Romantische Hotels in Suzhou

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with our 10 month old during Golden Week. Pros: - Hotel is self-contained and there is no need to leave the hotel. There are large and well-maintained grounds for our daily walks with baby, including museums and traditional pagodas dotted throughout the property. There is a chinese, western (steak, pizza) and japanese (teppanyaki) restaurant within the hotel. There is also a kids play room and swimming pool, along with some other kid friendly activities like rabbit feeding and games on the lawn. - The hotel is right next to the lake and is quite beautiful. It's very relaxing to stroll along the lake. - There is an ancient town about 15 minutes walk from the hotel's main lobby. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the ancient town too. - Staff are generally friendly and helpful - Large, family-friendly rooms are available. We stayed in a lake view suite, which was just right for us and our baby. - Hotel is affordable by international standards - Hotel is less than 2 hours drive from Shanghai, where we live - We particularly enjoyed the teppenyaki restaurant where you can get a private room and a private chef to cook your meals - Despite it being Golden Week, we didn't feel that the hotel was too crowded. Perhaps because the hotel has large grounds. Cons - The baby cot given to us had an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress. To compensate, we were given a comforter to pad the mattress. However, this is unsafe for younger babies, who should sleep on a firm surface. - The property and facilities are a bit dated - There were very loud weddings on the lawn facing the lake each day that we were at the hotel. The loud music and emceeing disturbed the peaceful ambience of the place, and also disrupted baby's morning and afternoon naps. For families with children who still need to nap in the day, it may be better to stay in a quieter garden view room instead of a room facing the lake.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern während der Frühlingsferien in Suzhou, und dieses Hotel ist wirklich sehr kinderfreundlich. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist gemütlich und elegant, die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sauber und ordentlich und wirken sehr stilvoll. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den Jinji-See bietet eine atemberaubende Aussicht, und die Frühlingsbrise über dem See war besonders angenehm. Man kann direkt vom Hotel aus spazieren gehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, mit warmen Speisen, kalten Platten, Desserts und Getränken – für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, und die Kinder haben auch begeistert gegessen. Der Kinderclub hat grundlegende Einrichtungen wie Rutschen und Bausteine, ist sehr sicher und die Kinder wollten gar nicht mehr gehen. Die Hotelausstattung ist umfassend: der Pool hat sauberes Wasser und das Fitnessstudio ist gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geruchsneutral und die Betten sind bequem. Der Service war freundlich und höflich, insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Daumen hoch!

Dieses Hotel liegt an der Pingjiang Road, einer historischen Straße in der Altstadt, direkt neben der Fußgängerzone. Gegenüber der Huxiangshi-Brücke befindet sich ein Chayan Yuese Supermarkt. In 15–20 Minuten erreichen Sie zu Fuß in Richtung Norden den Garten des bescheidenen Beamten, den Löwenhain und das Suzhou-Museum. Westlich davon gelangen Sie zur U-Bahn-Station Xuanqiao Lane. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend. Das Hotel besticht durch seine wunderschöne Gartenanlage und seine umfassende Ausstattung. Es erstreckt sich über drei Etagen, und das gebuchte Zimmer befindet sich im dritten Stock mit einer Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pingjiang-Fluss und die große Kiefer – ein fantastischer Ausblick! Von der Terrasse aus können Sie sogar das CCTV-Hauptquartier (bekannt als „Große Hose“) sehen. Der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst, und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

I would also like to mention the staff member who provided the hotel introduction in traditional costume; this was a distinctive touch and the explanation was delivered clearly and informatively, offering a helpful overview of the hotel’s facilities and services. Service throughout the hotel was consistently polite and helpful, whether at reception or in general interactions with staff, all of whom were approachable and willing to assist when needed. Breakfast was of a good standard, with a reasonable variety of options available. The quality was consistent, and the dining area was well managed, making for a comfortable start to the day. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with all the expected amenities provided. Housekeeping standards were solid, and the attention to cleanliness and upkeep was clear. The overall environment felt calm and well-managed, contributing to a restful stay. Facilities within the hotel were also of a good standard and met expectations without issue. While the property may not be overly distinctive in style or character, it delivers reliably on comfort, convenience, and service. Overall, this was a very satisfactory experience. Everything was executed properly and without fault, making for an easy and pleasant stay. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich und das Servicepersonal ist herzlich und aufrichtig. Das Hotel ist rücksichtsvoll gegenüber seinen Kunden und bietet kostenlose Upgrades auf Doppelzimmer mit Gartenblick und reichhaltigem Frühstück an. Im temperierten Schwimmbad sind meine Kinder sogar dreimal geschwommen und waren immer noch nicht zufrieden. Das Resort ist am See gebaut, wobei die erste und zweite Phase miteinander verbunden sind. Das Restaurant Tongli No. 1 ist von Seen umgeben und bietet eine grenzenlose Landschaft. Es werden viele Kleintiere gezüchtet und Kinder können mehr als eine Stunde im Kleintierparadies bleiben. Es gibt viele Freizeiteinrichtungen und der Sightseeing-Zug wurde dreimal gefahren. Etwa 600 Meter vom Hotel entfernt gibt es ein Kreuzfahrtschiff. Für 10 Yuan können Sie von und nach Xingluozhou im Zentrum des Tongli-Sees fahren. Obwohl Xingluozhou klein ist, ist die Landschaft im Inneren einzigartig, mit Pavillons und Pavillons.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, etwas abseits der Guanqian Street, mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe. Im Erdgeschoss (1. und 2. Etage) befindet sich ein YaGeEr-Einkaufszentrum und im 3. Stock die Rezeption des Hotels. Neben der Rezeption gibt es einen recht großen Loungebereich. Außerdem stehen zwei Waschmaschinen (mit Trockner) zur Verfügung. Im Untergeschoss gibt es einen Parkplatz. Derzeit gibt es keine Fahrbeschränkungen mehr für Fahrzeuge von außerhalb im Stadtzentrum von Suzhou, man kann also direkt einfahren. Ich weiß nur nicht, warum der Starbucks im Erdgeschoss des Hotels geschlossen hat, das ist etwas schade.

I stayed at this hotel with my team from March 14–17, 2023, and honestly, it was such a good experience. There were 13 of us, and even before we arrived, the staff replied to all our questions super quickly and very clearly. When we checked in, I felt relieved right away—this was my first time in China, and the hotel’s location made everything easier. It’s surrounded by tourist spots, restaurants, souvenir shops, and convenience stores, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. The room was clean, organized, and smelled really nice thanks to the soap and shampoo. The front desk staff were also really helpful. Even though we used a translation app to communicate, we still got everything we needed.

It was a wonderful hotel with easy access to local park, museum and theatre. The private outside spa was great and the inside hotel room was large had many amenities. We would stay there again.

Dies ist das erste Mal in all den Jahren, dass ich auf Ctrip eine weniger gute Bewertung abgebe. Ich kann die Gefühle der Dame an der Rezeption, die mich eincheckte, nicht beschreiben. Sie klang wie eine Beamtin. Das Eltern-Kind-Zimmer hatte nur ein zusätzliches Schlafsofa. Es war etwas hart und unbequem. Die Badewanne bekam kein heißes Wasser, damit die beiden Kinder baden konnten. Wir mussten einen Wasserkocher ansetzen und Wasser nachgießen, während sie badeten. Ich checkte am Donnerstagnachmittag mit meinen drei Töchtern ein. Am Abend zuvor hatten wir nicht genug Zahnbürsten, also begnügten wir uns mit einer, weil es zu spät war und wir den Kellner nicht stören wollten. Am nächsten Tag bat ich die nette Kellnerin um eine Zahnbürste, aber das Erste, was sie mich fragte, war: „Haben Sie sich gestern Abend nicht die Zähne geputzt?“ Sie meinte: „Wo ist die Zahnbürste von gestern Abend?“ Ich lächelte und sagte, meine Tochter habe eine Einwegzahnbürste benutzt und sie weggeworfen. Ich wüsste nicht, wie ich sie für eine andere Verwendung aufbewahren sollte. Das Frühstück ähnelte einem Neun-Quadrat-Raster, was ok war. Allerdings war der Service der älteren Dame, die das Frühstück zubereitete, gut und die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch gut! Ich weiß nicht.
