Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Most of the staff was friendly. The breakfast was complete and very good. The pool is not filtered, and so it is not as clean as I would have liked. The internet was very good.

立地がスーパーマーケットのそばにあるので、買い物に便利です。マレコン、バス停からも近いです。朝食のバッフェもコーヒー、オレンジジュース、メキシカン料理、パンケーキ、フルーツ、パンを食べ放題で、美味しかったです。又、飲食物を保管できる冷蔵庫が一階にありました。
改善点は、Wifiが不安定だったこと、トイレのドアが閉められなかった事です。

The rooftop patio and pool are a great place to relax and watch the sunsets from. The beach/waterfront is conveniently located less than a block away.

Our room is very small and internet a little spotty. Rooftop pool was great, just a tad cool until you got use to it. Good location to visit the Malacon

It was close to the malecón but the room was very small. I request to change to another room the supervisor provided the room one day before I was leaving next day.

Our room had no toilet paper and had a faint sewer smell.
Our friends room, the key wouldnt work as the battery was dead in the door. They had to get a special staff member to let them into their room every time they left. Long wait sometimes. Rooftop pool, so looking forward to that, was closed for maintenence! Was not worth the high price.

Not our first time staying here, but needed to change rooms because bathroom floor was flooded and closet door wouldn't open or close in the first room. The move was done fast and efficiently. Breakfast the first morning didn't have everything but second morning was ok. Staff overall, were very helpful and friendly.

The staff are very friendly and work hard to keep the common areas clean. Breakfast was included but was the same every day. My beau got a bad case of food poisoning from the yogurt on the 13th day of our stay. We moved to a room on the other side of the building in hopes it was quiet. It wasn’t. Although the hotel is in a great walkable location, it’s no good for guests who don’t stay up all night partying. The pool is very small and not good for swimming. We won’t stay here again.
