Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, die Gegend ist ruhig ohne Störungen während unseres Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war mit AC ausgestattet, das nach dem Eingang aus der Wärme sehr nett war. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten sehr komfortable. The only negative to this place is that it’s in the middle of no where, in order to get there from the airport it’s either a 2 hour walk (have to walk around the motorways) or have to get a €20 taxi. Zusätzlich zu diesem ist es noch 30 Minuten Busfahrt zum Zentrum, und ein guter 20-minütiger Spaziergang zu den nächsten Geschäften. Das Hotel selbst war ausgezeichnet, aber die Lage ist ein wirklich großes Negativ, um dort zu bleiben. Wenn Sie kein Auto haben, ist es nicht wert, zu bleiben, es sei denn, Sie können Reisen sortieren.

Ok so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth. I had to cancel the rest of my staying (10 more nights) and book somewhere else which did cost me 30% more. The only positive thing that can be saved from this experience is the staff. From the very kind ladies that clean the rooms, to the staff at the reception (both the day and night staff) and the people at the restaurant, they are all very good, professional and people with good heart. What a waste, I hope for them that they can find a better job in a better place as they deserve. Very disappointed of booking to sell this horrible place as a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable. Ridiculous.

Die Lage ist großartig für die Erforschung Sardinien. Der Bahnhof ist sehr nah wie der Hafen. Die Züge sind elektrisch, so gibt es keinen Lärm. Eine Troll-/Zügetour ist nur wenige Blöcke entfernt wie der Seehafen. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist ein Bonus und die Terrasse ist perfekt für Kaffee und Pasta am Morgen Sonnenlicht - oder einen Nachmittags-Cocktail. Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig. Geschrieben für Geschäftsreisende mit Arbeitstisch und Beleuchtung, es funktionierte gut für uns. Schönes Badezimmer. Warmwasser und guter Wasserdruck. Mit dem antiken Aufzug war lustig. Wir wurden Check-in-Anweisungen auf WhatsApp und sie funktionierten wie vorgeschlagen, außer dass wir nicht wussten, welche Tür auf unserem Weg war, als der Aufzug haltte. Es ist links, aber leicht abgeschlossen, wenn der Schlüssel nicht auf der anderen Tür funktionierte. Es gibt einen Knopf, um zu drücken, wenn Sie versuchen, die Unterkünfte auf dem Weg und der Frontausgang zu verlassen. Wir haben es herausgefunden. Es gab keinen Weg, in der Gemeinschaftsküche zu heißen, während unseres Besuchs, aber es scheint, das Hotel arbeitet daran, das zu korrigieren. Wir hatten unser eigenes Schrank im Kühlschrank und es gab keine Probleme damit. Die Betten waren großartig, die Beleuchtung war gut, sauber und komfortabel. Wir mochten das Design und das Konzept des Hotels. Unser einziger Beschwerde war, dass es keine Sicherheit im Zimmer gab. Wir haben aus der Küche einen zusätzlichen Stuhl geliehen, da es nur einen Stuhl im Zimmer gab und wir beide wollten am Fenster sitzen. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir genossen das Central Cafe in einer nahe gelegenen Ecke. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Kaffee- und Pastaplatz, und Weinbars auf den nahe gelegenen Straßen oder weiter auf der Via Roma. Wir essen in der Caffe Roma und Cafe Bistrot. Die meisten haben außerhalb der Tische. Mit einem Tag vor der Abreise sprangen wir einen Morgenzug und nahm die Chance, sich zu entspannen und das Land zu sehen und in einer anderen Stadt zu essen. Raumfähigkeit Stadt hat andere Eigenschaften und wir sind auch daran interessiert, sie zu versuchen. Wir würden sicher zurückkehren.

Zusätzlich zu diesem ist es noch 30 Minuten Busfahrt zum Zentrum, und ein guter 20-minütiger Spaziergang zu den nächsten Geschäften. Das Hotel selbst war ausgezeichnet, aber die Lage ist ein wirklich großes Negativ, um dort zu bleiben. Wenn Sie kein Auto haben, ist es nicht wert, zu bleiben, es sei denn, Sie können Reisen sortieren.

Ok so this might take some time but I think everyone should know what follows before even thinking on book at this hotel. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!!! It's a scam!!! I did book here for 13 nights and I literally had to go away after two nights as the rooms are ridiculously old, full of issues, and incredibly uncomfortable!!! After the first night, I woke up with extreme back pain due to the extremely poor quality of the mattress!! Seriously the worst ever slept on in 20 years of travelling!!!! The staff at the reception though, very kindly did agree to change my room. Unfortunately, the new one was even worse and with more issues!!!! I could not sleep at all due to a very loud machanic / electric noise coming from the bathroom's ceiling that goes off every 2 minutes sharp!! Literary every 2 minute period you had to listen at this strong noise which made impossible for me to sleep. So at 2am I had to go to the reception to ask to fix the issue which unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed as that is the way it is in that hotel!!! Apparently for them it's normal!! In addition the super loud music from the restaurant downstairs it is on up to almost 1am!!! What a fraud!! Furthermore, even in this room qthe mattress was so old and flat that you couldn't sleep on it!! (see pictures attached) The bathroom of both rooms (so I suspect all of them) have no windows nor a fan!!!! Seriously????? In a 4 star hotel bathrooms without ventilation????? What a joke!!!!! I've been travelling for 20 years this year, and I have honestly not seen anything so badly maintained in my travel life!!! Probably the owners is friend to someone at the council, and paid them to get the 4 stars, tipical Italian situation. This is a real scam. This hotel does not deserve more than 2 stars. No gym, no pool, horrible mattress, no ventilation in the bathrooms nor a windows, noise!!! What on earth. I had to cancel the rest of my staying (10 more nights) and book somewhere else which did cost me 30% more. The only positive thing that can be saved from this experience is the staff. From the very kind ladies that clean the rooms, to the staff at the reception (both the day and night staff) and the people at the restaurant, they are all very good, professional and people with good heart. What a waste, I hope for them that they can find a better job in a better place as they deserve. Very disappointed of booking to sell this horrible place as a 4 star hotel. Unbelievable. Ridiculous.

Das ist eine einzigartige Boutique-Hotelerfahrung. Das Konzept ist ein tolles für Künstlerliebhaber und diejenigen, die etwas Besonderes verlangen, während sie vom Hafen in Cagliari entfernt. Unser Zimmer war erstaunlich dekoriert und eine Behandlung zu kommen. Allerdings war es unerträglich klein. Ich empfehle Ihnen, das größte Zimmer zu betrachten. Wir hatten wenig Raum für unsere Gepäck und mussten über Dinge klettern, um auf die andere Seite des Zimmers zu kommen. Wir sind kleine Statue Leute und es war immer noch ein Kampf. Das Hotel ist grünes Bewusstsein. Hatte großartiges Essen und der beste Kaffee auf der Insel. Wenn Sie verlässliche WLAN und Internet benötigen, BETÄTIG HER. Die Verbindung ging während unseres 5-Tages-Aufenthalts zurück und am letzten Abend ging die Stromversorgung für den ganzen Abend, über einen Zeitraum von 12 Stunden. Für etwa 5 Stunden kam die Stromversorgung an und aus, aber setzte sich fort. Wir hatten nie eine Erklärung dafür, dass unsere Seite des Gebäudes betroffen war und dass sie die Situation betrachten. Um 12 Uhr habe ich eine Erklärung gefordert, und die Mitarbeiterin sagte im Grunde, dass sie gesagt wurden, dass die Angelegenheit von der Stadtzentrum zu 9PM Aber bis Mitternacht gab es nichts, was nach dem Personal getan werden könnte. Bei 9PM gab es für uns keine Macht, bis ca. 7AM und uns nichts angeboten wurde, um die Situation zu beheben. Ich bat um eine Erstattung für den Abend, aber das Personal weigerte sich, uns zu bewohnen, sie hatten keine Autorität, mit irgendwas weiterzugehen. Wir hatten durch unsere Reisebüro vorbezahlt, die uns jetzt sagt, dass wir das Hotel direkt zu behandeln. Unsere Zeit auf Sardinien war ein schöner Traum kam wahr, HOWER, letzte Nacht hat eine echte saure Erfahrung auf unseren Urlaub verlassen.
