The food selection is not good enough for a four-star service. The receptionist does not give any information upon arrival and we could not really communicate with the staff in any language other than Italian. Parking is paid at another hotel, which is misleading on their website. We had to repair our own bikes, both free and paid. It turns out that the jacuzzi is not free for all rooms, but this is also misleading on the website. The cleanliness of the room and the kindness of the maid was second to none, thank you! However, the bathroom layout in room 304 is terrible - you can't sit on the toilet properly as there is no space between it and the shower.

Hotel un po' anni sessanta da rinnovare. Camere piccole con qualche rattoppo non proprio da 4 stelle. Bagno piccolo. Servizio garage interessante però 12€ al giorno sono troppi e pure la colazione non compresa a 10€ è un po' troppo infatti siamo andati al bar vicino. Personale gentile. Ma urge un restyling

Hotel strutturalmente datato, la sala ristorante è calda probabilmente hanno impianti di climatizzazione obsoleti, la tovaglia al tavolo abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio due volte era macchiata e con capelli, il materasso scomodissimo. Per un 4 stelle avevo aspettative superiori. Ho preferito pagare la penale e trasferirmi all hotel di fronte che è un 4 stelle...con i tutti i locali climatizzati........

Ho recentemente soggiornato in questo hotel un weekend con l'associazione per ragazzi disabili che frequento,una gita pensata per loro. È difficile esprimere a parole il poco tatto e professionalità che abbiamo riscontrato con persone che in particolar modo dovrebbero essere "coccolate". Stare al pubblico è un arte che non tutti sanno praticare.

Gita con ragazzi diversamente abili, indescrivibile il poco tatto e la maleducazione. Mentre scendevano 20 disabili dall'autobus il proprietario ci ha detto "muoviamoci altrimenti alle 9 siamo sempre qui". Durante il dessert hanno spento le luci, della serie andate a letto dobbiamo sparecchiare ed erano solo le 21.30 con le difficoltà se.ore si 20 persone disabili da nutrire... Giustamente dovevano preparare la stanza per la colazione, ma senza pulire, visto che sotto il seggiolone di mio figlio c'era ancora un pezzo d'uovo caduto a cena... Camerieri poco professionali che fanno le battute.. Tenuto male, 4 stelle regalate, per me una PESSIMA esperienza!

Davvero pessimo da dimenticare. Sono d’accordo con chi dice che le camere sono piccole e non c’è un armadio , ma un mobile aperto con sistemato un mini frigo che per aprirlo devi spostare la valigia che tra l’altro non abbiamo mai disfato dal primo giorno perché non sai dove mettere i vestiti. Le pulizie sono sommarie e gli asciugamani vecchi . Le foto ingannano su tante cose dai piatti preparati alla palestra. Poi abbiamo trovano diversi piatti sporchi sotto appena li prendi in mano idem le ciotole per lo yogurt. Idem le tovaglie sono macchiate. Inoltre i sottopiatti grandi con la scritta genty che vengono ritirati ogni pasto e rimessi il giorno dopo non vengono lavati ma passati con uno straccetto umido e poi rimessi a caso ad ogni ospite, ho visto proprio personalmente il cameriere fare questo lavoro all’entrata della cucina. L’impressione che ho avuto è proprio quella di poca pulizia e cura del cibo , yogurt non confezionati ma serviti su due ciotole quadrate aperte, anche i panini erano troppo duri alcuni quindi vecchi, vasconi con cibo .Mi dispiace ma di alberghi a Rimini ne abbiamo girati diversi ma questo ci ha proprio deluso siamo stati ingannati dalle foto. Le prime vacanze dopo due anni di covid rovinate !

Comodo…….. Struttura un po’ datata ma perfettamente funzionale.Con garage in prossimità dell’hotel e vicino al mare, ambiente pulito camera non grandissima ma con tutti i confort, personale gentilissimo unico neo i succhi di frutta alla colazione da rivedere

Il sito presenta l'albergo molto meglio ma da vicino non c'è corrispondenza. Le foto della facciata e della palestra sono diverse da come si presenta, le stanze invece uguali. Diversi errori nella gestione della prenotazione. Arrivati non ci hanno saputo spiegare dove fosse il parcheggio. Il secondo giorno sono stato chiamato a spostare la macchina che secondo non si sa bene chi impediva la manovra. Le stanze erano pulite. Abbiamo chiesto sin dal primo giorno una barra per il letto bambini ma la nostra richiesta è stata esaudita l'ultima notte. La colazione era mediocre. Presentava latte acido e prodotti scaduti (cracker). Non ci è piaciuta neanche la spiegazione sulla colazione stessa ma capisco che quella è una sensazione personale.
