Will stay again great location. It’s on the 5th floor but there is a lift. Lift didn’t operate at 6am when we had to check out, so just double check with reception if you needed an early check out.
Great restaurants close by & all walking distance to everything. Staff were friendly.

Hyggelig service i forkant av oppholdet. Lett å sjekke inn på forhånd. Litt utfordring på selve ankomst, da det var litt misforståelse på hvordan komme inn (trodde jeg ble hentet). Rommet var stort, men kaldt. Og i istedenfor to enkeltsenger var det en dobbeltseng + en ekstra seng. Badet var romslig med separat dusj og badekar. Ingen varme på badet. Generelt kaldt rom også, så håndklær tørket ikke.
Veldig hyggelig å få frokosten på rommet. Den er dog veldig simpel og vi måtte fylle ut et skjema første dag. Så fikk man lik frokost til lik tid hver dag. Ikke frukt og grønt.
Lokasjon er veldig fin. 7-8 min å gå fra togstasjonen. Busstopp nesten rett utenfor (buss blant annet til Trastevere). Og kort vei til metro stopp.
Ganske lytt på rommet.

Really nice hotel! Extra friendly staff (thank you for the super clear instructions to get the keys after reception hours), very clean, and the location is just incredible. The only small thing that wasn’t amazing was the wifi didn’t reach our room properly, which for us wasn’t a problem at all as we were roaming. But apart from this detail, I completely recommend!

Great stay. Clean and good amenities. Within easy walking distance to things like the trevi fountain, colosseum, pantheon and good restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you are looking for a good base to explore Rome, especially if you plan on walking.

The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Every interaction I had with the staff showed me how much they cared about my happiness and comfort during my stay. Their excellent recommendations really helped me make the most of each day, helping me see and do even more in Rome than I had hoped. Both my room and the common areas were very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect for anyone who would like to walk to the popular sites in Rome. Public transportation also seemed very accessible from this location, although I preferred to walk. I highly recommend the Relais Servio Tullio and their multi-lingual staff.

This was an amazing room in Rome. It was close to everything. They even hold your bags the day of arriving and leaving. We was able to explore all of Rome and had an amazing room to come to. It was in walking distance to the train to the airport also. The staff went above to make us comfortable.

Location was excellent, 200m from Metro station. But it is not a true hotel, and better instructions are needed.
Was surprised on first night that the blanket only had a sheet without the quilt/comfortable. But was promptly rectified when feedback was provided.
Unfortunate and horrified that on day of departure the lift was not working. Had to lug our luggage down 5 floors.
Reception staff extremely helpful. And helps to book tours and airport transfer, which was really convenient.
