Le doy 5 estrellas porque nos hemos sentido muy bien acogidas en el hotel. Nos hospedamos en una habitación familiar. Las camas son muy grandes y cómodas. Alquilamos la nevera por 2€/día y es lo mejor que pudimos hacer porque enfría muy bien las bebidas. Por otro lado, la terraza con balcón es espaciosa, amplia y discreta... Y tiene unas vistas expectaculares! (Especialmente desde la última planta). El ático con el jacuzzi es un puntazo a añadir al hotel. La ubicación es ideal para familias con niños pequeños. Es una zona tranquila, cercana a la playa y con muchos restaurantes a su alrededor. Además, hay una farmacia muy cerca del alojamiento, varios supermercados y locales comerciales. El mismo hotel tiene una tienda, algo que es muy cómodo si quieres comprar alguna cosa para tomar en la habitación o productos de higiene de última hora. El único punto negativo sería la conexión Wifi. En nuestro caso, funcionaba muy lenta o directamente no funcionaba. No fue un problema muy grande, pero quizás es algo que podría mejorar en el futuro. Por todo lo demás, el personal encantador y los recepcionistas muy amables y serviciales. Nos vamos muy contentas del hotel principalmente gracias a ellos. Sin duda repetiremos!!

I don't even know where to start this review. all ”no way”. the fact that this is a 4 star hotel is out of the question! booked a suite. the room size is tiny as usual standard in a 4 star hotel. the woman who cleans the rooms constantly pounded on the door and demanded that we leave, as she does not have time to wait for us to leave, as she needs to leave🤦‍♀️ as a result, the room was not cleaned even once in 3 days. the pool is small, it smells strange and there are 2 sun loungers😂😂😂 there is not a single soul in the pool area. the hotel is positioned as a gastronome. breakfast is generally some kind of horror, photos are attached. there is no choice at all. 3-4 plates of an incomprehensible dish and that's it! before that we stayed at the Blaumar hotel, did not like it very much, friends advised me to try this one - the Blaumar result was very good 😂😂😂. of the pros: reception staff respond quickly, ready to help, close to the embankment, convenient parking

The hotel was so clean and modern I loved the smell of the scent they had as soon as you walk in reception was really relaxing and reception staff were really friendly! Hotel room was huge and also really clean it was great for us as a family and my daughter had lots of space to play when we was up in the room, the beds were really comfy and we all had the best sleep every night during our stay I loved that it was a full queen size bed and not 2 single beds pushed together like most hotels. I wish we would have had a pool view as we didn’t have any view it was just the back street of the hotel. The restaurant was also lovely and the staff made us feel very welcome everytime we arrived, we was full board and the food was the usual buffet style some nights I couldn’t find anything I was keen on as it was a lot of fish also didn’t have much of a children’s option so my daughter lived of pasta and sauce for the fortnight but other than that it was fine. The fresh omelettes and pastries in the morning were really nice but we missed pork sausages!! The reason why I have given the review 3 stars was because of the entertainment and bar facilities On holiday we are used to more going on in the day and especially in the evening it didn’t really have any atmosphere at all and really let the hotel down We came to realise when we arrived that there was no mini disco for the children or evening entertainment only on Fridays and Saturdays and even on that night it wasn’t worth going to because it was late and our daughter (2) would be bored waiting for it to start with nothing else going on The hotel had so many families whilst we were staying and there could of been so much more the hotel could have done We usually like to go down dressed for the evening and have a drink in a bar or at the pool bar The hotel closed the pool area at 7pm with no access at all as they locked the door to that area and the children’s park The tapas restaurant attached to the hotel turned us a away as we didn’t want food so there was nowhere for us to go and relax with a drink whilst we waited for the restaurant to open which was a late time of 7:30pm This really did disappoint me and my family and did ***** away the holiday feeling for us We ended up having to leave the hotel every night when we would of preferred to spend more time in our hotel due to how nice everything else was Entertaining and atmosphere really lets down the hotel if it had these facilities then we would have had the perfect holiday

Das Hotel war sauber, Schlafzimmer & Badezimmer komfortabel und modern. Frontseeblick ist großartig. Strand ist schön. Ich lebte in diesem Bereich für 2 Jahre, so wusste ich, dass die Lage gut war. Ich wusste jedoch nicht, dass dieses Hotel Hunde erlaubte, die kontinuierlich gebraten, hatte keine Tee-/Kaffee-Herstellungseinrichtungen, so dass ich eine kollapsbare Kehle, Tasse, Liebe, Teebeutel usw. in meinem Gepäck nehmen musste, Die Mädels und Bewohner sprachen sehr laut in den Korridoren außerhalb meiner Tür von 7.30am, der Typ im nächsten Zimmer rauchte auf dem Balkon ständig mit Rauch in mein Zimmer sprung, Mädels ziehen laut Möbel über den Stock jeden Morgen. Der Pool ist sehr klein, aber ich brauchte es nicht selbst. Einen Tag gab eine Jungfrau sich ohne zu schlagen, als ich halb geklebt war, so musste ich meine „nicht stören“ Anzeige jeder Nacht außerhalb der Tür verlassen. Auch dann hatte ich Mädchen auf der Tür schlagen. Das Hotel sah gut aus, aber sie brauchen wirklich bessere Soundproofing!!! Mehrwertsteuer wurde mir auch zweimal bei der Ankunft für den Rest meines Aufenthalts gezahlt. Glücklicherweise habe ich mein Bankkonto geprüft oder ich würde fast 600 £ kurz! Sie machen Sie auch jeden Tag für Frühstück bezahlen, auch wenn Sie nicht möchten/ essen Frühstück! Cheeky!!! Ich werde nicht mehr hier bleiben. Besser aus Mieten einer Wohnung mit Blick auf das Meer für weniger als die Hälfte des Preises und ein wenig Blinker Privatsphäre!!! Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

In general the hotel was nice, we arrived and it was quiet. We visited the spa which was nice and the hotel is in a great location (about a 5 minute walk from the beach front) and 25 minutes from the theme park. Food- the food in the restaurant was decent but quite repetitive. However, having said that there was always something to eat. The only downside here at the restaurant was the waiters took a long time to ask us what drinks we wanted, sometimes we would be half way through before being approached. Also, there should be a snack bar by the pool which is open to all inclusive guests however this wasn’t open at all during our stay which was disappointing as we liked to go for walks, so if we missed lunch we had to wait until 7.30 for dinner. Bar - the two male servers were brilliant. Very attentive, friendly and quick. There is a good selection of local spirits however, I was on the all inclusive and when I asked there was only one cocktail available plus sangria, there are more available but you have to pay. The only downside was I had an issue which I raised with reception who maybe through a language barrier didn’t really acknowledge. I have been here before, 8 years ago and the hotel itself has drastically improved. It does feel very spa like with the music and decor. The only issue we had was on our last night there must have been a late arrival and we could hear everything in the corridor and above which meant we couldn’t sleep until 4pm.

Unsere Familie besuchte Salou im August und blieb in 2 Wohnungen in Ona Suites. Die Wohnungen waren sauber und funktionell. Die Hausaufbewahrung kam in der Woche, um Handtücher und allgemeines Geschirr zu ändern. Der Pool war sehr sauber mit Lebensschutz am ganzen Tag. Die Annehmlichkeiten sind sehr gut, aber es ist sehr gut, wenn Sie die Annehmlichkeiten nicht benutzen. Geregelt spät abwarten für eine kleine Gebühr, da unser Flug abends war . Nahe dem Strand und allen Geschäften und Supermärkten. Große Lage , sauber , freundliches Empfangspersonal . Sicherlich wieder sein .

Mein Mann und ich hatten eine Woche von Barcelona nur in diesem Erwachsenenhotel zu bleiben. Die Rezeption-Personal waren alle freundlich, aber vor allem Bea, die sehr hilfreich war, Dinge zu gehen und zu sehen, während wir hier waren, weil das Wetter nicht das beste war. Die Zimmer waren wirklich schön, sauber und gemütlich, mit komfortablen Betten, aber die Kissen sind nicht so komfortable. Kann auch mit einem Tisch auf dem Balkon gemacht werden. Das Frühstück war eine gute Wahl mit der Möglichkeit, auch frisch gekocht zu bestellen und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und halten den Platz schön über. Das Spa war ein bisschen enttäuschend, da es nur Dampfraum und Sauna und ein Jacuzzi für 8 Personen hat, so dass wir nur einmal verwendet und der Spielraum war in der Woche wegen der Konferenz nicht verfügbar. Glücklicherweise hatten wir unsere eigenen Karten und Dominos. Insgesamt ein guter Besuch in Salou, wo wir Cambrils, Tarragona, Reus und Sama Park aus der Tourismussaison besucht haben. Ich bin sicher, es wäre ein Buzzing kommen Ostern weiter. Danke für den großen Gesamtservice.
