We only stayed as a 1 night stop over, however, the rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly.

It’s a very big hotel with lots of potential. A lot of space unused. Just need to retouch around the pool. Needed towels by the pool which weren’t any and the phone didn’t work that was in the pool. Overall it was a nice room beds were comfortable. One sheet was dirty so I removed that. It was overall a cool stay just needs some minor twerks. Clean rooms

The hotel is obviously an older building and while i think a little dressing up on the outside would go a long way....the inside was super clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was good, the pool was fantastic! Very large and also clean. This hotel has so much potential. We would definatly recommend if one is looking for a no frills, clean, comfortable, low cost stay. We will definitely be back !

Front desk didnt know their own check in policy. Picture id doesnt need address. Rooms were cleaned during stay. Smoke and garbage in hallways. Breakfast area was a war zone. No attendant to be found. Old and outdated

It’s a nice budget hotel with breakfast included. Our room was very clean. The heater in the room was kind of loud, but it kept the room warm. Staff is nice and courteous. Close to a lot of restaurants. Plenty of parking. Our room was cleaned every day. No issues.

Started with a very rude welcome to the property and a surprise fee. Went to the room where it was cold walking in. Noticed immediately that the curtains were already closed making it unwelcoming. While getting unpacked noticed the lack of useable outlets and that some are actually broken. The only plus to this place was the pool and even that was not that great. Breakfast was terrible and definitely did not have everything they claimed to offer and we were one of the first ones there.Check out was the only pleasant experience and we left early do to illness.

We loved that it had an indoor heated pool kids spent the whole time there had so much fun! And was close to everything we needed and got a good deal on the room would go again!

The front evening manager Brian is a wonderful person.
He assigned us a room that had not been cleaned
Apologized many times and found another room more convenient for our wheelchair son.
A used towel was not removed from closet ,
Not sure what is going on with house keeping!!!!
Also the small chair is visibly broken and was not removed.
On this night your lobby check in manager
Was your only saving grace.
The house keeping dropped the ball.
