Chambre et literie confortable et propre. Mais les chambres auraient besoin d'un coup de fraicheur. Personnels à l'accueil très agréables et gentilles ( 2 dames ). Petit déjeuner variés et bon. Nous avons passé 1 nuit et nous y retournerons sans regret. Le petit plus, les petits lapins dans le jardin. Nous sommes contents de cet hôtel qui a un bon emplacement et pour un prix modique

Das alte Hotel ”Erste Klasse” wurde renoviert. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Zimmer sauber, die gute Letter und ich habe die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr geschätzt. Ich werde freiwillig zurückkehren, um das Verhältnis zwischen Qualität und Preis ist ausgezeichnet.

Quand je suis arrivé, immédiatement, j’étais prêt à mettre 5 étoiles. accueil agréable, chambre top avec balcon. ce qui m’a freiné, et je tiens à préciser que je n’en veux pas aux femmes ou hommes de chambre qui, avec un salaire de misère, font ce qu’ils peuvent en un temps donné (j’ai été directeur d’hôtel) mais j’en veux aux gérants qui ne prennent pas soin de leurs 3 étoiles normées. voir les photos ! un joint de douche se maîtrise facilement mais la poussière sur les fenêtres, c’est de la négligence ! tout cela corrigé, je reviendrai

Nach einer langen Fahrt von Dieppe kam ich müde und hungrig, vor Haus & Pflegemann Christophe war fantastisch effizient und freundlich, er sogar übersetzte, dass Abendmenü in Englisch für mich, da mein Französisch ist arm. Groß entspannende Bier und Fritten, ab um 7 Uhr am nächsten Tag nach Spanien zurück. Einfach sauber und freundlich Erschwinglich - danke

Used this hotel as a stop off enroute from Spain to Brittany, . The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to the river and very easy to find and sign posted. Significant work has been undertaken to turn this venue into a hotel. The hotel is excellently maintained, stylishly decorated and the rooms were spacious, extremely clean, with very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was a slight disappointment, only a continental breakfast is offered. Secure parking was a real bonus. Pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the very pretty town of Saintes. Will certainly stay here again when travelling through France.
