When I went to make a reservation at the Llao Llao, I could have easly chosen a more expensive room in the newer Moreno wing. But the hotel website made it look as if the older Bustillo rooms had the same nice lake view as the Moreno rooms, so it didn't seem worth the extra price. But the room that we were given, on the fourth floor of the Bustillo building, was small, dark and extrmely depressing, with a tiny view of the lake through a dormer window that one could only see standing up. As it rained for most of our stay, we had no choice but to spend a lot of time in the room, which was really dismal. The bathroom was also particularly ancient, and the bed was not comfortable. The location of the Llao Llao is certainly dramatic, and the indoor/outdoor pool in particular is wonderful. I'm sure that the hotel is a lot nicer in good weather. But it's inconceivable that this could be considered a five-star hotel, considering the dreary state of the room that we were given.

Auch die Frage der Entfernung ist subjektiv, aber wenn man die Ruhe und die Umgebung genießen will, ob die Stadt in der Nähe oder nicht, dann wird sie zu einem idealen Ort. Neben einem Lobby mit einem integrierten, sehr warmen Essensraum, die an diese alten Berghütten der alten amerikanischen Filme erinnert, hat es eine Terrasse zum Frühstück oder genießen der Landschaften, die ihm ein sehr wichtiges Plus hinzufügt. All das, zusammen mit der angenehmen und schmerzhaften Aufmerksamkeit Ihres Personals, machen einen großen Zug und über dem sehr zugänglichen Preis. In Personal finde ich einen Ort, vor allem für Paare, sehr empfehlenswert.

Sie sagt eine Kabine, aber es war ein Mono-Umgebung gegenüber dem See Nahuel Huapi,das Fahrzeug bleibt im Schrank,das Bad verlor, aber es ist empfehlenswert,einfach, aber mit den Details der Parkplätze und Wasserverlust,diese ist ziemlich zentrisch, Die Einrichtungen des anderen Komplexes (Las Gaviotas) mit Zugang zum Strand und geschlossenem Kies können genutzt werden.

Having flown halfway around the world to one of the most beautiful areas in the world, imagine our horror when we walked into our suite and found that we overlooked a building site. The hammering and drilling wasn't too bad - it didn't start until 08.00 and ended around 16.00! But we could have done without it, thank you. We immediately went to Reception to ask for a room change but were told that there weren't any available and we were too jet-lagged to cope with the hassle of changing hotels. It seems to be an indication of the lack of regard, or even complete disdain, in which the hotel management holds its guests. We had no notification, either directly or via our booking agent (SuperTravel), that our suite would be next to a building site and were certainly not offered the opportunity to change or upgrade our suite. Further evidence of the poor management was in the dining room where there was no greeting from the unsmiling staff - the opposite of what we had come to expect in any of our dealings with the normally friendly, smiling, happy, lovely Argentinian people.
