Unser Transfer im Mercedes von Neapel nach Sorrento war einmalig mit halt am Aussichtspunkt Amalfiküste und die ersten Fotos. Im Hotel wurden wir sehr gastfreundlich empfangen und bis zur Abreise ebenso zuvorkommend, freundlich und nett versorgt. Das Hotel ist sehr schön renoviert, sauber, ansprechend ausgestattet und wir haben uns im Zimmer mit Balkon sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Gastgeber !

Einfaches aber ruhiges Hotel etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums aber mit Shuttlebus. Sauber. Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Privater Parkplatz neben dem Hotel für 10Euro/Tag. Das Zentrum von Sorrent war noch sehr belebt mit vielen Restaurants, obwohl der Oktober in Italien eher schwierig ist.

First let me start with the pros Hotel is gorge and spotlessly clean the rooms are perfect size and perfect for a site seeing holiday The hotel has a lovely little pool and a great roof top chill area and the hotel itself is only 15-20 mins walk to the centre of sorrento They also have a great shuttle service that runs from 6:30pm -11pm The only con is how loud the hotel is the walls must be made of tracing paper you can hear everything toilets being flushed showers hair dryers (even more so when a guest was drying her hair at 1 oclock in the morning !! I mean what would be the need ) people coughing i stayed on the ground floor the rooms are not even 5 steps away from The reception so you can hear all the talking doors slamming it was really really annoying to be fair i am a light sleeper and was woken up so many times if i could suggest anything would be handy to request a room on any other floor than the ground hopefully that would avoid some of the noise

Lovely quiet location, staff friendly and helpful. Pool is cute and loved the roof terrace! The small bus to the centre is great but on one occasion, he didn’t show up at 11pm which is the last bus back to hotel. This meant we had to walk home in the dark. This is the only issue I had. The breakfast is satisfactory, coffee is lovely. Room very clean and bed comfortable. I would stay again!

We had a great stay at this hotel! Everyone was so nice and helpful but especially Nikola. He was so accommodating with my vegan diet for breakfast and was so sweet. The rooftop area was a huge plus & they have free shuttles in the evening to get to and from downtown Sorrento, otherwise it’s an easy 20 min walk if you’re able to walk. Would definitely stay again

Very well managed, beautifully clean hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast featured delicious homemade cakes and the manager even got more English Breakfast tea in for us. The courtesy taxi service into the centre is a very thoughtful touch. Would definitely go back there.

We had a 4 night stay for my birthday which started with a fantastic pre booked taxi driver from the airport to the Hotel with a history lesson on route. This hotel is small with very welcoming, friendly helpful staff in a quiet location. It's spotlessly clean throughout, comfy beds & clean towels daily. Breakfast is continental & perfect to start the day. Location is about a 25 minute walk into the town, the hotel can provide transport if required.

We visited just before the summer season started staying for five nights - obviously some of the facilities were closed but that didn’t trouble us. Hotel is a little outside Sorrento and it is about a 15-20 minute walk in. There are however quite a few restaurants in easy walking distance. Locally to the hotel, most restaurants and bars had still to open for the season. The Pergola is a nice small hotel - about 30 rooms I think - we were in the sea side but the sea is at least 500m away and there are many buildings in the way of the view. The room was fine and had a little balcony. Staff were all great and they thoughtfully figured out it was my birthday and left a bottle of Prosecco in the room. Only criticism is the breakfast - not great and made worse as when we were there there was also a large tour group who hovered up most of the food which then wasn’t replaced. They really need to improve the quality and selection but I’m aware that breakfasts in Italy are normally minimal. I would recommend the hotel if you want a quiet location to stay.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are a reasonable size big enough for three of us to stay comfortably for four nights. The staff were fantastic so friendly. Plenty of places to sit including a roof terrace with a stunning view. Drinks from the bar very reasonably priced and the breakfast was continental lots of choice including cereal, Yogurts, fruit, croissants and cakes. We had the most stunning view from the balcony. Could not fault this hotel.
