is very bad experience ever iam check in with very bad attitude from the receptionist the room is very bad and not clean and need alot of mentainanc and and my room door when iam back from out side it ia not open so iam go to the reception to fix it he talk to me wite abad way and told me wait the carpenter bak from out side on hour iam waiting out my room more than one hour me and my family...iam not try this experience in this hotel again

Disgusting filthy hotel Avoid staying there.wotje ash jet absolutely gross hotel like an abandoned place and not clean at all. It was.thw worst experience of my life and wouldn't recommend such a painful experience to my enemies. Only squatters enjoy it there.

Our Easyjet flight was cancelled so we were sent to this 'hotel' overnight. We were literally appalled by the conditions ,even more so by the fact that Easyjet deemed the place adequate overnight accommodation in the first place. the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Black mould , brown stains on, in and around the toilet. In the bedroom curtains were hanging off the rails, wonky beds, stank of smoke. I could go on but you get the picture. After viewing the room we refused to stay on health and safety grounds. Reading the reviews of those who did stay makes me positive we made the right decision not to acceptthis accommodation. Up to you but It's bad. Really bad. What I will say is the gentleman on security outside and another staff member were supportive , giving us water whilst we sat on the steps outside being bitten alive by mozzies Whilst making suitable arrangements.

We came too early morning at 23 /5 / 2023 at 8.00 am but they made check in free with pool view room without any extra money. That is great and made us very happy . All staff are friendly and the food is tasty . Our room cleaned every day with beautiful 😍 towels . Thanks for reception team and all staff . We see you soon again
