Beautifully restored lavish rooms and suites feature many rooms that still maintain their original chimneys - a throwback to the days of family gatherings and home-cooking. Schon das Check-In gestaltete sich wie Weihnachten und Neujahr zusammen. Sie brauchen sich weder um Ihr Auto, noch um die Koffer kümmern. Auto wird auf einen Abstellplatz gebracht, die Koffer in Ihr Zimmer. Abgesehen davon erhielten wir schon an der Rezeption ein Glas Champagner zur Erfrischung. Das Zimmer: Eigentlich viel zu schade für nur eine Nacht. Wir hatten uns eine Gartensuite geleistet, der Blick ins Grüne war phänomenal. Auf das Zimmer bekamen wir weiters eine Flasche Prosecco, ich glaube das ist Standard ebendort. Wichtige Mitteilung: Sollen Sie aber keinen Prosecco bekommen, ist das absolut kein Kritikpunkt. Das Personal rundherum unfassbar freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer extrem geschmackvoll, Sie fühlen sich ebendort wie im siebtem Himmel. Dass das Ganze seinen Preis hat, ist natürlich selbstverständlich, jeder Euro war aber diese Übernachtung wert. Ich rate dennoch zu einer kleinen Vorsicht: Wenn Sie die Adresse des Hotels kopieren und auf Google Maps eingeben, werden Sie leider in die Irre geschickt. Das Personal hat dies zur Kenntnis genommen, man ist bemüht dies umzustellen, bin aber überzeugt, dass dieser Umstand nicht so schnell zu beheben ist. 40 Kilometer wo anders ist nicht ohne, wie gesagt das Hotel kann dafür überhaupt nichts, die Schuld liegt hier bei den Internetriesen. Zusammengefasst: Mit dem Frühstück (das Buffet ist sensationell, es ist ein Mitarbeiter vor Ort, der Sie berät und Ihnen hilft) abgerundet ist das ein Hotel, wo drei oder vier Tage Urlaub eine Entspannung bringen, die Sie sonst nirgendwo bekommen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder in dieses Hotel bzw. in die Hotelgruppe, das ist eine absolute top Adresse. Gezeichnet Peter Nemeth

Can’t say enough about our incredible time at Castello di Casole. Traveled in May with our 11 month old baby. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and made traveling with an infant as easy as possible. From the food to the views to the room and amenities - everything exceeded our expectations. Even the fragrant blooms were inviting, every morning on our way to breakfast! Hope to return very soon!

I am writing this review as I drive away from the paradise that is Castello di Casole - I just couldn’t wait. We had a dream vacation here, made infinitely even more special by the most incredible staff, led by wonderful GM, Alessandro. No detail is overlooked at this hotel. The food and drinks are delicious, the grounds are serene, and truly, the genuine friendliness (and helpfulness) of every single team member is unparalleled. We’ll be back, Castello di Casole! We miss you already.

Castello di Casole is the best place we’ve ever stayed (and we’ve been lucky to stay at a lot of nice places). It was so comfortable and peaceful here, looking out on the Tuscan countryside from our patio, or having breakfast or dinner in the central courtyard. Our suite was one of the largest we’ve ever stayed in, with a dining area, sitting area, patio, bedroom, walk-in closet, and spacious bathroom. We’ve gotten suites with similar square footage a few other places, but they’ve tended to feel generic, like pre-furnished condos. This suite had personality, with contemporary furniture and pink and green accent colors. We didn’t have time to try the heated infinity pool, but the breakfast buffet was the best of our two-week Italy trip. They even had a gluten-free chocolate-hazelnut croissant available for my wife. We also had dinner at their “casual” restaurant our first night there (actually quite elegant) and liked it so much we came back the next night. The only “drawback” was that there’s nothing within walking distance of the resort. We drove to visit Siena and do wine tastings in Montalcino and the Chianti Classico area.

This hotel is pure perfection! I cannot express how much we loved staying here and the outstanding service we received. Many hotels claim to be 5 or 6 star when they are not, but the Belmond Castello di Casole is 6 star in every category. From the time you drive up the long driveway until you check out, the amazing staff will cater to your every need with kindness and expertise. Location is excellent - we found it an ideal home base for our day/half day trips to Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. The rooms are outstanding (we stayed in one of the Tinaia suites) with excellent amenities and decorated in a high end, Tuscan fashion, with little gift type touches left each evening at turn down service. Meals were excellent, the grounds were beautiful and we will have to return when it is warmer to enjoy the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Tuscan Countryside! Service alone makes this beautiful hotel extra special. I can't remember names of all of the wonderful people who assisted us, but I will recognize Elena, Romina, Salvatore, Ramzi and the fantastic front desk staff and even the valet driver (who went above and beyond our first night when our GPS failed us!). Excellent concierge staff who recommended a wonderful private walking tour of Siena, expert parking location assistance in these villages, and perfect winery and restaurant recommedations in each of our stops (we especially loved Le Torri in Montereggioni!). Thank you to this lovely hotel and team who really added a special touch in making our 30th anniversary trip one to remember!!

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at the property. The pasta cooking class was fun and a great learning experience. Everyone from the waiters, reception staff and bell staff were wonderful.

We stayed for an informal dinner at the emporium restaurant. Immediately we felt like home. A very warm and welcoming atmosphere. We eternally some dishes that gave us emotions. With their products in Km0. For those looking for peace and quality, I highly recommend the local.
