Location ideale per una fuga dalla città anche durante la settimana. Cordialità e ospitalità hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole! Ci ritorneremo , casomai in autunno con i suoi bellissimi colori!

Grande chambre originale , lit très confortable et grand. La demeure est immense et tout révèle qu'ici beaucoup d'événements se sont passés. Le jardin est somptueux et bien fleuri. Il faudrait rester plus que 2 jours pour s'y délasser. Nous avons été bien reçu malgré notre wonderbox. Après avoir reçu tant de réponses négatives concernant nos demandes en Italie nous avons été enchanté de ce séjour dans le Piemont. Nous allons sûrement y retourner et profiter de ce cadre si reposant

Relax nel cuore del Monferrato. Bellissima esperienza, posto tranquillo e molto curato. Colazione ottima, personale cortese e preparato. Parcheggio ombreggiato di fronte al Relais, camere pulite e bellissima anche la piscina. Un posto ideale per coppie e famiglie.

Sono stata in questo B&b con la mia famiglia per un weekend di relax in Monferrato. Purtroppo però l’esperienza non è stata per nulla all’altezza delle nostre aspettative. Una volta arrivati in loco la camera ci è stata consegnata con più di mezz’ora di ritardo, non è stato grave in quanto ci è stato concesso di poter sostare in piscina durante l’attesa. Dopo pochi minuti è giunta in loco una carovana di 15 ragazze arrivate per festeggiare un addio al nubilato. Insomma il relax che pensavamo di poterci godere si è trasformato in un parco divertimenti fatto di schiamazzi e musica. La festa è andata avanti fino a notte fonda con il risultato di aver dormito circa 4 ore in tutta la notte. A questo si è aggiunta la poca disponibilità e gentilezza della responsabile che non ha cercato minimamente di risolvere il problema. Credo che la struttura abbia sbagliato nel gestire la situazione, se si decide di accettare un addio al nubilato o simili a i devono avvertire gli altri ospiti oppure imparare a gestire la situazione. A questo si aggiunge una camera non molto pulita e una struttura che non rispecchia le foto postate sul sito

Struttura molto bella, parco ben curato, e bellissima la piscina. Camera spaziosa ma senza un frigo, phone c'è quello appeso al muro, e wc quasi dentro la doccia. Wifi con segnale scarso. Colazione deludente per 9€ a testa, non ci sono cartellini sulle torte ecc.. cose calde come il caffè si fa da soli con la macchina, non si può chiedere nulla di preparazione al momento.

Sur la route de nos vacances en Suisse nous nous sommes ma femme mon fils de 1 an et moi arrêté passer la nuit dans ce relais. Arrivée tardive non prévue mais très très bien gérée par la dame de la réception et son mari ! Un lit bébé a vite été installé et on nous a fait une soupe pour notre fils même si le restaurant était fermé. Chambre très fonctionnelle et petit déjeuner sympathique. Très beau jardin qui doit être très agréable en saison. Merci à vous

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet établissement où nous avons compris dès le premier jour que nous allions séjourné chez la matriarche dont l’autorité pèse sur tout l’établissement. Nous n’avions pas compris (pas précisé à la réservation) que les pique-niques n’étaient pas autorisés sur le domaine ce qui était problématique pour une famille avec 2 enfants en bas âges. Nous avons pu profité de la présence d’un jeune chien qui a plusieurs reprises a sauté sur les enfants… en bousculant même au sol notre fils de 16 mois (en voulant jouer). L’appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement général notamment le coin cuisine. Nous avons dû renfoncer quelques dangereux clous qui sortaient du parquet. Le petit-déjeuner et l’espace piscine restent les bons points. La personne responsable du petit-déjeuner était vraiment sympathique et aux petits soins pour nous.

The owners were very accommodating as the booking did not indicate that they closed at 8pm in the low season. They received us at 10pm. The experience was friendly, clean and very characteristic. If you are staying in the area I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Not happy to give this review .As Italian i'm prod of my country but this place is a tourist trap. This was one of my worse experience in 45 year I'm travel around the world . Owners are farmer not very polite managing an old building and do not have any attention to customers . Is very expensive , Room are not in good condition and with very old furniture . People allergic to dust avoid this hotel. We have dinner but they do not kook and they use a catering . Meal cost is twice what you eat in a very good osteria .Absolutely low standard , low quality and very expensive . We have dinner in several other place where quality was way better at lower price even half price what we paid at Castagnoni . Wine is not good and way to expensive . There are many other very nice agriturismo in the area wher we had exellent food and very good biological wine . I need also to mention that only other guet was Russian and at breakfast nothing was left and have to wait fro eggs and other food . Rssian fil all the plate and eat half and we have to wait . VERY VERUY BAD EXPERIENCE AT VERY HIGH PRICE .
