Das Preis - Leistungs- Verhältnis passt! Achtung: in "All inklusive" sind nicht alle Getränke enthalten, vor allem für Hochwertige (Cocktails, Spirituosen je nach Marke) muss man zubezahlen. An sich ist aber alles notwendige, auch Basis- Longdrinks. Die All- inclusive- Cocktails sind Fertigmischungen (auf der Karte ersichtlich).
Tipp hier: an der Poolbar gibt es wechselnde Cocktails in Slush- Form, sehr angenehm bei 30 Grad :-)
Sonst: Das Personal ist sehr auf Zack, vor allem im Speiseraum. Leere Teller werden abgeräumt, kaum das man aufgestanden ist - kann auch bei halbleeren Tellern passieren, wenn man die alleine lässt. Zu Stoßzeiten aber verständlich. Das Essen selbst, vor allem das Frühstück ist an Deutschen und Briten orientiert. Zu jeder Mahlzeit gibt es allerdings eine gute Auswahl (mehrere Sorten Fisch bzw, Fleisch, Salat, Paella...) Auch gibt es immer Pommes bzw Nudeln, interessant z.B. für Kinder.
Tagsüber immermal zwischendurch und Abends zwischen 9 und 11 gibt es Animation bzw Unterhaltung, meist am Pool. Ich hatte ein poolnahes Zimmer und das war sehr hellhörig. Wen das stört, der sollte nach einem ruhigen Zimmer fragen.
Der Service an der Rezeption funktioniert super. Ich habe für geringe Gebühr am Abreisetag late Checkout gebucht und konnte so nochmal zum Strand gehen. Der befindet sich einen kurzen Fußweg die Straße runter. Dort gibt es auch kleine Spar-Märkte für das nötigste.
Zur Kinderbetreuung kann ich nichts sagen, da allein gereist.

Lovely fresh food plenty of options. Including local specialties. Very comfortable clean rooms plus really great staff who can’t do enough to make sure you have a great holiday! I love the way the management have a very visible presence too. We’ve had another great holiday . Thankyou

The hotel has had a revamp of rooms since last year, the new bed was exceptionally comfortable and bathroom updated very nicely, fridge was boxed in leading to overheating but this was sorted out within 5 minutes by reception/maintenance removing the cupboard door, lovely comfy seats on the balcony, the sea view rooms are great pleasantly surprised ad the splash park was actually open in April due to unexpected hot wether which my little boy was excited about. The only issues are the biking community as this hotel does cater for them but the lifts are a little snug for people who take bikes in them and they are occasionally rude.

We went half board with our 3 young children (6,4 and 2) for a week and had a wonderful holiday. There was plenty to keep our kids occupied, they loved the kids club and mini disco. The staff were great with the kids and so friendly. We all liked the food, it was a good variety. The hotel was very clean and well run. I would happily go back.

Food wasn’t great unfortunately. Ended up eating down on the port. Staff were very polite & helpful though. Swimming pool was freezing so didn’t spend much time in there. Ordered some food from the pool bar it arrived cold. The room was clean & the views of the sea & mountains were beautiful. The location was perfect 15 mins walk into the town & port. The hotel was very busy as it’s cyclist friendly which I didn’t mind it’s nice to see people enjoying themselves & their chosen hobbies. The Jet 2 Rep was very helpful & the little coffee shop on the side had some of the best coffee I had ever tasted.

Had a fantastic 4days at this hotel, Cycling holiday, book at love velo. Hotel had everything, great selection of food, fab beer on tap, as we went half board. Cycle garage and hired bikes through velo, Bikes were basso and brilliant. Defo coming back , can not fault hotel… 🏨

I've stayed here cycling many times and last year I was a little disappointed, decided to give it another go and really pleased I did. They are upgrading the rooms and they are really nice, internet was brilliant, staff amazing, really could not fault the hotel this year, absolutely loved it and will be back again next year

Fabulous Hotel!! I went with 8 tennis fellows and we had a blast. I think we were lucky in that the kids new we were coming and had left, but if I had kids up to the age of 10 I would come here. We went all inclusive and I am not normally a fan, but the food quality and variety was exceptional. Shame we went out too many times and paid for overpriced food in the local restaurants as some of it wasn't as good as this hotel's. The reception staff were amazing! Shout out to Carlos, Vanessa and Stef who are credit to the Hotel!
