Avante Hotel

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

The gym is spacious and huge, nice infinity swimming pool view, room is clean 👍👍👍

Cleanliness is horrible. I checked into the room and the beds had tiny little ant-liked bugs crawling all around. We had to change room multiple times before we could check into a decent one where our eyes could not spot any bugs, finally. That says a lot about how the whole hotel could be infested with bugs since this issue persisted across multiple rooms.

It’s a new opening hotel, so all the facilities are in good condition. All the staffs are nice, fantastic location near One Utama. Definitely will book it again and highly recommended to you all !

The location of the hotel was great.it is close by One Utama which is the plus point. The room was spacious. However the overall stay was disappointed. 1) morning breakfast range is disappointing. Though the buffet ends at 1030am, staff started to clear the food around 1015am, there is no more serving staff at the station. Even while we were taking the food, the staff took away the tong/spoon. They also took away the juice dispenser when my child is taking the drink. 2) the sound proofing is horrible. They blast their sound system at 7+am to prepare for an event at the pool. Worst is that their gym which operates 24 hrs also blast then music like a club. The noise travel to my room last 12midnight. 3) I have requested for a baby cot during booking, I gave also reminded the staff on the cot before I travel. Yet, the cot was not ready when I check in and I didn’t get the cot throughout my stay. 4) Staff didn’t bothered to open the door when my family and I arrived at the hotel. I have to carry bag, stroller, holding my young child and carrying my infant. No help from the hotel staff at all. 5) There is no reply from the hotel staff when I emailed to them on my early check in request. I have only received the out of office notification. Luckily the customer service officer helped me with my request. This will be the last time I stay in this hotel. I will not patronise this hotel ever.

I like the location as it is very accessible to 1 utama Shopping centre. It's just a couple of minute walk to reach 1 utama via the link Bridge. I had stayed here almost every month and this time I had seen a drop in their service level especially my dining in at their sky Deck. The manager and service staff attitude wasn't that pleasant but food quality is maintained. Beside the service experience, the hot water wasn't working twice and had to called in technical team for help which affected my time. Wifi has disconnected a few times as well which I was on my video call. Overall cleanliness is pretty good !

Check-in and checkout is easy and the staff is friendly. Parking is free for hotel guest. There is a sky dining at the top floor - Sky Deck and the food and place ia good. The room is clean and spacious.

Supernice hotel. Supernew hotel. Staff so nice. Everything is very well perfect for this hotel. Most recomended. Will stay here again. Really love sea salt pool.

A worthwhile vacation even if it's just a short trip. very strategic hotel location with complete facilities.
