The spa was ok.The amenities the bathroom was pathetic.We requested for a fresh towel,it was so sticky and oily and that we were feeling super bad about choosing to come here at the first place.Please don’t come here it’s a big time recommendation.The services were really okay.It was for an hour ,she completed in less than 45 minutes.Pathetic is the word for the spa services at Alcor hotel.The bathroom were so choked with hair and dirt and stink.

The ambience and feel are outstanding.. surroundings and views are breathtaking... The best service is an add-on... The owners and staff are very friendly and supportive... Rooms and bathrooms are big and auspicious

Very bad service and worst experience ever. Never recommend this property to anybody. Don't visit. Food quality is poor. Property is not suitable family nor friends. You will get frustrated by their services.

No one at reception is present or receiving a call; Hot water is not coming and when asked to staff personel he replies that no one is de***ding so it will not come; Very rude behaviour by staff; when complaind to property he also talked very rudely, no games amenities are working, AC remote is not there in room we have to on off by switch and no one receiving call in reception,

We had one night stay and they charged Rs. 1000/- per person for the spa treatment. Already their rate was Rs. 1100/-. It was horrible experience, there were no proper spa tables, no therapists and it was just oil desi massage, they told it was olive oil but not. Instead of relaxation, we got tense and our body ached. Swimming pool facilities were also very poor. Water was not fresh. Changing rooms were just like store rooms. Food was good.

The fort is 8 km from here. Location is great and Great staff . I would specially like to compliment ***ju , yogesh for their dedication and ever smiling face. This is a place where you can spend quality time with family. Swimming pool for kids , indoor games are a hit for kids. Great room service . The owner mr tony interaction with guests staying speaks volumes of his personal attention to detail for the care of guests.food is superb and made according to your taste. The icecream stall is a great thing as the kids had a blast . Slight areas of improvement 1. Spa should have a steam and bath facility. 2. A telephone to be placed in swimming pool area to order snacks as u have to else u have to go long distance in swimwear to call. 3. Some rooms need to be repaired Overall a great stay and definitely will come back for more fun

Was good till the time of checkout. The checkout process spoiled the mood where we were charged for items we did not consume. The amount was not significant but the ***ner in which it was charged was wrong. The executive didn't accept the fact that this was wrong. Following improvements could be made: 1. Wifi availability in the rooms 2. Food quality and spread can be further improved. 3. Speed of room service needs improvement.
