酒店房內面積很大，洗手間有超大浴缸及超大的空間，外圍環境寧靜而美麗，河渡縱橫交錯，天鵝雁鳥野鴨隨時等你餵飼。

Perfect for my French visitors - easy access to London tourist sights via Underground or British Rail in Rickmansworth, with Windsor and Harry Potter Experience in Leavesden locally. Beautiful room overlooking the canal, nice and quiet, with the Aquadrome nearby for nature walks. Excellent breakfast choices, continental or cooked in a welcoming restaurant. Clean and comfortable family room at a great price. Helpful and friendly staff. Emergency check out after just six days, with one day to run, was courteously dealt with - including an unexpectedly speedy refund. I was very proud that Premier Inn impressed my French friends in every way possible and look forward to their next visit

Hotel was clean and warm. Staff were very friendly polite and helpful. Bed was really comfy and you couldn't hear traffic from the busy road. Very happy with our stay.

We stayed as we needed to visit Harefield hospitals. The staff we absolutely brilliant accomadating our needs paricularly Lynda who did all she could to make our stay as smooth as possible during a difficult time . If you need to visit Harefield, i would highly recommend this hotel as the drive to the hospital is easy . We booked the meal deal, and the evening meal was the best i have had in a Premier Inn and i have stayed in many . The canal directly behind the hotel is a nice walk , and there is a Tesco's nearby if you need anything . If you wanted to visit London, but not stay in the city , there are good transport links , we also went into Watford that had a nice shopping centre . Parking is only 3.50 per day, which is a big bonus also .

Cheap as chips with a lovely big and clean room, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Couldn't fault it, especially at that price. Handy location too. My only (very small) fault is having to pay extra for the car park - I think they should include that in the price as most would need a car and the car park was practically empty anyway.

We were really impressed with this location, their is a canal just behind the car park at the back for lovely walks and the location was really peaceful and pleasant. The staff very customer focused and we both thought the overall standard of the rooms were very good, Mum was given a room change the following day due to her mobility issues, an oversight on my part when booking, and this was handled with great care and empathy by Simona.

Just got back from a vacation to England to see friends and for the West Ham-Liverpool match. Stayed 5 nights at the Hotel and had a wonderful time. The Tube station is within walking distance and you pass thru High Street (AKA Main Street) on the way which has some pubs/shopping. No problems with my room, got a good nights sleep each night. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond their duties. Management needs to promote Clarisa. The hotel had a lounge to get a bite to eat or to have a pint. Will be staying again

My son and is girlfriend have bought a house in town. And needed some DIY help which lasted the whole weekend. I only used the hotel to rest in the evening. But it was perfect.
