Veredas do Rio Quente Flat

Check-in did not use reservation #, next day locked us out of room said we didn’t pay. Had to pay again to get room opened. Showed receipts from ********** and credit card. Would not refund. Wasted 3 hours of vacation trying to solve their errors.

It's an okay budget option for Rio Quente. We rented three apar**ents for our family: The pool area was nice, easy to watch the kids, easy to get drinks Short walk to Hot Park Short walk to restaurants Soccer field next to the pool was a nice diversion for the older kids The wait staff is very nice and attentive The pool area is kept clean Cons: Beds were extremely uncomfortable Two of the three apar**ents hadn't been cleaned, and one even had dirty dishes in the sink When requests for cleaning were made, nobody showed up for hours, and we had to call multiple times. When the American is relaxed and the Brazilians are angry, you know it's no good enough The restaurant at the pool had about 25% of the menu available. They didn't have hamburgers The billiard tables, ping pong tables, and air hockey table were all in disrepair to the point of being unusable The well located soccer field needs to be watered and seeded property The wi-fi was intermittent, and didn't work in the rooms (unfortunately a typically Brazilian feature) So all in all, I'm giving this three stars, but only because of the pool area. I did enjoy swimming laps, and spending the day drinking beer while dropping into the hot pool now and then. HOWEVER, my back is killing me from having four nights on a bed that leaned to the left on the left side.

O hotel se intitula “pet friendly” dizendo que você pode transitar com o pet pelas áreas comuns com ele no colo. Porém mal você pode passar com ele no colo que alguém do hotel já te chama atenção falando que só pode ficar no quarto. Além disso são grosseiros nos constrangendo na frente de outros hóspedes

Achei maravilhoso ,uma estadia maravilhosa so tenho coisas boas para postar ,minha experiência foi ótima viajamos em família todos amaram ,fomos muito bem atendidos a equipe está de parabéns!!!já voltarei mais vezes !!!!!

Peguei para 3 hóspedes teria que ter 3 camas só tinha uma cama de casal um sofá cama horrível que não tem como dormir, não tem ar condicionado onde fica o sofá cama

Muito bom. Fiquei tranquila com minha família. Da limpeza ao atendimento. Tudo lindo. Café da manhã espetacular. Amamos.

terrivel, tivemos que visitar tres apartamentos, so no ultimo o ar condicionado estava funcionando. a limpeza dos corredores deixa a desejar.

Pontos positivos deste hotel: bem localizado, já que fica muito próximo do parque aquático; café da manhã bem servido e com muitas opções. Pontos negativos: móveis velhos e quebrados; roupa de cama velha; limpeza precária; cozinha sem nenhum utensílio; serviço de atendimento inexistente. Ligamos na recepção duas vezes, uma pra pedir limpeza no quarto e outra para um serviço no quatro. Em ambas as ocasiões, embora confirmadas, nunca ocorreram; tivemos que procurar a faxineira por conta própria para limpar o quarto. Ao limpar, levou as toalhas e disse que não haviam outras para substituir. Depois de insistir, ela conseguiu somente as de banho para reposição.
