We hosted an unforgettable family celebration for our wedding at Le Roncemay, a long weekend that we will cherish forever. The location of this hotel is perfect for any wine lover with gorgeous wineries to explore in this Chablis region. In April we drove through endless golden fields of rapeseed to reach the domaine and it was very easy for everyone to access from Paris, either by car or by train. The grounds of Le Roncemay offer a beautiful, serene escape and you can feel the love that is poured into this special place. We felt relaxed, taken care of and so far away from our everyday stresses. The staff went above and beyond to make our family stay easy, delicious and comfortable! They were very friendly and warm. You MUST book a treatment at their very special spa, you will not regret it and it will raise the bar for all future spa experiences! A very special shout out to the INCREDIBLE chefs who created works of art for our palettes to enjoy. Le Roncemay is a treasure, we will be returning!

Great overall experience: Service top and personnel friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and tasteful. Dinner excellent: food superb, terras agreable, wine the best Golf great in forest as well as linx.

Merci à toute l'équipe du Roncemay !! Vous êtes très très bien accueillis. Les chambres sont très agréables, cosy. Que dire du spa.... Un moment de calme dans un lieu bien pensé et une hygiène irréprochable. Et des plats très gourmands au menu

Super endroit , J’ai apprécié mon moment là-bas le spa est un pur plaisir. Le restaurant est magnifique les plats sont esthétique et bon je recommande cet hôtel. En famille ou en couple cette hôtel et chaleureux le personnel est excellent… Magnifique

Magnifique expérience au soa. Un des plus beau que je n’ai jamais fait ! Sauna hammam douches sensorielles piscine a débordement jacuzzi bain bouillonnant ! Dans une ambiance zen ! J’ai tout adoré ! Et nous avons déjeuné au bistro avant, c’était délicieux !

Nous avons pris la formule brunch -SPA Le brunch est correct, tout y est fait maison et frais, œufs brouillés servis sur demande avec le sourire par Christelle 😉 Le Spa est magnifique avec vue sur les golfeurs, peignoir, serviette et tongs mis à disposition

Lieu bien aménagé et bucolique, mais un personnel hors sol au spa , n explique pas les formules cadeau , ne suivent pas les échanges téléphoniques et se trompe sur les dates de réservation.( soit dit en passant les coffrets cadeau son représentés par un envoi internet ou une feuille volante, cela demanderais un meilleur packaging..). Le bistrot a mis plus de 2 heures pour servir 3 plats et a répondu que c était normal que les gambas soient pas cuites , le chef les ferait ainsi ? Nous avions fait précédemment l’essai du restaurant gastronomique qui n est pas à la hauteur de ses prix ni de son service, carte des vins pas mise à jour. Bref après plusieurs essais infructueux nous ne recommandons plus ce lieu qui n est pas à la hauteur d un haut de gamme affiché. Cela manque sans doute d un encadrement plus observateur et pertinent. J espère que notre avis permettra de redresser tous ces dysfonctionnements que nous avons également entendu de nos proches car nous sommes des clients locaux. Bien cordialement.

3 eme visite pour nous .. toujours agréablement surpris par votre bienveillance, votre écoute et votre gentillesse.. Nous revenons à chaque fois avec beaucoup de plaisir . Les logements sont propres et dans le soucis du détail.. au calme…dans un cadre verdoyant.. Le restaurant régale nos papilles et le service aux petits soins . Merci encore à toute l’équipe .
