The parking garage is ridiculous. There is no elevator connected to the hotel, and it's open to the public, so you're paying $52 a night to carry your luggage up and down flights of stairs.
The service in the restaurant connected to the hotel isn't the greatest either, but the staff was nice.
The TV and the phone wasn't working in the room, and the bathroom had a sprinkler that looked borderline moldy. The "balcony" was also incredibly tiny, it was no more than maybe 8 inches wide.
And I heard 2 employees arguing in the hallway over towels, which was not a great thing to wake up to our first day in Seattle.
Ultimately, the staff we interacted with was nice, and the man who fixed the TV and phone was helpful, but the hotel isn't worth the money in my opinion. The location was okay, but it is across the street from a shifty CVS, and there are plenty of unhoused people walking around, and even coming into the hotel.
Overall, it was fine for this stay, but we will not be staying here again.
