Village Pierre & Vacances Sainte Luce

This holiday resort has something for everyone, singles, couples and families. The resort comprises of a number of blocks of apar**ents named after the caribbean islands. Each apar**ent is air conditioned, has a bathroom (with shower) bedroom, with work desk, and terrace with kitchenette. It is very very clean. The apar**ent blocks beside the reception and pool can be noisy as there are so many activities going on in or around the pool area. The ones with the best sea views and are quiet are Trinidad and Grenades. I was in Desirade and had garden partial and sea views, it was perfect. The higher up you go the better the view. I was on the 2nd floor. No elevators. The resort has beautiful beaches on either side, so if the pool is too busy you can go there. You can hire a beach chair for 15E a week or 5e a day. There are loads of activities every day, aqua aerobics, archery, volleyball, table tennis and cardio classes. You can also walk or run the beach & forest trail along the coast. There is a water sports activity centre on site (jet skis, paddle boards etc) and a dive centre and a playground & kids clubs. There is a small shop on site where you can buy the basic’s and some clothes and souvenirs. Carrefour Express is a short walk, approx 10 minutes along the beach if you want to get supplies. St Luce is 5/10 minutes in the other direction, again a lovely coastal walk. The area is very local and quiet. St Luce is a small fishing village with some restaurants. If you wish to move and explore a little you need a car. There is a car hire desk at reception or you can hire scooters. A little more expensive than hiring elsewhere but not prohibitively so. There is a bar and three restaurants on site. One does themed buffet nights, another is privately owned and is a sit down service restaurant away from the main area and the thrived is a take-away pizza place. You can cook in your room, with hob & microwave, no oven or BBQ. Spa on site, reserve at pool area. Staff are extremely nice and patient with me a poor french speaker. Most will speak English if you ask. Once I got away from the pool which was too busy for me with families & activities and found the beaches, walks, hammocks in the garden I was very happy! Couldn’t recommend it enough.

👍+ Nie and pleasant antourage , well maintained park, piscine for everybody, karaoke, gym, playground, delicious food if you book for demi pension, lovely balcony dotated with kitchen if you choose to cook for yourself, interconnected rooms if you travel in larger group, pet friendly resort with surcharge, scubadive option available,security by the entrance gives you safe feeling. 👎- Boufet stile restaurant all the time, not only for breakfast, no HKP during your stay- you have to bring or buy your own shampoo & shower gel, no access to actual private beach (the beach on the resort's site is actually a public beach where pets are not allowed! ‐ actually very few beaches give free access for pets!), you have to clean the balcony kitchen if you used it before departure (they place a cute cleaning kit for that), also take off linen, bring garbage to designated area and separate them selectively, if you do not do so a 200€ surcharge will be made on your registered card. Overall nice, chilled ambience, let the stress out resort, where you can be as independent as you want, without any annoying HKP, Butler, Waiter, Barwaiter botherings! 😊😒

This is a very nice resort, on the beach, self suficient if you dont want to drive anywhere you dont have to. It can get very busy on the weekends when many locals are visiting, especially at the pool. I would not stay anywhere else in Matinik next time.

It is a hôtel but service is more like an appartement: towels were changed only once during our 2 weeks stay. We have to fold used sheets and towels at the end of the stay! Priced like hôtel but service like rented appartement. Beautifull view and site.

I had a completely fantastic stay with my whole family, we felt secure even though it's covid time, it's not easy for anyone but they manage this very well, the place is clean and I would recommend anyone to go!

Due to the curfew, we relied on the offer of local restaurants. Unfortunately, both breakfast and dinner are boring and tasteless. When you are in France, you expect something else. Even the local fruits were unripe. Unfortunately, the restaurant is made from the cheapest ingredients, which does not suit the quality of the place.

Not that friendly. No common respect as it should be to the client

Superbes vacances au Pierre et vacances de sainte Luce où on a bien profiter en famille. L’hôtel est top: localisation incroyable avec plages sympas a 2 pas, appart très fonctionnels, piscine très sympa. Les services sont très bien avec une équipe d’animation et de bar au top (grosse dédicace à Christ et Reda!). Les cocktails du bar sont excellents!! Bref on a vraiment hâte de revenir dès que possible ;)

Pas d’eau depuis 4jours dans la résidence, impossible de tirer la chasse d’eau, de se laver de faire à manger. Aucune aide de Pierre et avances nous devons nous doucher avec les poubelles. Même un bidon pour nous aider n’a pas été acheté par Pierre et vacances. C’est une honte! Les gens font la queue pour pouvoir se laver dans les fontaines. Pierre et vacances n’est même pas capable de fournir des bidons pour pouvoir au moins nous laver. Par contre pour prendre notre argent que nous dépensons chez vous tout les jours vous êtes bien présent. De plus les draps sont tachés, l’hygiène dans cet établissement est totalement inexistante Ne venez jamais ici c’est le tiers monde
