Das Hotel Personal war total Klasse! Alle waren sehr aufmerksam besonders zu Kindern. Das ***agement hat sich hervorragend gekümmert , wenn wir mal ein Problem hatten. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut und sie sind sehr auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und wurden jeden Tag außerordentlich gereinigt. Es war eine schöne Zeit in Pune auch dank einem tollem Team im Hotel Centro! Danke

What a sick experience☹️ My stay at Hotel Centro in Pune and was deeply disappointed by my experience. Despite the hotel’s appealing presentation online, my stay was marred by significant issues. The flush tank in my bathroom was not functioning, and there was no water supply, which was highly inconvenient. Despite multiple reminders to the housekeeping staff, the issues were not addressed in a timely ***ner. This experience was far below the basic standards expected from a hotel of this purported caliber. I strongly advise potential guests to look beyond the fancy pictures and images presented on the hotel’s website, as they do not reflect the reality of staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The location couldn't have been more convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Their greatest asset is their staff who were incredibly helpful, always with a smile on their faces, ready to assist with any requests. The restaurant food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from. Overall, a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Luxurious rooms with good surroundings at nominal cost, daily cleaned room with good staffs & morning breakfast at top notch. Wifi facilities & television is another plus point. All varieties of food available in the ground floor itself & we always prefer this place to anyone.

We had a good stay at the hotel. It's very well maintained and super clean. Bathrooms are very clean as well. Staff is very helpful and quick in providing response. There is no kettle in the room but each floor lobby has hot water, coffee and snacks. If you want super hot water you can request reception and they do send across immediately. They also help in booking reliable cabs for any excursions Food at the restaurant is expensive but is very good and they have vegan options including vegan mylk

The hotel didn't provide slippers and also they put the hot kettle, coffee and tea in the lobby which is common for all the rooms. So everytime when you need a hot water or coffee you need to wear shoes then go out. Hotel didn't provide moisturizer also. Also amneties are not as per the charge of room. So it is not value for money deal.

A hotel that provides compact room with friendly services. Very creative brochure placed in the room. Staff are extremely helpful! The breakfast spread is above average. The restaurant serves good choices for lunch and dinner! Most importantly, they are eco friendly hotel! Ideal for short stay. My experience was spilled with slight disappointment as I found bed bugs. They promptly cleaned the bed but the uneasiness on sleeping on the same bed stayed with me!

Unique theme and would rate it the top notch for cleanliness. location is perfect with in walking distance to most happening places in pune. I would have appreciated if there is some luxury in the room to give it a hotel feeling and not a dormitory style. The dental kit and shaving kit is not to be requested for , its a basic necessity . I loved the idea of keeping common refreshments but i would prefer a kettle in my room. Overall 4/5 . Dnt expect being pampered but definitely a clean boutique hotel.

He was very friendly and gave detailed responses. The room is also very cute, and I'm grateful that I can use the hot shower without any problems. thank you very much. The restaurant is delicious and they even bring food to your room. it's the best. The only thing is that the room cleaning time is late at 3pm, so you can't use the room during that time. I still want to use it!
