Starting from a moment of relax in the hotel intimate spa, area to practice yoga, or use the hotel's bikes for something more energetic! Also close to some ski slopes for those looking for a more adventurous yet not so pricey holiday! We have been coming to this hotel for a few years now both summer and now winter and it has never disappointed us! Find out for yourself.. You will not be disappointed! 🙏❤️

I went in this hotel to have a great time and i had so! I really enjoyed my days here. The staff was fantastic: absolute kindness! For those who want to spend a nice family vacation or a magic break from work, I reccomend it with all my heart.

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We booked a room on the hotel website. When we got to the hotel, with our booking confirmation, there was no room available for us. The reception guy kept saying that it was not his problem, while we were left with no room for that night. He keeped saying “it is not my problem” again and again. He even blamed Booking, even though we did the reservation on the hotel website, not in Booking. After two hours, they managed to find another hotel for us, much further from the location where we wanted to hike next day. We asked if they could find some other option closer to where we originally wanted to stay, and the reception guy answer was “do I work for you?”. Again, definitely not the way to talk to a client. In the end, we ended up driving half an hour further up in the mountain at night just to have some place to spend the night. With no doubt, the worst experience ever in a hotel. Not only because of the situation but also because of the way we were treated. Definitely something you don’t want to experience in your only week of vacations.

Premetto che sono molti anni che andiamo ai mercatini di Natale e siamo stati ospiti di varie strutture alberghiere. Cosa dire: è la prima volta che ci capita di dormire al freddo, in quanto la struttura di notte spegne il riscaldamento, per tutto l'arco notturno per poi riaccenderlo alle 07:30 di mattina. Fatto presente al personale della reception per ben due volte, hanno cercato di rimediare al problema del freddo con una stufetta portatile. Nelle altre strutture ospitati, visto il periodo invernale, rigido, mai capitata una cosa del genere. Il giorno dell'arrivo, abbiamo consigliato, visto che era presente del ghiaccio sul percorso che portava alle camere, di mettere del sale sul camminamento e non è stato fatto, avendo come risposta che doveva arrivare una ditta per fare ciò. Nel salone e nella hall dell'albergo, e nel ristorante, causa il poco o per niente riscaldamento, non si stava dal freddo. Ultima cosa poco gradevole, la cena del sabato sera, ci hanno servito una cotoletta, di quelle preconfezionate, cosa disdicevole per una ristorazione in genere. La mia impressione, visto i miei trascorsi, è che ci sia mancanza di esperienza. Esorto i gestori, in quanto la location è meritevole, di migliorare in tutti gli aspetti da me detti, altrimenti avranno solo ospiti per un solo soggiorno.

Il luogo è più che spettacolare, l'hotel comodo e silenzioso, il cibo vario e molto abbondante. Ho trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile e spero di ritornare a soggiornare qui. Con la tessera datami dall'hotel ho lasciato in parcheggio l'auto il giorno del mio arrivo e ho girato la provincia di Bolzano in lungo e in largo, completamente gratis. Ho usato autobus, funivia, treno tutti i giorni: servizio eccellente!

Dopo 4 anni siamo ritornati in questa struttura e come allora siamo stati accolti in modo a dir poco "familiare". Anche questo periodo di soggiorno, durato 5 giorni, è stato una vera e propria vacanza. Direttore gentilissimo, reception all'altezza di tutto, personale di sala e di cucina competente e sempre pronto ad assecondare ogni nostra richiesta e personale addetto alle pulizie molto cortese e gentile. Nulla da eccepire, anzi.... fossero tutti così. Grazie veramente di cuore... Ci avete fatto passare 5 giorni da favola e.... sicuramente torneremo da Voi. Margherita, Claudio e Angiolino.

Ho trovato fortunatamente disponibilità di una stanza in questo angolo fi paradiso. Sono stato accolto con professionalità e cortesia . La stanza singola era ovviamente di misure ridotte ma con pulizia ed un balcone sul paradiso dello sciliar. Pulizia tipica del sud Tirolo, colazione all'altezza delle aspettative da privare senza indugio. Unico neo una colonnina di ricarica dedicata al Titolare e non a disposizione dei clienti.
