Sehr gutes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lager oben auf den Clippen mit Blick auf das Meer! Hervorragender Service, für mich der Beste Kuchen auf der gesamten Insel mit einer grandiosen überwältigenden Auswahl ! Sehr schöne unterschiedliche Zimmer , mit und ohne Balkon , mit und ohne Terrasse oder Suite , es ist für jeden etwas dabei , ob geschäftlich oder mit der Familie oder einfach zum entspannen!

Hervorragende Lage am Atlantik, sehr ruhig. Veraltetes Hotel, insbesondere die Zimmer, Sauberkeit lässt vor allem im Restaurant/Bar, und rund um den Pool sehr zu wünschen übrig. Dreckiges Geschirr wird mehrheitlich nicht abgeräumt. Buffet niemals 4 Sterne: kein Käse, kein kaltes Fleisch. Bar lediglich bis 22h geöffnet. Personal durchschnittlich freundlich. Kein Lift vorhanden. Das Kuchenbuffet ist vor allem eine Augenweide, die Kuchen stammen aber of**als wohl nicht vom selben Tag, sondern stehen schon eine Weile herum.

We stayed here over the summer holiday with our kids and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel itself is in the most beautiful setting with amazing views in all directions. The breakfasts were lovely and the hotel has a great coffee shop with the most gorgeous cakes and ice cream. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Special mention to the staff who were just fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond…thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be returning.

A very nice setting with excellent views and looking forward to coffee and cake. It's been a few years since we visited this hotel.We found a table inside the bar unfortunately, it had not been cleared from the previous customer(s), none of the staff seemed inclined to either clear the table or take our order. We tried several times to get service, the multiple relies where "we'll be with you in a minute". Some staff seemed to be happy to chat with their colleagues at the counter. Not a good impression. Most disappointingly, the owner was in the cafe but failed to motivate his staff in dealing with customers. After about 15 mins, we left. We are not inclined to make a return visit. We returned to the public car park next door and bought ice from the kiosk. We were served straight away and the picnic tables were free from other customers detritus! Jerbourg take note of this, perhaps you could learn something from the kiosk!

We went for dinner recently, the dining room was quiet and they accommodated an early sitting for us as we had my nephew with us. The food was faultless, and the staff were brilliant, particularly with my nephew.

This is not a 4 star hotel and more like a 3 star. Booked through Secret Escapes and expected more. Very basic room, we can't lock the door from the inside. Clean and snug room with a lovely view of the coastline. No water or glasses in the room. There is a fan which is very loud. Shower is decent. Thank goodness we didn't pay full price as this is definitely not worth it. Check in time is 3pm which is unusually late. Incredibly small TV in the room. English breakfast was a bit disappointing with vinegary poached eggs and tough bacon. Danish pastries are lovely as was the overnight oats. Staff are very hospitable and if it weren't for them, we would not return. Bar seems to close by 10ish during the week. There's a big selection of cakes for afternoon tea. Would rate this as good if the standard room was a bit nicer

Spend my birthday there in a very charming setting, pool, sea view, great food and very attentive service. Highly recommendable. Transport bus 81 stop at the hotel and coastal path location. Home from home.

I had been recommended the cakes in here by a local and they didn’t disappoint! I had a lovely cherry & almond cake which they packaged up and I ate outside, where there’s a marvellous view. There’s a kiosk nearby too, which looked fine but a bit average - I’d absolutely suggest this hotel instead. As a side note, the toilets were spotless also!
