Hotel couldn’t find my booking even after I checked out the next day, although they allowed me to stay, breakfast was good but staff wasn’t cooperative, overall it’s value for money

One of the most comfortable hotel experiences I have ever had. The facilities are beautiful, and the service level is very high. The food was always excellent, and because of the elaborate buffet format of the main restaurant, you never tire of the cuisine here. great find in the heart of Florence We loved the Hotel Alessandra - the location can't be beat! We had a spacious room for 4 with beautiful views and wonderful service and hospitality from the staff. Our room had all of the conveniences we could hope for and my daughter loved the breakfast service every day! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit! The hotel has serious maintenance issues. Not at all good for the price they are charging for. Staff is making all possible ways to help you. ***agement should seriously look into the maintenance of the property. Not recommended for family visitors.
