Die kurze Version ist dieses kürzlich geöffnete Hotel ist ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Als ich in einem der Manager geprüft, half eine neue Front Desk Person, mich zu prüfen und war erschöpft, mich zu begrüßen. Das ist genau die gleiche Aloft Vibe, die Sie an jedem anderen Ort erhalten würden. Das Zimmer war ruhig, das Bett komfortable und ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Ich habe lange Tage gearbeitet, so dass ich mich ein bisschen beschämend zu sagen, zwei der Nächte, die ich zu müde war, um in einem der Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft zu essen und im Hotelrestaurant zu essen. Das Restaurant hat ein ähnliches Menü beschränkt wie andere Alofts. Es ist nicht hochgeküchet, aber es ist viel besser als schnelles Essen. Sprich von schnellem Essen gibt es eine Popeye und eine Dunkin' Donuts um die Ecke, wenn das deine Sache ist. Es gibt ein Frühstücksbuffet mit geschroteten Eiern (könnte ein wenig länger gekocht werden IMHO), Sauce, Bohnen und gefrierte Pflanze. Es gab auch eine Auswahl von Fleisch und Käse. Nicht schlechter Weg, den Tag zu beginnen. Nicht sicher, was der Preis ist, weil ich noch nicht meine Kosten getan habe. Nach dem Einchecken wurde ich immer von Namen gegrüßt, etwas, das ich meist nur bei Ritz Carltons erleben kann. Niedriges Berühren. Es gibt einen Dachpool. Ich sah es aus meinem Zimmer, aber hatte nie Zeit, es zu besuchen. Während wir im Lobby warten, hat unser lokaler Kontakt in die Marriott-Unternehmensperson gedrückt, die besuchte. Sie entschuldigte sich für die Lernkurve des Personals. Ich bin ein Lebenslanges Marriott Reward Platinum-Mitglied (mindestens 50 Nächte pro Jahr für 10 Jahre). Ich kenne das Markenzeichen gut. Dieses Hotel wird nur gut. Ich blieb hier drei Nächte auf einer Arbeitsreise, die zuvor im Juni geplant war, bevor dieser Platz geöffnet wurde. Ich hätte bei ihren nahe gelegenen Interkontinentalen geblieben, was sicher gut wäre. Das heißt, wenn ich wieder besuche, würde ich hier wieder bleiben.

Worthless!! Horrible!!!!!! Ripoff!!!!!!!!!!!! I stayed in the Presidential Suite for my honeymoon. American Express booked the room for me. The hotel was informed that this was my honeymoon. There was nothing in my room to welcome my wife and I for our honeymoon. The minibar was empty. There was only one robe in the closet. There was no doorman when I arrived and when I left the hotel. I ordered a steak for dinner. I was told we do not have any steak. I called for room service and was told the menu is on the TV. I checked here was none. I called to the front desk and the sent a person to check and she confirmed there was no menu on the TV. She said she would bring me a menu. We waited 15 minutes for her to return. We ordered the exact same breakfast both mornings and on the second morning the breakfast was different. I called the main hotel number to explain all of this. They offered the following compensation - you can join our hotel club and we will give you 20,000 points for a free night. I told her i don't want to join your club. I called the hotel manager and explained everything. She offered me nothing. Later that day I checked my credit card and was changed $200 for nothing! I called the hotel, asked to speak to the manager and the women put me on hold. I am on hold not 12:48 seconds. INCREDIBLE! HORRIBLE!!
