Das Zimmer war so spotless wie die Ecke Dusche und Loo. Einfach zu finden Hotel reichhaltige Parkplätze - sehr bequeme Haltestelle auf der Rückkehr von Skiing. Verkehr verspätet uns so kam später als geplant-Essen in nebenan Restaurant und das war auch hervorragend. Frühstück war guter Qualität-viele Wahl (aber keine Marmite 😂)

Ich bin sehr bescheiden in Bezug auf dieses Hotel. Es gibt gute, und viel weniger gute! Für die guten Seiten ist die Lage des Hotels, man kann alle Chalons zu Fuß machen, und zusätzlich gibt es einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz 100 m (Parkplatz Mathias für die Beteiligten). Das Personal ist sehr nett (vor allem der Herr, der die Zimmer macht). Für die falschen Seiten gibt es viele Dinge zu sehen: Sie müssen das Fernsehen ausschalten, um es zu schließen, der Kessel funktioniert nicht, und das Klima macht sogar das Lärm aus. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß und ich verstehe nicht, warum das Fernsehen nicht vor dem Bett ist, und im Badezimmer musste ich meinen Toilettenkasten auf den Boden setzen, weil es keinen Platz neben dem Waschbecken gibt! Gute Ratschläge: Nehmen Sie keine schweren Taschen, es gibt Treppen überall und keine Aufzüge.

I have been saying with the Accor Group of hotels for over 40 years and I have to say this one is right at the bottom of the pile with very few positives . The main positives are the shower and hard working lady at breakfast Location is in the middle of a commercial park with a huge factory view from the back of the hotel , where our room was . Lights on all night Triple glazing so no road noise thankfully . A hypermarket is ten minutes walk away . As is the bus stop with the No3 taking you into town . The welcome was not the best . Despite silver Accor group membership , which normally means a complimentary drink ,we where advised the hotel offered complimentary water fountain ?! It’s not about the drink it’s the lack of acknowledgment. We where then advised the restaurant was closed only when I asked can we make a reservation , not ideal when there is so little nearby except a Bar grill . Which offers average food for a reasonable price to be honest but not what I expected . Again despite being booked for over 9 months , no advise email to say restaurant closed was sent The room was fine except for weird smell , stale smoke I suspect . The towels where very thin but the bed nice and comfy and as mentioned the shower great . As with all the Accor group toiletries have been massively down graded with ‘one for all ‘ approach from a dispenser . Bar service was non existent unless you wanted to order via a QR code , which ironically offered full restaurant service despite restaurant being closed . Half the wines where out of stock and the prices buried so deep in the scrolling we gave up and went to our room. No complimentary hot drinks in reception as with many Ibis Styles and no machines in room , so bring a kettle and own coffee … Staff seemed non plussed in offering local advise , when we enquired about buses the chap seemed surprised , he said he could offer us cabs ?! 1.35€ into town and 20 minutes journey is perfect on the bus by the way 👍🏼 Breakfast was poor with very little choices except serial and a few pasteries , cheese and bread . Cereal and poor fruit . Sliced bread would have helped of even boiled eggs . Not the hook it used to be with Ibis Styles .

Sehr gut Hotel für einen Schritt. Sehr guter Empfang, sehr arrangierendes Personal. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder im Alter von zwei Jahren. Wir konnten kommunizieren Zimmer und zwei paraplybetten haben. Sehr sauber und renoviert Zimmer. Gute Liter mit echten Kleidern. Kein Geräusch in der DRK sogar nachts. Ich empfehle!

Das Hotel war gut - Sie wissen im Allgemeinen, was Sie in einer Campanile bekommen, es ist einer der älteren, aber war sauber und die Dusche war großartig. Das Problem war das Restaurant - nach 8 Stunden Reisen wurde uns (an der Ankunft) gesagt, dass Tee Restaurant geschlossen war. Der Grund, warum wir Campanile nutzen, ist, dass Sie die Restaurants eine anständige Mahlzeit bieten und ich habe keine Probleme - aber dann (nach all dem Reisen) hatten wir den Stres, (1) ein Restaurant zu finden (es ist in einem Einzelhandelsgebiet der Stadt), (2) finden Sie irgendwo, das offen war (viele Restaurants in der Gegend scheinen am Sonntag geschlossen zu sein und 3) serviert vernünftige Lebensmittel. Wir enden in einem Buffalo Grill, das war ziemlich schlechte Qualität Lebensmittel. Um ehrlich zu sein, war der Empfänger nicht zu hilfreich, schien überhaupt nicht beunruhigt von unserem Unglück und nur vage auf die Richtung des Einzelhandelskomplexes, wo es ein Restaurant geben könnte. Wäre es so schwer gewesen, uns eine Linie zu sagen, das Restaurant war geschlossen ? Dann bei Wir hätten zumindest vorab alternative Vereinbarungen getroffen. Ich würde nicht mehr hier bleiben.

Das Hotel ist warm und alle Aspekte der Einrichtungen sind nicht schlecht. Das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch und geografisch gut. Es ist etwa 10 Minuten von der Nationalen Musikschule der Big Salon zu Fuß. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und insgesamt zufrieden.

Appartement pour 4 complètement conforme au descriptif. Spacieux, canapé -lit neuf, literie de bonne qualité. Personnel d’accueil sympa et très arrangeant. Localisation top, on a pu se déplacer aisément à pied. Parking souterrain en plus, très pratique. Je recommande sans souci.
