I'm getting increasingly frustrated with this place last time they charged me $50 on top of the $400 I already paid out then made me pay separately for anything I bought for food there this time they didn't even clean the room beforehand

The hotel is impeccably maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I really can't come up with a negative thing to say! It was a wonderful two night stay.

The room was great, pool was excellent, breakfast was lovely and had lots of options. Very kid friendly and nice interactions with staff. Would definitely stay there again.

A Holiday Inn Express is usually fine but unremarkable, but this one was outstanding. Great staff, nice room, great mattress.

Two reasons for the lower rating, 1. Pool side was quite dirty (hairs etc) and always had to ask for towels. 2. Something Sharp at the seam between the carpet and tile in the hallway. We had to put a towel over it so no one would step on it again after two separate people did. Room 203
