Thermenhotels in Suzhou

Ein großes Lob für den Service und das Ambiente des Hotels! Man kann direkt vom Balkon des Zimmers aus im Thermalwasser entspannen, die Sterne beobachten und die kühle Brise vom Taihu-See genießen – ein wirklich wunderbares Thermalbad-Erlebnis. Herzlichen Dank an die Rezeptionistin, Frau Jinxi, für die Zimmerreservierung; ihr Service war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Da die Thermalquellen im Winter austrocknen, stellte das Hotel ausreichend Mineralwasser bereit. Frau Jinxi gab uns außerdem eine Broschüre mit Ausflugstipps, was sehr aufmerksam war. Insgesamt sind Service und Ausstattung auf sehr hohem Niveau, und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Ein tolles Erlebnis und eine erholsame Reise!

Ich habe diese Reise gemacht, um meine Familie eine schöne und ruhige Flucht aus der Stadt zu genießen, das Frühlingsfestival und es war eine brillante Idee. Es befindet sich in der Mitte des Taihu Sees und nicht so weit von der Stadtzentrum Suzhou auch. Sehr ruhige Umgebung und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr empfohlen für diejenigen, die eine schöne und ruhige Entspannungszeit mit der Familie verbringen wollen.

The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

Obwohl die Hotelausstattung etwas eingeschränkt ist, gibt es in der Nähe zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir hatten dieses Mal ein Upgrade auf eine Suite, und das Zimmer war groß und geräumig. Der Whirlpool war der größte aller Banyan Tree-Hotels, in denen ich bisher übernachtet habe. Ein kleines Baby könnte problemlos darin schwimmen. Das Hotel liegt neben dem Shishan-Park, der nachts eine wunderschöne Aussicht bietet. Es gibt einen kleinen Eingang direkt zum Park, und zu den nahegelegenen Restaurants gehören das Gusu Bridge Noodle House, Rongzhuang und Longshi Coffee. Es war sehr praktisch, um mit den Kindern etwas unterwegs zu sein. Was das Essen angeht, habe ich nur gefrühstückt, das bis 10:30 Uhr dauerte. Es gab keine große Auswahl, aber Lachs-Sashimi und Sekt. Was die Ausstattung betrifft, war der Pool etwas klein und hatte keinen Whirlpool. Der Fitnessraum war auch klein, deshalb habe ich ihn nicht genutzt. Der Kinderspielplatz hatte eine Rutsche und ein Bällebad, aber für ein kleines Baby war das nicht groß genug, also habe ich einen Blick darauf geworfen und bin gegangen.

Nur für eine Nacht. Die Zimmer waren wunderschön mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See, das Frühstück war gut und der Service war hervorragend. Reiset mit einem Baby, und LeMeridien bietet viele Einrichtungen, um die Reise als Bettwäsche usw. zu erleichtern !

Dekoration von Luxus, Alt und Modern. Die Umgebung ist sehr bequem, weißes Wasser, kleines Wurmchen ist selbstbewusst. Es gibt einen Garten. Der Chef war besonders freundlich und schickte auch die Teeblatt. Der Fenster ist sehr bequem. Der Sonnenuntergang ist sehr schön. Die ganze Straße ist pflanzlich. Parkplatz ist auch bequem und kann in andere Landschaftsgebiete fahren.

Our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was nothing short of memorable! The hotel itself is beautiful, with a modern yet inviting ambiance that instantly made us feel at ease. We were particularly impressed by the range of facilities that catered to everyone in the family. The hot springs were a highlight for us, providing a tranquil escape and a perfect way to unwind and rejuvenate. The water was just right, and the surroundings were serene, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool was also a big hit, especially with the kids. Spacious and well-maintained, it offered plenty of room for swimming, splashing, and simply having fun. The kids’ playground was another wonderful feature that our children absolutely loved. It was well-designed, safe, and filled with engaging activities that kept them entertained while we enjoyed a bit of downtime. Food at the Novotel Suzhou was a true treat! The morning brunch had a diverse selection of delicious items that catered to all tastes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, making each meal a delightful experience. We looked forward to each dining experience, knowing there was something new to try and savor. The afternoon brunch was another stand-out feature. It was a luxurious affair with a mix of international and local flavors that kept us coming back for more. The chefs clearly took pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish. Overall, our stay at the Novotel Suzhou was filled with wonderful moments, from relaxing in the hot springs to enjoying family time at the pool and playground. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to create lasting family memories, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Das Hotel liegt am See mit erstaunlicher Aussicht. Die Zimmer waren wirklich schön und super sauber und die Matratze war wirklich komfortabel zu schlafen sehr gut. Die Einrichtung des Hotels war schön und sehr stilvoll, alles in weiß und modern. Das Hotel war wirklich wunderschön. Das einzige, was wirklich nicht gut organisiert ist, gibt es keine Nahrung außer Frühstück und Nachmittagsthee (in diesem Fall Obst). Wir mussten von einem Lieferservice bestellen (nur chinesisches Essen verfügbar und es war nicht wirklich gut). Ein Hotel in diesem wunderbaren Ort mit diesem hohen Preis sollte das Restaurant mit Grundnahrung ausgestattet werden.

The hotel is charming and we had a wonderful experience overall! The room was very nice—spacious, clean, and decorated with a cozy touch. It was evident that the lady running the place puts her heart into it; She cooked the food herself, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! She was also very accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable and for a truly relaxing time. However, I was a bit disappointed that the hot spring was not included with the room. Given that it's literally in the name of the hotel and considering the price of the room, I expected it to be part of the package.

Große kleine Getaway für eine Nacht. Wir benutzten die öffentlichen heißen Frühlinge, die wenige zu wählen hatten und nicht überfüllt waren. Ich empfehle dem Hotel und anderen heißen Frühlingshotels, dass sie Kinder von Splashing und den tatsächlichen Schwimmbad verwenden, auch wenn es kalt ist. Gäste kommen zu entspannen. Nicht an heißen Frühlingskindern Schwimmunterricht teilnehmen. Aber alles andere war gut. Es gab auch kein Restaurant. Wir wurden kurz aus dem Hotel zu einem Restaurant genommen, das das einzige verfügbar schien. Wir gingen nur wirklich für die heißen Frühlinge und Glück hatten wir einen privaten, in dem wir endlich entspannen konnten. Ich würde es empfehlen.
