H10 Mediterranean Village

酒店在森林覆蓋的海濱小鎮，周邊安靜而舒適。房間非常寬大舒適，有一個露台，晚霞的景色非常漂亮。自助早餐很不錯，酒店品牌和設施遠高於四星標準，接近五星啦。有點象海南三亞的酒店感覺。

Just got back from a week at H10 Mediterranean Village and we had a great time! The hotel is clean, the staff are great (aside from one lady in the bar who was very abrupt). Special mention to Lixandro in the bar and Torres of the Animation team who made our time even better. We were a party of 2 mums with our sons aged 2 and 10. We had 2 pool-view rooms. Plenty of things to entertain kids of all ages! The entertainment for kids and adults was fab, the food was great and plenty of choice. We took the bus to Portaventura and taxis to Salou, short journey and cost between 10-15€ depending on where we were going. Couldn’t fault the hotel, staff or any part of our holiday. Would definitely return

Hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Sunbeds were plentiful. But the constant dragging of chairs across floors made this unbearable to relax. You hear almost every room above you. Why they can't just add felt furniture pads to the feet is beyond me. TV had over 100 channels but couldn't find 1 in English. Only socket to plug kettle in was in a dangerous position away from the kitchen surface so kettle lead dangling across the fridge door. Socket ctually went bang at one point. Service were quick to resolve and replaced with another unsafe kettle that didn't turn off when boiled.

I have to give the highest score because everything was good enough. The cleanliness, kind staff, comfortable bed. Everything was as expected ;) I recommend this hotel for quick „citybreak” or business trip. The hotel’s location is a big advantage.

Absolutely! 🌟 I had an amazing time at H10 Mediterranean Village in Cap Salou with my family! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The facilities were top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious! 🍽️ Every corner of the hotel exuded warmth and comfort, making our stay truly delightful. A special shoutout to Genis, one of the staff members, whose friendliness and helpfulness added an extra sparkle to our experience. I couldn't be happier with everything! If you're looking for a fantastic getaway with your loved ones, this is the place to be.

The hotel was very nice, reception nice and welcoming. Check-in was good lady who checked us in was very friendly. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment in Bock B with a gorgeous view of portaventura. The apartment was big enough for us 3 adults, the pool area is good, we tried half board one day but not suited to our tastes and we like to try local foods but couldn't really eat anything. The sun bed dash on a morning put us off, so we went out a few days, and I only queued so I could get beds to chill some mornings. We actually got beds over in the jungle park on an afternoon on the days we went out. The walls of the apartments are very thin, and if you have inconsiderate neighbours (which we did 🙄), you don't get much rest, little feet running up and down corridor very early. We tried the pizza restaurant, it was nice but nothing special. The snack bar was OK. I didn't like my wrap, but hubby and daughter enjoyed the burgers. There is a small shop on site which was similarly priced to other supermarkets in the area, lovely fresh baguette on a morning. The hotel is situated right next to the bus stop, and we visited Salou, Tarragona, Cambrills, and Portaventura. The buses are hit and miss. Can't knock this hotel, but as our daughter is now older, I would not return.

First family holiday. Hotel was not clean and not worth the money. Dirt lay on floor for a full week. Bath had rust marks and black mould round it. Food was not suitable for children or even adults. Struggled most nights to find something to eat. Would not go back.

Disappointed. Have stayed in this hotel 3 times, have also stayed in 2 other hotels in the H10 group. Cleanliness in the apartments needs serious addressing. On arrival toilet was dirty, floors were making our feet black, could feel dirt under feet. Awful smell of sewage in the apartment all week. No interest or response from management on this matter. Cleaner sent to clean room but floors still black. Air conditioning in the resort was well below par. Guests sweating in the dining room, public areas very poorly air conditioned and this wasn't a local rule or electricity issue as we moved to a portadventura hotel (scheduled) for the end of our stay and the air conditioning was far superior nor was there a smell of sewage. All of the above is in total contrast to what we have experienced here before. Such a shame as the facilities are great and it used to be great. Later in the summer we were in a H10 in Majorca and it was far cleaner and the staff were far more friendly also. We had originally booked H10 med for a 4th time next year and with reluctance we are going to cancel and spend our money elsewhere. It's not worth the price when there were these issues this year.

My wife and I had a wonderful week of vacation in september 23 at H10 Mediterranean Village in Salou. First of all, hotel was very good: comfort, staff, restaurants, location... The weather was fantastic. It is the 4th time this year that we visit an H10 hotel, there will be a 5th time in December and we are very satisfied with H10 hotels. We are not pool or beach freaks, but walk a lot, we like to do terraces and restos. Very good public transport, La Plana. The Cami del Ronda is a beautiful walk along the coast of salou and beyond. Salou has nice beach and nice shops. Definitely worth is visiting is Tarragona, easily accessible by bus, with its Roman settlements and its old town. We will come back to this hotel.
