Das Hotel wurde Anfang 2022 modernisiert und saniert und ist einfach wunderschön geworden. Die Pools sind super, die Anlage sauber und modern und die Zimmer der Wahnsinn. Wir haben uns für die 70qm Grande Suite entschieden, die Maisonette-artig über zwei Etagen geht. Alles ist sehr hübsch, sauber, modern und schlicht eingerichtet. Wir waren mehr als positiv überrascht. Toll ist auch, dass das Hotel eine eigene App hat, über die man bspw. Essen und Trinken bestellen kann. Das hatten wir so bisher auch noch nicht. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat mehr Sportgeräte, als ich es üblicherweise aus Deutschland kenne. Es gibt zudem zwei Pools und wer es ganz allein mag, bekommt auch Zimmer mit eigenem kleinen Pool. Für das angrenzende Restaurant erhält man 10% Rabatt. Das Restaurant war sehr gut, es gibt auch vegetarische Speisen und leckere Drinks. Einfach top! Der Strand ist gegenüber vom Hotel (2min entfernt) und hat kleine Imbisse und Stände drum herum. Eine besondere Erwähnung verdienen aber vor allem die Angestellten vor Ort. So viel Gastfreundschaft, Freundlichkeit und eine so liebenswerte Begrüßung haben wir noch nie erlebt. Der Empfang und Check-in waren wirklich wundervoll. Vielen Dank dafür. Fazit: Hier kann man einfach einen wundervoll Urlaub verbringen. Für uns eine klare Empfehlung!

Das Twin Palms Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Die Infrastruktur ist sehr schön mit grossem Pool und direktem Poolzugang vom Zimmer aus. Die Zimmer sind gross und schön eingerichtet. Das Hotel hat unserer Meinung ein zu einfaches Verpflegungskonzept, der Zimmerservice hat wenig Angebote und Frühstück auf dem Zimmer wird nicht angeboten. Es gibt kein Restaurant für ein Abendessen im Hotel. Es gibt aber viele Angebote ausserhalb des Hotels. Das Frühstück ist gut wenn man früh kommt, aufgefüllt wird nicht. Das Personal ist freundlich. Der Aufenthalt hat uns trotzdem gut gefallen.

I have very mixed feelings about this hotel. I had a suite with sea view and private pool. On the positive side it has an incredible beautiful view of the sea and the bay…. Without doubt the most stunning one I ever had in a Phuket hotel. The bed and pillows are excellent. The room has a nice large (30sqm) terrace with access to a private infinity pool for 8 rooms. Reception personnel are very friendly and efficient, and speak good English. All this sounds perfect but there are some points to improve: I arrived at 8:30pm from the airport and there is no restaurant in the hotel. I put my money and valuables in the safe and went down to reception to ask ‘where I could go eat something’. When I go back to my room to my to get my money and passport, but the safe was blocked… Totally dead. The maintenance man who could open the safe only could come on the day after at 10am. So I slept with hunger. The morning after, fortunately the maintenance man opened the safe within a few minutes (batteries were dead) The maintenance man also repaired the sink because it was impossible to ‘lock it’ and keep the water in the sink to do a handwash. The bathroom is extremely narrow (1 meter?) and worn out. Little water pressure and showerhead needs urgently to be descaled. The watertap-selector in the shower is totally worn out, so it’s almost impossible to select between shower or plain waterjet. Also the attachment to the wall where you normally put the showerhead in, was broken so you can only shower by keeping the showerhead in your hand. Also little water pressure when flushing the toilet. Often need to use the handshower next to the toilet to ‘empty’ the toilet. There is a large desk but without any electricity plug on or under or next to it. Also a lot of little bugs (2mm?) crawling over the desk. I counted about 120. Most of the guests in the hotel were russians. Not everybody likes that anymore. There is no more safety lock on the door. (you saw there has been one) There is no blocnote and pen. I ask the housekeeping lady at 11:30am to clean the room, oh yes sir, she says, she opens the door wide and disappears. Only at 1:30pm she returns to clean the room …. Breakfast is below standard. Very limited choice, only pre-baked sunny side up eggs, which are cold and still with a lot of raw egg-white on them. Small breakfast room with no windows. Conclusion : if you only go for the view , this is a perfect hotel.

Die letzte Station der Reise nach Thailand, der erste Tag fühlt sich schlecht an, Zimmer 412 ist sehr schlecht ausgestattet, das große Bett hat Klumpen, ich weiß nicht wie es geht, es ist sehr unangenehm, der Wasserkocher wird nicht kontinuierlich geregelt, und die Klimaanlage Es war sehr laut. Nach dem nächsten Tag hat der Chef es kostenlos aufgerüstet und in Zimmer 205 gewechselt. Das Zimmer war in zwei Räume aufgeteilt. Es gab auch einen Esstisch und eine Küche. Obwohl nur einer der beiden Öfen genutzt werden konnte, hat es uns trotzdem einiges gebracht. Spaß von. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe von Surin Beach, ca. 7-11, die ganze Familie hat mindestens zwei, und Tesco, das Leben ist auch sehr praktisch, etwa einen Kilometer vom Bang Tao Beach entfernt, den man sich ansehen kann. Surin Beach ist gut um den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten, Schwimmen ist auch gut, die Skala ist relativ klein, als wir gingen, waren die meisten Russen, zwei Stühle und ein Sonnenschirm für 200 € pro Tag, es fühlte sich gut an

Dieses Resort ist unglaublich, der Pool und der Außenbereich ist wunderschön, so schöne Aussichten zu sehen und in zu sein. Wir haben zu Besuch, als sie in die Niedrig-/Monsoon-Saison eintreten, so dass es ein wenig regnete. Das Dach über dem Sitzbereich im Garten konnte durch Ersatz ersetzt werden, da es sehr viel leckte, was bedeutete, dass wir nicht da draußen sitzen konnten, da es nahezu die ganze Zeit nass war. Das Hotel war ruhig, Arcade-Zimmer auch geschlossen, aber Charlotte und Jamie halfen, das zu lösen, indem sie Ausflüge, elektrische Scooter, Wasser hand gehalten Jet Ski und nur ihre allgemeinen Selbst so freundlich und chatt mit uns. Mein autistisches Kind bildete eine wirklich gute Bindung mit Charlotte, sie war groß mit ihm, ihm viel Aufmerksamkeit und Zeit zu geben, er suchte sie ständig heraus und fragte nach ihr. Nichts war zu viel Unannehmlichkeit, uns mit den Orten in der Nähe zu helfen, uns mit dem Transport zu helfen und sogar uns ihre Mozzie Creme anzubieten, wenn wir lebend gegessen wurden (durch dies mit Speisespray und verwenden Sie es 😂). Wir waren ein wenig enttäuscht, dass der Schüssel nicht Milchschüsseln, Blasentee wie gesagt, nur Eiscreme bietet. Das Essen ist teuer in der Bar und Grill, zwei glattes und zwei Kinder essen zerstört mich nahe an £20, aber es gibt Ladung von Orten, um in der Nähe zu essen und die Hälfte dieses Kosten für mehr.
