Decent Hotel.Friendly people and good ambience. Good Hospitality. A bit of vehicular disturbance due to closeness to main road .On the overall I am satisfied. Breakfast is ok . Typical breakfast with keeping Indian audience who are westernized. They can add more healthy and vegan options and marathi dishes.

Room Service was excellent, Staff are efficient. Amazing view from Premium category Room. Wonderful lawn, Swimming Pool, and child play area for my kid & excellent taste and quality of food. Enjoyed evening events of karaoke, Drum beat and live singing by James Vista. Special Thanks to all staff (Ajay, Deepak,Sakharam,kajal,Pooja & Ramesh.

I think it's been 8 years and we haven't stayed in a different hotel in all our visits to Panchgani/ Mahabaleshwar. Bella Vista continues to be a place we prefer. The rooms are spacious and clean with all the regular modern stuff. Staff at the reception are trained well. Our experience in booking on the phone and ok reaching there was very efficient. Special mention to Mobita. We had room on the 2nd floor. Great view of the lawns and valley with a lovely balcony. Wi-Fi connection was strong and around 90 mbps as informed by them earlier. Service at the housekeeping level and dining area needs some improvement. Old towels not picked up but new towels put, an issue with an electrical socket not fixed correctly, used dishes not picked up at the dining table. This is the small sort of stuff that one has not experienced at Bella Vista. Hopefully this is a one off. Food was outstanding. Breakfast spreads were great. They need to hold onto the person who makes their khari biscuits and patties since the layering was exquisite. Be it the omelettes or the Indian style French toast that we ordered as well as the ham, all were tops. For Dinner, we had the chicken haryali kebab and the paneer malai tikka ***** with the veg kofta - all recommended by the manager Ramesh all of which was fab. They don't serve alcohol. Signage all over the property is very clear and helpful. Ramesh the manager is very hands on and can be seen overseeing things on a regular basis which helps a lot. They need to bring temperature control to the pool otherwise it is not usable. Family spent a couple of hours playing cards in a tree covered area lined with floor beds which was fun. They have some events in the evening with drums etc but we were out in the town so didn't attend. Plants and greenery with a lot of colours were maintained very well. We used the play area a lot to play carrom and table tennis. Overall staff are very warm and hospitable.

It was a great experience to stay here in Bella Vista Resort...the pleasant and lovely ambience and very very friendly,co-operative and attentive staff.It was a great service and we would love to visit the place again and again. Bella Vista as the name suggests offers beautiful views not just inside out but outside in too. The property is a healthy, densely vegetated and microclimatically cooler than any other resorts in Mahabaleshwar. Coexistence of flora canopies in the campus. The Baithaks (green sitouts) at intervals with zulas and small play sections are the highlights and are well curated at each level. The topmost terrace near spa gives a phenomenal view. The amenities and facilities are well placed, organized and maintained. Not overrated or overhyped. Swimming pool with the slide and waterfall is the main attraction for my kids. It is well equipped too with good water quality. Rooms are upto the mark. Staff is very courteous and always working and pleasant. Overall.... I would rate the resort A++...A five star nature loving property. This was our third visit and we dont plan to stay anywhere else in the future. 🙂🙂 Where helf full Mr Ramesh Manager

This is excellent place for fresh air. It is also good place for family, friends to do get together. It great place for retreat. Children have ample and diverse game to play like table tennis, badminton, kicker table, carom, chess and has dedicated kid's camping zone.

Wonderful family 2 nights stay at Bella Vista as usual...Thanks to front desk team - Movita , Ajay & Vijay for offering good guest discounts on room rates & hospitality. Amazing activities at their recreational were mins boggling. Cheers to entire staff. Restaurant service was nice too (thanks to Pooja ). Great stay overall in Forest Deluxe room. Tranquility at its Best!!

Nice experience, breakfast are yummi. arrangement , hygiene , everything is superb.. property is natureful. Oue family and kids have enjoyed at fullest. Karoke experience was awesome.. Thanks to all the staff to make our trip memorable.

Nice experience. Have almost everything for a wonderful family break. Located almost at the centre of all the attractions in Mahabaleshwar. Quality of food served is really nice although it could do well with some more options in the breakfast.
