We had Family Suite and it was just as pictured. Very clean and great balcony. Hotel appears recently renovated and is in great condition. The breakfast every morning is perfect for variety and easy for day on slopes. It is a short up and down walk to Olympic Gondola where we rented skis and left them in locker overnight. The Gondola is about 20 minute ride and very easy and peaceful. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you want to sleep away from resorts and enjoy a little village. I would stay here again.

Nous avons été à la tourmaline pour passer un weekend de Noël nous avons été déçus par le spa et la piscine nous avons entendu au moins 30 minutes pour que le sauna soit mis en route nous avons même pas pu profiter de tout ces moments de détente car la personne avait du mal à allumer le sauna et le chauffer une deuxième personne est arrivé pour l'aider le jacuzzi était vraiment sale avec des poils l'eau était pas clair on a dû le signaler pour que il soit vidé et rempli à nouveau tu étais en supplément même le peignoir qui est normalement compris dans les moments de détente pas piscine été de 10 € en plus je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel qu'il faisait payer tout en supplément surtout que pour un déjeuner qui coûte 16 € c'est énorme nous avons dû partir prendre notre déjeuner à la boulangerie du coin il faut vraiment éviter ce genre d'auberge car c'est vraiment une arnaque surtout que la chambre était à 120 € par jour par contre le seul avis que je puisse mettre, c'est la réceptionniste Melina qui nous qui c'est excuse de cette gene occasionner. Petit message pour les gérants de cette auberge vous devriez plutôt fidéliser vos clients et ne pas faire payer les suppléments car ça pourrait vraiment vous mettre des épines dans le pied car une personne vient de passer des moments paie assez cher et ne souhaite pas se ruiner à la montagne déjà qu'il y a beaucoup d'autres choses à payer en famille entre amis ou en couple bonne fête de Noël à tous
