Badewanne :) Ablagefläche im Bad war nicht wirklich vorhanden, dafür zwei große Waschbecken und eine Extra Toilette mit Bidet. Das Bett war wirklich toll, weil es so groß und bequem war. Wir haben mit unserem Baby drin geschlafen und jeder hatte genug Platz. Ansonsten kann man wirklich nicht meckern, abgesehen von den vielen Macken die überall nicht zu übersehen sind. Vor allem die Treppenstufe zur Badewanne sollte mal dringend ausgebessert werden und evtl. Ein Haltegriffe angebracht werden, dass man beim ein- und aussteigen nicht ausrutscht. Das ist ein wenig unpraktisch gewesen. Das Spa hatte ich so nicht erwartet und war wirklich sehr überrascht. Toller sauberer Bereich, mit einer Sauna, einem Dampfbad, Jacuzzi, verschiedenen Aroma Duschen (die leider nicht so ganz funktioniert haben), ein großer Pool und ein Ruhebereich. War sehr einladend der ganze Spabereich und man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, soll aber ganz gut sein. Das Frühstück an sich ist bestimmt sehr gut, zumal es nicht typisch italienisch ist, sondern international. Man bekommt nicht nur Süßes und Kaffee :) Es war sehr nervig und unentspannt wie das Frühstück, aufgrund von Corona organisiert wurde. Es waren zwei Damen für alle Gäste die frühstücken kamen zuständig. Man musste sich quasi anstellen und sagen was man möchte. Dies ist alles sehr hektisch und wie gesagt sehr unentspannt gewesen. Gäste standen überall herum und es war für mich sehr chaotisch. Verständlich das die Hygienemaßnahmen eingehalten werden müssen, aber das hätte man mit Handschuhen für die Gäste, die sich dann selbst bedienen, besser lösen können. Ansonsten ist die Lage super, schnell von der Autobahn zu erreichen und in der Umgebung gibt es auch einige Supermärkte falls man etwas benötigt. Für eine Nacht in Ordnung, für längere Familienaufenthalte oder Urlaube auf jeden Fall nicht geeignet.
