Hotel Fedora Rimini

I am writing to express my dismay with the communication services with your hotel. My reservation was cancelled because i asked them why they had try to charge my credit card, 9 days before fulfilling the free cancellation conditions. The answer was totally unprofessional and rude. They had no reason to cancelled my reservation. They motivated by the fact that I don't have money on the card but when i asked them to send me the proof, the receipt, that i do not have money on my credit card, i didn't received any answer. Also, i sent them my email address ( the conversation was on ***********) to be able to send me back a credit card authorization form to put my credit card details and a picture with the details. All the time they mention in our conversation that my credit card is invalid. I hope it's just an isolated case and you can take steps to make sure this situation never happen.

It is a wonderful location close to the beach, very friendly, clean staff and lots of useful information about and where to eat well. They only have breakfast here at the moment. Prices are ok. I recommend this place. Parking spaces, Thank you for everything, we will be back.

Wondeful management. The hotel is a bit old bur charming. With a nice sea view. The staff bere really made sure we had a wonderful trip. We were a party of 10 for the sigep trade show. Highly recommended for any occasion. I will for sure come back next year for the trade show.

Ottimo , sono stata con mio marito per un weekend, camere piccole ma pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Colazione a buffet super abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Hotel fronte mare, con pochi passi sei in spiaggia . Da andarci ad occhi chiusi. Altro vantaggio che la metro mare è subito dietro l' albergo

Hotel com vista para o mar. Ótimo café da manhã. Atendimento simpático, cordial, prestativo. Funcionário da portaria foi muito prestativo num favor que solicitamos ( check-in no trem da Trenitalia). O café da manhã tem ótimo custo € 8, com variedade de fruta, pães, iogurte, suco, café

Hotel sulla via parallela al lungomare di Rimini Marina centro, camera funzionale, con box doccia, molto pulita ed ho avuto la fortuna di avere camera vista mare. Nel complesso esperienza più che positiva allietata dalla gentilezza del personale.

Sono stata per due notti in questo albergo e mi sono trovata molto bene: la posizione buona, nel viale parallelo al mare; le camere un po’ piccole ma pulite con il bagno pulito con sanitari nuovi; la colazione a buffet, dolce e salata, abbondante; la cena nel ristorante convenzionato Rimini Key buona. Il parcheggio a cinque euro al giorno non lontano dall’albergo è comodo ma penso che in alta stagione non riesca a recepire tutte le auto dei clienti dell’albergo, pertanto l’albergo è convenzionato con un altro parcheggio al costo di 10 euro. Il parcheggio penso sia un po’ problematico a Rimini come mi è sembrato di vedere dando un’occhiata in giro. Il personale dell’albergo è molto gentile. Il prezzo è onesto. Lo consiglio.

Personale gentile e sempre disponibile, camere pulite, magnifica la vista mare, buona la colazione con una vasta scelta di alimenti. Unica pecca il piccolo parcheggio dell'hotel però abbiamo trovato lo stesso nelle vicinanze con costo giornaliero.

Hotel 3 stelle gestito da personale dell'est non troppo preparati al settore. Camera non molto grande ma abbastanza pulita. Bagno piccolissimo. Ascensore molto datato e piccolo. Parcheggio inesistente e molto scomodo. Qualità prezzo pessima.
