Everything was great until...... My wife and I checked in Thursday for 3 nights. Upon check in, we were taken care of by Maria. Very sweet, attentive and had us on our way in no time. Thursday night was fine. Got up and went about our business Friday morning. Came back to the hotel Friday evening, head to the room and fell asleep quick. Then came Saturday morning. My wife is disabled, and we were on the 5th floor. We got to the elevator and waited about 4 or 5 minutes, and nothing happened. I called the front desk from my personal phone (the phone in our room wasn't hooked up) Was unfortunate to get a front desk person by the name of Kwamel. Very unprofessional individual. I asked if there was a problem with the elevators. He said yes, there were not working. I asked him how we were supposed to get downstairs. He directed me to where the stairs were. I advised him that my wife is disabled and not able to walk down 5 flights of stairs. In his own charming way, he had no other answer for me. I hung up and had to help my disabled wife down 5 flights of stairs with her walker and our cooler for the day. Took us about 25 minutes to get to the bottom as my wife had to take one step at a time holding on the guard rail with both hands. I had to stand under her so she wouldn't slip and fall. When I got to the front desk, I inquired how long they would be out. My wife and I were going to be at a convention all day but obviously needed them working before we got back later that night. Mr. Personality had no idea. I inquired what we were supposed to do if we get back and they are still not working as there was NO WAY my wife could WALK up 5 flights. He was very unsympathetic and showed no compassion whatsoever. There was another rep behind the desk. She kept quiet for a while which was probably better for her. She finally asked me to come to her. She looked in her computer and long story short, if they were not fixed by the time we got back we had a room on the 1st floor waiting for us. I would just need to clear everything out of our current room which of course I would. That reps name was Karen. She was very nice, polite and showed an interest in helping us. Kwamel showed NO SIGNS to help. He just stood there with his shirt untucked and looked like it had been slept in. Instead of being part of the solution he kept telling me no. Wonder if he would have felt the same way if it was his mom or his grandma that was disabled and had to walk down 5 flights of stairs. I called Karen later in the day and was told they got 1 side working but the other wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday (holiday weekend) I am very surprised they wouldn't have someone on call 24 hours a day in case something like this happens. Doesn't say much about how much they care about their guests. Got back to the hotel at around 8PM. We were greeted by Daniel. We told him what took place that morning. He was VERY apologetic and showed much sympathy. Kwamel should really take some notes from

Ich habe dann eine weitere Nacht online gebucht, um am 4. Juni 2022 zu Auschecken. Am Samstag, 4. Juni 2022 ging ich zum Front Desk und bat mich, auf meinen vorherigen Aufenthalt zu überprüfen und den Aufenthalt Folio für meine Aufzeichnungen gedruckt zu werden. Der Front Desk Manager sagte, es sei ihr Weg oder nichts. Der Front Desk Manager auf der Duty bestand darauf, den Aufenthalt einfach zu verlängern; ich bat um die Schließung des vorherigen Aufenthalts. Erstens sagte sie mir, dass ich eine zusätzliche Einzahlung von $40 zahlen müsse; zu der ich ihr daran erinnert habe, dass ich eine Einzahlung von $40 habe. Dann sagte sie mir, um 2:00 Uhr für die Eincheckung zurückzukommen, und ich sagte ihr, dass es mir gut geht, als ich etwas zu tun hatte in der nahe gelegenen Green Road Public Library. Sie können sich meine Überraschung vorstellen, als ich bei der Bibliothek, bei der Öffnung meines E-Mails, feststellte, dass der Front Desk Manager meine Reservierung für Samstag/Sonntags-Reise abgebrochen hatte. Als ich wieder ins Hotel kam, bat der Front Desk Manager mich, mit einem Trolley zu gehen, um sofort meine Sachen aus dem Zimmer zu entfernen. Ich bat um eine Rede mit ihrem Aufsichtsrat; eine Rede, die sie verweigert hat. Sie ging ins Zimmer(322) und legte meine Sachen in einen Mülltasche (sowohl nass und trocken) - eine Menge Scheiße und kam nach unten und bat mich, mich und die Sachen aus den Räumlichkeiten zu entfernen. Ich habe es gemacht und entdeckt, dass alle anderen Hotels in der Umgebung vollständig reserviert wurden. Wartete bis 06/07/2022, um das Problem mit dem Generalmanager der Anlage zu lösen, der nichts falsch mit der Art und Weise, wie ich behandelt wurde. Danach habe ich beschlossen, meine Erfahrung im Objekt mit der Reisenden zu teilen. NICHT EINEN PLACE GO!

Sitting in the hotel as I write this. Wifi did not work in the room. I notified the front desk last night that, as soon as I entered my room, it stopped working. The only option the front desk could offer me was to call tech support, which is not fair to the employee or the guest. It is 2023, Hilton…DO BETTER. There is no menu of any kind on the site for this hotel or any other under the Hilton umbrella, which makes it very difficult to plan for what I can eat. (I am on a restricted diet that, in part, prevents me from consuming dairy.) For lactose-intolerant guests, this presents a challenge as traveling with nondairy milk is not always a practical option. Why is there no soy, oat, etc., option available like every other place that serves breakfast? Further, where are healthier options like whole grain bagels/bread? You are a multi-billion-dollar company and offering a menu online as well as whole grain and nondairy options are not outlandish or exorbitant requests in 2023. In fact, they should not even have to be brought up—ESPECIALLY when breakfast is included (yet many guests are excluded). Finally, plastic cups at breakfast? Seriously?! I am not even going to say anything more about this. Stop worrying about executive salaries over the basic comforts of your guests. It is a true shame that your oversights clouded over what might have otherwise been a pleasant experience given the friendly staff.

Ich blieb über das Wochenende im Februar & war absolut beeindruckt von dem Service, den ich empfangen habe. Eincheckung war schnell und freundlich! Das Frühstück war wunderbar. Katrina in der Küche half mir mit allen meinen Bedürfnissen. Als Küchenaufsicht, um die Anzeige und die Reinigung im Frühstücks-/Essenbereich im Hotel zu sehen, war ich beeindruckt. Es gab Lebensmittel frisch und die Bereiche um das Essen wurden sauber gehalten. Katrina interagierte mit dem Gast und machte uns fühlen sich bequem, fast wie wir zu Hause waren! Ich würde definitiv empfehlen, wenn Sie einen Weg brauchen & gute Energie! Danke Katrina für die Fertigstellung unseres Aufenthalts!

The hotel is very nice, but our room was dirty. The staff at the desk at 11pm when we checked in were friendly and welcoming. We were only staying there overnight as a stop on our way to vacation in South Carolina. There was my husband and I and our 3 adult children. We asked for a rollaway bed, as the room technically only sleeps 4. We waited until midnight for the bed even though I’d asked for it at the time of booking AND while texting Josh at the front desk while we were still driving, and again at check-in. My husband and I were meeting a friend who was preforming at Tin Roof while our children stayed behind. Upon arriving in the room, we noticed there was a random sock on the middle of the room. On further inspection, there were discarded rose petals under the bed as well as an oatmeal crème pie (?!?) under there. There was also popcorn on the windowsill. By 11PM on the day of check-in, I’d expect the room to be clean, not like someone had just used it an hour before. (The rose petals were still fresh!!!) It made me wonder if the sheets were even clean! (Yuck) The area where the hotel is is loud, but we expected that. We paid over $300 to stay there for less than 8 hours. We were not offered a different room or even a reduced rate or refund for having to sleep in a dirty room. We alerted the desk staff on our way out of the hotel to go meet our friend. I realize the staff has their hands tied when it comes to these things, but corporate should refund some, if not all of the room fee for putting us in a dirty room.

Hatte einige Probleme mit der Kontrolle im Gange, das Zimmer wurde nicht für 3 Tage gereinigt, trotz keiner Anzeige auf der Tür und einer Aufforderung, das zu tun. Anderen als diese haben wir einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Es ist nahe an Einrichtungen und die Zimmer sind komfortable.

Das Restaurant im Inneren des Hotels ist super gut, wir essen dort zweimal während unseres Aufenthalts. Bei der Autobahn und dem Crabtree Valley Mall befindet sich das Restaurant. Es war schön, die Mall so nah, aber sehr beschäftigt und ein wenig schwierig zu versuchen, aus dem Parkplatz zu Zeiten zu kommen. Auch nur ein Aufzug im Hotel so bereit sein, ein wenig warten. Wir versuchten, ca. eine Stunde vor dem Einchecken mit ca. 4 anderen Personen zu überprüfen und noch keine Zimmer bereit waren.

Wirklich erstaunt mit diesem Hotel. Sicherlich wird wieder bleiben. Wirklich hatte ein Blasen mit dem Personal, das ehrlich unseres Unternehmens und Unterhaltung genossen hat. Die Lage war vom normalen Weg der meisten Reisen, was ohne Sinn in der Gegend bequem war.

We stayed here based on reviews found on TripAdvisor. I agree the desk staff were great. The hotel is clean and the room was nice. We were staying for 6 nights but due to emergency we had to leave 2 nights early and staff was very accommodating. All that being said, we were not impressed at all with the breakfast. Whoever Seeham (breakfast person with great reviews and reason we stayed here) must have left. The buffet was lacking in variety and quality of food. We saw the breakfast lady refill coffee pot once on the first day, she never wiped the counters off and never refilled the pancakes/waffles and we got there halfway through the breakfast hours. The next days were pretty much the same except on the second day I had to find my own utensils in the cabinets and when she finally came to put some out she handled them without gloves. Actually she handled everything without gloves, not sanitary at all. We might stay here again but only for 1 or 2 nights. I won’t stay for more than that.
